Ordered flowers on Thursday or Friday of last week for Mother’s Day on Sunday it said Saturday or Sunday delivery. Was not delivered on Sunday was not notified. Well, now they’re saying it was gonna be delivered on the 13th which is today well they’re delivery cut off is 5 PM and it’s now 506 Customer Service told me they have no one to deliver anywhere near that area so it’ll be tomorrow at earliest. I just don’t understand how it takes a week to deliver flowers. I’ve had this issue with him a couple of times before the exact same situation where they do not show up until days and days later.Customer Answer

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Youflowers**** regarding a floral arrangement I purchased for Mother's Day. The order was delivered on May 9, 2025.
Upon arrival, the arrangement was immediately disappointing. Today, May 13, 2025, a significant portion of the flowers, specifically the purple blooms, have failed to open and are now beginning to wilt. This is in stark contrast to the appearance of the arrangement as advertised on your website.
I contacted Youflowers**** customer service to address this issue. The representative I spoke with engaged in what I perceived as an unsatisfactory negotiation regarding compensation. Initially, I was offered a mere 20% refund, which was subsequently increased to 30%. I clearly stated that neither of these offers was acceptable, given that approximately 50% of the flowers were substandard. Ultimately, I was issued a credit of $25.
The original purchase price for the arrangement was $78, which included a delivery fee. I was informed that the delivery fee would not be refunded. I find this policy unacceptable, as I paid for a full service and received a significantly flawed product. Receiving a partial credit for barely acceptable flowers while still being charged the full delivery cost is unreasonable.
As a repeat customer of Youflowers****, I expected a higher level of service and a more satisfactory resolution to this issue. Instead, I have experienced a considerable waste of my time attempting to resolve this matter and, more importantly, the intended Mother's Day gift for my mother was significantly diminished.
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the purchase price of $78. This request accounts for the poor quality of the product, the inconvenience of the time I have spent trying to rectify this situation, and the disappointment of a ruined Mother's Day gift. The product and the subsequent customer service provided by Youflowers**** have been deeply unsatisfactory.Business Response

This company is horrible to deal with. I ordered flowers for my mother and saw this company was associated with ****** so I thought I would give them a try. Big mistake. My mother still have not gotten her Mother’s Day flowers. The website says they are going to be delivered on May 12. It is May 13. I’ve called twice and their customer service staff is outsourced out of the country, which in and of itself isn’t horrible, but they they are “calling the florist” or “texting the florist” with no confirmation of anything and yesterday I was on hold for 30 seconds and in that time frame he claimed to have called the florist “several times.” I can’t get anyone to seem to care, any confirmation that my flowers will ever be delivered. The worst part is that my mother lives in a nursing home and I wanted to give her some joy in a pretty sad existence and she can’t even get her flowers as promised.Business Response

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day off this website on May 9th. They had me pay extra so they'll be delivered between Saturday and Sunday. I called back on Saturday as well as Sunday both times they told me that they were on their way to be delivered. The flowers showed up Tuesday, May 13 dead and not in the presentation were supposed to look like. This website is a scam.Business Response

I ordered flowers from Flowers for you. To be delivered Mother's Day. I made sure to order a couple days ahead. I selected the box for The say if Mother's Day. Placed my order. Got confirmation for Sunday May 11th, 2025. I was excited to see my mother in law's reaction. So I waited. Waited. Waited......
Fast forward to today. Monday May 12th, 2025. No email notification of delivery. I called customer service. Was finally told local florist had received order. Was assured it would get there this evening. Between 5 and 7 pm. I wasn't happy, but said fine. One day late, not ideal, but not that much of a big deal.
Now it's 5:30 pm. So I call customer service again. They take the information. I am then informed that it will be delivered TOMORROW Tuesday May 13th!!! I said, you literally have One
Job! To my surprise, the man said, " we are super busy on MOTHER'S DAY, so sorry for the inconvenience!"
I replied that of course you are. You're a flower delivery company. And it's Mother's Day.
He didn't get the ridiculous irony. He said I'd get 30 percent off. I laughed, and said, " A whole thirty percent?" Gee thanks! Again clueless.
So I'm now waiting to see if it gets delivered tomorrow, and if so, what condition the flowers are even in . I am not too optimistic at this point.
Bottom line. I recommend going local and forget these online flower go betweens. The first time I've ever done this, and the last!Business Response

I purchased a flower arraignment that promised to be delivered on 5/10 or 5/11. It was a Mother’s Day special. Here we are on 5/12, the tracking number still says the flowers are scheduled for delivery by the end of the day on 5/11. Order placed 5/10 for delivery between 5/10 & 5/11 for Mother's Day during a time of grief. Received an email stating it was delivered. 2 days later on 5/12 still no delivery! Contact the company only to be told they are going to 'offer' me a 20% refund! A 20% refund on an approx $90 item? If i include shipping it's closer to $100! Refunding $16.29 on an almost $100 purchase for a product that was NEVER received is distasteful and disrespectful!! A FULL REFUND should be sent.Business Response

This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM! I have been waiting on a delivery since last Wednesday and every day have been promised it would get delivered. It still hasn’t. When I have called or chatted in they tell me the same spiel about trying to get ahold of their florist and then hours later tell me that the flowers will not be delivered. It’s absurd. I am rejecting this response because: it has been longer than 3 days than I requested the refund and my bank has not received anything from this company in regard to a reversal or a refund. I have contacted them three times about it and nothing.
I have spoken to several supervisors and set up a “Complimentary” delivery of flowers, however the delivery of those flowers is what I have an issue with. I was promised they would be delivered Friday before 12pm, they weren’t. Any time I chatted in or called i was given the same spiel about no one knowing anything and my request has been made to the florist. Then I was told “we guarantee they will be delivered on your promised day” after no delivery was made by 2pm I called again and was told oh they can’t deliver today, can we try for Monday before 12pm? Same situation happened Monday. Then I randomly get an email at 2:15 saying they had been delivered. The recipient didn’t receive them, or a phone call or anything. She works at a school, and from the picture of the delivery it looks like the flowers were left on a random table somewhere. But she didn’t receive them.This has just been an absolutely awful experience. And honestly nothing that anyone says or does to “remedy” this experience is going to work. I will just never use this company ever again and make sure everyone knows what my experience was like.

I ordered from this company because they said that same-day delivery was available. This was extremely important to me for the flowers to get there today! I entered in the zip code where I wanted the flowers delivered, and there were only a select few arrangements available. I ordered one that was available and paid extra for same-day shipping. I got an email 4 hours late, well after the window when I would have been able to order something elsewhere, saying that these flowers were, in fact, not available, and I could instead send something via *** to get there some other day. I called to see if something could be done, and the attitude was basically, "too bad." ... (deleting rest for character count)

This is not at all honest. They sent me an email and offered me a bouquet as they messed up so badly along with refund. I responded immediately with an address for them to send it to. No response from them. Next day I tried again, no response. Today I got an entirely different response, but then they said they wanted to call. I gave a #. There has been no call. Now I just got another email unrelated to the earlier one. Still haven't received my refund. They spam me several times a day with other offers, and have never responded directly to emails that I sent in response to them. This company is a mess. I want a refund, and I want a credit worth a bouquet that I can order so I don't have to charge anything else.Business Response

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've used From You Flowers in the past and hadn't had any issues until now, Mother's Day. I paid a premium for a very special bouquet for my mother. I even paid the extra delivery fee in order for her to receive them the Friday before Mother's Day. She was delivered her bouquet two days early (so why did I pay the extra delivery fee???) AND they weren't even the flowers I ordered! They weren't even the same color! They looked like an 8 year child put them together with grocery store flowers and used a ton of green filler that buried the flowers. I was assured that my flowers were still with the florist and my bouquet would be delivered. Then I received an email saying my flowers were delivered and gave the correct date - May 9. This email came on May 8. Oh? You can deliver in the future now? Called again and after escalating my issue to a manager I was assured that we would get the correct flowers on Friday. We did not. Saturday now and I was basically told that I'm out of luck and if I wanted flowers they would have to wait until the 15th. I was offered a measly 30% back, and not even the extra fee I paid for a certain day delivery. I will never use this company again.
For the record, My amount that I am disputing for is the remainder of the flowers (not the 30% I already received) plus delivery and the extra delivery fee for a day close to Mother's Day.Customer Answer
