      Paid for a flower delivery to be delivered to recipient on 5/8. As of 5/10 it has still not been delivered and the company issued a 30% refund. A full refund should be issued as they did not provide the product that was paid for on the day it was supposed to be delivered. At this point, the flowers are likely dead and should not be delivered. I would like a full refund.

      I placed an order on May 1st for flowers for Mother’s Day. I chose to have them delivered early and sent to my brother in law’s house. They were supposed to arrive by now. I have spoken with my brother in law and he has not received the flowers. I spoke with customer support for the company and received multiple answers from the same person. First it was they will be delivered today. Not 2 minutes later it was that they had been delivered. And then suddenly they would arriving at a different date due to bad weather in the recipients area. The weather is not bad where they were supposed to be delivered. Bright and sunny. These flowers were expensive and need to be refunded. Will never do business with this company again.

      On May 8, 2025, I placed an online order for a flower arrangement as a gift for my mother for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, on May 9, 2025, the flowers arrived in unacceptable condition: they were wilted, damaged, and the color of the roses was completely different from what I originally selected.

      I contacted your customer service department and spoke with a supervisor named Jed. He assured me that I would receive a full refund for the order. However, I have only received a partial refund of $11.13 out of the $83.42 I paid.

      I respectfully request that you issue the remaining balance of the refund as originally promised. I am not interested in a replacement delivery.

      I ordered 3 arrangements of flowers on Monday 5/5/25 and they were to be delivered 5/6/25. Two came on 5/7/25 and one was wrong. When I called for the lateness I was told three different times they would be delivered. They were all inaccurate. When I said the one order was wrong I was told each order was subject to substitutions and offered a 20%discount on the one order. The last one never came as of 5/9/25 and I called in again. I was on the phone for over an hour while they haggled prices. First they said I could have another 20% discount for these ones and i didnt even receive them! Then they said 24.99, 19.99 and then 68 when I asked for 50 (the total of the one I ordered and never got) and 25 (half of the one i ordered and got the wrong thing.) ($75 total.) I asked to speak to a supervisor and was never given one. I dont have an order number but i have a bank statement where I paid $150 meaning each arrangement was $50. I want my $75 refunded and I want people to be warned about this business.

      They keep emailing me different amounts of refunds they'll give me that don't make up for their mistakes. They're not willing to fix the mistakes and the customer has to suffer.

      Ordered Flower for Mothers day and they arrived dead along with rotten and melted strawberries. I was told they will refund 30% and was sent $15.22 which is roughly an 8% refund from the total $128.09. Completely unacceptable and seems like this is a scam.

      On April 11, 2024 I received an email from this company saying that if I place a floral order through the provided link I would receive free delivery for life. I placed an order that very day. Since then I have placed two more orders with the company and each time was charged for delivery. My attempts to contact the company to remedy this situation were ignored. I am seeking a refund of my original order cost ($58.61) given that the company has failed to provide the service that they promised.

      I have place order on Tuesday ,April 29 2025 for delivery flowers to Funeral Home on May 1st, 2025. When i contact family of reception they said flowers never been deliver. Fromyouflower company no one contact me about not deliver flowers. I'm very disappoint with this company, this is not a first time my order not deliver and no one contacting about the any issue. When I'm not contact family of reception i will not have any idea flowers not deliver, they will just take my money and never deliver the product

      Placed an order on 4/23. Flowers were supposed to be delivered 4/29 did not receive them. Only after I called company I received a confirmation email showing they had been delivered to the recipient. I live with the recipient and no flowers were delivered to this address. The only resolution offered was 5 dollars back.
