      Purchased Mother’s Day flowers with a delivery Scheduled (and paid extra for) to be delivered Friday 5/9. Never arrived. Called today and couldn’t understand much of what was said (very heavy accent). Guy just said not to worry he’ll call me back today. Never got a call. Need full refund and I would never buy from them again.

      I purchased flowers for my wife for mother's day on 5/7/25 for delivery on 5/9/25 to her place of employment which is a hospital. I recieve an email at 2:30pm stating that there was nobody there and the flowers were not delivered. My first call is at 3:15pm and they ensured the delivery would be there by 4:30. My wife shows up home at 5:30pm flowerless. I called for a second time and they change the delivery address to my home address and ensure delivery by 6pm. Well.. 6:30 comes and no flowers. I called for a third time and endnup speaking to a supervisor and says the delivery will be to my home address either 5/10 or 5/11 depending on the florist. My wife recieves a call at 5:43 the delivery driver is at the hospital delivering the flowers. I tell them I spoke to a supervisor on 5/9 and he said he changed the delivery address to my home. Which sounds like lack of communication between them and the florist. I call again for a 4th time and they stated they will have the flowers delivered ASAP to my home address. Here i am at 6:30pm flowerless, 4 calls with nothing to show. This business needs help and needs to learn how to communicate, I will not longer order ANYTHING thru them and will make sure others know their lack of customer service, communication.

      Yes the issue has finally been resolved. I called about 8 times and it kept getting "we are trying to locate a florist that can deliver".  Thank you. I just recieved this email today, otherwise I would have submitted a response back sooner. Thank you again

      I placed an order with you flowers on Friday May 9th, money was taken immediately from my bank account. I received an email this morning informing me my floral arrangement had been delivered but I hadn't heard from the receiver so I call my mother and she informed me she never received a floral arrangement. I called You Flowers who offered me no recourse. He couldn't tell me what florist delivered the bouquet, no notes of who accepted it or if a human even accepted it, he offered me a 20 percent discount on another order. I filed a dispute with my bank and im filing a BBB complaint because this is absolutely insane to me that they don't have to offer some sort of info on who they delivered the flowers to. Flowers weren't ever delivered, not to who they were intended for and I know that much.

      I ordered flowers to be delivered to my 91 yr old mom in a nursing home for Mother’s Day. I ordered 5 days prior in order to assure delivery by Mother’s Day. Delivery was guaranteed may 9th.
      Flowers were not delivered. I called and was assured they would be delivered may 10 and would be upgraded for my inconvenience. May 10th arrived and no flowers. I called asking for ETA for delivery. Placed on hold for an hour and never got back to me. I contacted by chat and again received no resolution.
      (Chat message attached). No my mother will have no flowers for Mother’s Day bc it is impossible to get another company to deliver by tomorrow. This company is the worst I have ever encountered and shame on me for not reading all the horrific reviews from previous customers.

      I received an apology from “from you flowers LLC”. They said they will refund the total cost of the flowers and are sending a $75 complimentary floral arrangement to my mother in the rehab hospital.  I am satisfied with that resolution and just hope they actually follow through as that was the problem in first place.

      So, me, my sister and my brothers all chipped in to buy flowers for our mother. We made the arrangements a whole week prior to Mother's day and the flowers were to deliver the day before so there wouldn't be issues.

      My sister ******** ***** ordered the flowers through this company. And we didn't think much there would be issues if we made the arrangements deliver the day prior to Mother's day. Then the day came yesterday and dead flowers were delivered to my mother. So, they made pathetic excuses that they have no control of the delivery or who provides the flowers and only gave us back $13.90. They haven't even tried to just send us new flowers.

      Who sends dead flowers in the first place? I am completely infuriated by their practices. They better see this complaint and send my sister the WHOLE REFUND.

      I am a new mom who just lost her job this month and I don't have the expendable money for DEAD FLOWERS. I just wanted to give my mother flowers with my siblings.

      I ordered flowers to be delivered, paid extra for expedited delivery. As of 5/10/2025 the company says they were delivered. The recipient informs me after a thorough search, they are not able to locate the flowers. They were a mothers day gift. Upon contacting the company through an online chat, they were unwilling to contact the shipper to discover who signed for the delivery, and refused to reorder the flowers to meet the deadline. They offered a 50% refund for a week late delivery, i explained this was unacceptable. I expect a full refund for product not received according to the contract

      I ordered $300.00 worth of floral arrangements for Mother’s Day what she received was about $30.00 worth of flowers. I called and reps basically said they couldn’t help that the flowers I ordered had been delivered. I never said they weren’t what I was asking was for the correct flowers to be sent out for the money I gave them. I realize at this point it’s a scam company and I would like to file a complain against them as I realize I’m one of more than millions of customers who fall to their scam.

      I placed an order to sent my mom a bouquet of flowers on behalf of her children, grandsons, great grandsons. And her God children. I had received an email stating that it was delivered on Friday. I read it on Saturday. I called the hospital and was told that there was no delivery for my mom. I called the company and I was told that there are glitches and the email might have been sent ahead of time by it would be delivered by 2 pm. I told him it's 1:34 pm so it should be there in half an hour. The agent said, "yes". I called the hospital at 4 pm no flowers.! I did the chat. That agent told me I would receive a call back from the place that "prepared" the bouquet. We got disconnected. Did the chat again and was told the same thing some one will call me and when I asked what number, the agent throughout some numbers I corrected the agent and the response was they will get an email. I wanted to create a lasting smile and remind her of how much we love and appreciate her... 5 am this morning my sister called to inform me that Mommy passed away in her sleep. This company stole that moment from my mom. They stole her opportunity of finding joy, love, and peace, during her time of pain. The flowers would have brought a peaceful smile, but your company destroyed. I chat again and I demanded for a full refund after sharing my experience. I was told it would take 1-3 days for a full refund. The agent apologized and for my lost and for the actions made by the company.

      I placed 2 separate floral orders in April 30th 2025. The first order was to a friend i *** ***** for her upcoming birthday. The second order was for my sister in ** for her upcoming birthday. My *** ***** order arrived 6 days in May 1st. The 2nd order NEVER arrived to **. Two phone calls and 2 online chats later and still NO delivery. FromYouFlowers claimed in my chat to have contacted the floral vendore and confirmed the delivery was made on 7May at 4.p.m. EDT. That.never happened.

      I received an email that flowers were delivered. They were not. I called 3 times to continue to hear the flowers were delivered when they were not. Flowers delivered while I was on the phone to explain situation and flowers were delivered. Lied to in an email and by 3 separate customer agents.
