      Love the merchandise- just bought my 9th purse. However this was the first I purchased from their website- others were bought from a high end retailer. The low score is for terrible customer service. My purse went on sale for $25 less than I paid before I received it. When it finally arrived I contacted customer service and requested a refund for the new price. They told me I missed the 5 day deadline and to please contact them again with concerns. I contacted them again to explain the purse was so late arriving and tracking was unavailable I did not contact them since I wasn’t sure it was going to arrive. I never received a response. I left 2 low reviews on the website for poor customer and neither were published on the website . So buyer beware- if all is well with your order your are ok but woe if you have issues or concerns.

      I have bought several Dooney & Bourke products in the past, but sadly am done due to horrific customer service. I ordered a purse & wallet on 1/31/23, and my credit card seemed to go through fine. The order was shipped and arrived and I was happy. However, on 3/16/23, I received an email from them stating I had not been charged for my order and needed to call with payment. When I did, I was passed through four different agents before getting the matter settled and was treated like I was at fault for the mistake. One agent even tried to blame my financial institution, unaware that I had called them before calling Dooney. The bank had nothing to do with their mistake. For my inconvenience, I was not offered so much as an apology. Mistakes happen, all I wanted was for just one person to acknowledge the mistake was made by D&B, and a “sorry for the inconvenience”. Nothing more. I have contacted D&B every way I know how, and have been blown off. I tried leaving a review (simply stating facts, no vulgar language or hysterics) and it was never published. So I am warning people here. Having seen other reviews here about credit card holds way over the authorized amounts and such, I definitely will not risk doing business with them again. Overall, a very sketchy experience.

      I ordered a wallet over a month ago and have yet to receive it! When I reached out to their service department to request a refund, I was told there is nothing they can do until they open an investigation, another 1-2 weeks of waiting.

      I’m a repeat customer of Dooney & Bourke and will unfortunately never buy from therm again. I spent $350 on a bag, which was delivered with defects. They expected me to pay to return the bag and then wait several weeks for them to process a refund. To make matters worse, they sent me an email offering 25% off the price I just paid. I offered to accept a discount and keep the bag. No agreement was made and I’m stuck with a defective bag unless I want to pay them to return it and wait weeks for processing.

      I spoke to two different people at Dooney & Bourke, including a Customer Service supervisor, who viewed the photos and confirmed the bag was defective; however, they still wanted me to pay a return fee and for the shipping to return the defective bag.

      D & B charged my checking account when I initially ordered my handbag. They took 119.00 out of my account. The problem is that I charged this order on a **********. I never gave them my checking account number. They never credited the 119 to my checking account and then charged me again upon shipment to my **********. They charged me twice for the same purchase.

      I ordered a wallet online. When I got it out of the box, I noticed every time I tried to zip it shut the zipper would stick. I contacted Dooney via online chat and was told I could return it. I asked if I would be charged shipping, because I still wanted the wallet, I just found it to be defective. I was told it would have to be inspected first to make that determination. I guess I will keep it and hope for the best because that sounds dicey. I saw other reviews where people sent their item back, were charged the shipping, and no replacement sent back. This was my first time buying from the web site, as I have always purchased in a store prior to this. I guess going forward, I will always purchase in a store so that I can see exactly what I am getting.

      I never actually received the purse. It actually went back to them on 12/27/22 due to a shipping issue. Still waiting for a refund or have them send the purse. Said elevated on 1/16/23. Nothing since then. Do not ever purchase anything Dooney & Bourke

      I own many Dooney bags purchased over several years. This was my first purchase from the website and it was horrible. I have not received the bag and considering returning after 2years of considering it. The lack of customer service is beyond words. If you don't have an answer please get a supervisor or manager. After I fussed card was charged but it still took 24 more hours before Per this page I pray it is a quality bag. I love the brand but I will not spend my money for foolishness and disrespect.

      Horrible customer service. I was double charged for my bag. I spent over an hour on the phone with a snarky customer service representative who told me it would be 7-10 days before I’d get the refund back into my account. Still have received my bag but have 2 charges on my account. I reported them to my bank and filed fraud. Never again will I order from this company
