Purchased a “Premium” bouquet of flowers to be delivered 4/22/2025. Was then delayed at the last moment, and pushed back to 4/23/2025. After no updates for over a day, the flowers were delivered and the $79.42 LARGEST sized bouquet consisted of 6 flowers. Six. I spent almost $80, to have SIX flowers delivered late. Did not look like the picture they advertised one bit. Called the company multiple times, spoke with two different people and was offered 30% partial refund and “store credit”. What they are doing is absolute robbery, and their “solution” is beyond disrespectful.Customer Answer

Placed an order for flowers on April 16th to be delivered on April 21st. Got an email that it was delivered. It had not been delivered. Tried to call regarding the order, was greeted with a bot that just said it was delivered then hung up. Called back and spoke with a person who also just said it was delivered and I needed to check with the recipient at their address. It was my house. Place an order on April 17th for Flowers to be delivered on April 19th for my mother’s birthday by 12pm noon. Also paid for expedited delivery
Called customer service talked to a gentleman with a heavy accent and I was notified that the flowers were not in stock?
Why didn’t anyone from you flowers contact me?
I am absolutely disgusted that this delivery was forgotten about, and the order was not fulfilled. Also I wasn’t contacted by a Representative from you flowers. This is for my mother’s birthday this weekend.

April 2 2025 I placed an order for some flowers to be delivered to my mother I spent around $58 which included a same day delivery fee and she didn’t get the flowers until April 3 around 5pm. They looked nothing like the photos advertised and included flowers and extra greenery. The flowers looked like they came from the dollar store. I complained and they refunded me $18 and gave me a $15 voucher that expired in 2 weeks. I was frustrated with this because they want me to spend more money for flowers that look nothing like advertisement and are expensive for the quality. I called and spoke with someone regarding the order and they stated they would send another set and apologized. They do work on weekends, so my mother didn’t get the flowers until April 7th and they were delivered to my address instead of hers. Another frustration. They looked better as some haven’t bloomed yet but the first set is already dead which was disappointing as well. I do appreciate them trying to attempt to fix the issue but it’s the fact they should not advertise something they do not sell.Business Response

I originally ordered flowers on Jan 31st 2025 in prep for Valentine's Day. The flowers were very bad and in poor taste. I have pictures which show multiple dead and falling apart. I paid 48$ and some change. My confirmation # is *********. I seen an ad on my phone and the order went through fast enough, but the flowers were very disappointing, I wanted a refund, which didn't happen, I was then promised more flowers which never arrived. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered by noon on March 28, 2025. Not only have the flowers not been delivered a timely manner to a funeral but the only resolution I have received was a refund of five dollars for my expedited fee. This is completely unacceptable. The flowers were not the same, the colors were completely different, as well as the vase, and the stand underneath the vase was missing. This was entirely false advertisement from the company, as their “substitution” policy actually means you will receive an entirely different product than what you thought you were purchasing.Business Response

SUBJECT: Request for Refund Due to Inability to Fulfill Order #*********.
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the service I received from “From You Flowers”.
On March 24, 2025, I placed an order for a Premium flower arrangement (Order #*********) through “From You Flowers” for a funeral service scheduled on March 26, 2025.
However, upon delivery on March 26, 2025, I received an arrangement that was not what I had ordered. The details are as follows:
1. A Copy of Order #********* and Photo 1 show the Premium flower arrangement that I had originally ordered.
2. Photo 2 depicts the incorrect arrangement that was delivered.
Despite my multiple requests for the correct arrangement to be redelivered on the same day (March 26, 2025), I was informed that the correct arrangement would not arrive until March 27, 2025, after the funeral had already concluded.
As a result, the Premium flower arrangement I ordered was never received in time for the funeral service. This failure to fulfill the order as agreed is both disappointing and unacceptable.
I have attached an email trail documenting my communication with “From You Flowers” team for further context. Given that the service was not provided as promised, I am requesting a full refund for this order.
Could you please inform me of the next steps to initiate this refund request? I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.
