Ordered Big Bright Blue Skies Bouquet for $54.04 on 1/27/23 for birth of a baby boy and it was not delivered. Tried customer support number but number was not operational. Gave order number and other requested info to an online bot chat. Was told it would be investigated and an email would be sent with the resolution. Email arrived several hours later with just a copy of our earlier “chat”. No information at all! No resolution! Looks like a scam company.

I ordered flowers for my moms 90th birthday on 01/25/2023. She is staying at my brothers house and he lives 1 hour away from me. My mother can longer stay by herself. My brother sent me a picture of the flowers delivered. Absolutely not what I ordered. I called the company and told them I was dissatisfied with the flowers and its not what i ordered. He said they would send another bouquet out the next day after her birthday. He asked me what flowers were in the vase and I told him I bought the cotton candy boutique. My brother sent me a picture of the second boutique and its not much better.

I could of went to ****** and bought flowers myself and did a better job than they did for half the price. I don't know how a company can stay in business when all they do is take people's money and the outcome is so poor.

I received an email offer from From You Flowers on 1/20/23 offering a 25% discount and FREE SHIPPING FOR LIFE if I placed an order that day using code ****. I did so. A few days later I inquired about the free shipping for life and was told I should get an email with the code to use 4 days after placing the order. Since then, every attempt to contact them has been a runaround asking for my phone number or asking me to contact them and emails repeating that I should get an email within 4 days of placing the order. The whole thing smacks of fraud. When I ask WHY they need to talk to me to provide a code they said would be emailed, I am ignored and they repeat the above nonsense. I still have the original email offering the deal.Business Response

I purchased an Upsy Daisy arrangement on 1/22/23 for $51.09 to be delivered on today, 1/28/23. Today, 1/28/23 is National Daisy Day and my sister's dog who passed away was named Daisy.
At 3:06 I received an email stating the arrangement was delivered. It was not.
I called to find out what happened and they said they would investigate and I'd get an answer in 24-48 hours.
I was not happy w that and was told they would get another arrangement out to her today. That did not happen.
I called 3 times. The 3rd time I was told the best they could do was refund me 25%. What???!!
I researched reviews and the same thing has happened to many people w this company.
Didn't get the product, the flowers were not healthy or recieved the wrong order.
Please put this company our of business. They're total scam artists!Business Response

I ordered “Blossoms in Vogue “ online from fromyouflowers**** to be delivered on 1/20/23. Order #*********. I paid this company $121.37. The flowers pictured were all different colored roses in a glass vase. The bouquet that was sent to the hospital had sunflowers and carnations and even a gnome in the arrangement. This is NOT what I paid for. The flowers sent were cheap and in a wicker basket. I called fromyouflowers**** and they would not disclose the florist that sent these flowers. They offered me 20% refund. I want ALL my money back PLUS I want to file a public complaint about this company doing bad business and misrepresenting arrangements. I am rejecting this response because: I do not trust FROMYOUFLOWERS**** to properly process the $100 Flower Gift Credit that they say they are going “above and beyond” to reconcile their bad business with. I talked to the Florist that my online order was sent to and saw that FROMYOUFLOWERS**** did NOT honestly convey the arrangement advertised that I had paid for. Instead, they chose their own (#4) arrangement. This arrangement that they chose on their own was MUCH cheaper than the one I paid for. In reality, what FROMYOUFLOWERS**** is doing is taking clients money and telling the Florist the client wants a much cheaper arrangement, therefore they can keep more of the profit. It is a disgusting misrepresentation. The Company has refunded my original order in full. They are trying to save face by offering a new arrangement credit of $100 but they will do the same dirty business practice. I would never use a third party to send flowers again. In fact, the Florist itself encouraged me not use them again as well.

On January 22,2023, I purchased a floral arrangement to be delivered the day of my grandmother viewing service. I received a email stating that it was scheduled for delivery. When I got to the funeral home, they stated that no flowers have came from this business. I contacted the business and they claim several times that they don't have the order but you all gave me a order confirmation also when I talked to the automated system, I input my confirmation order number and it too told me that service delivered. Then proceeds to tell me that they can deliver the next day. First of all,bad service all the way around. My grandma service is at 11am tomorrow. How in the world are they going to be delivered by then?Secondly, you sent a email and left a voicemail stating the order number. When I contacted the customer service representative, you don't have that order. Bad business, unprofessional and apparently I'm not the only one that has experienced this with this unprofessional place.Business Response

I am at complete disbelief with this company!! Today I had to put my grandfather who was like a father to rest and ordered over $200 flowers because it was a sudden death! I needed to be sure I had the convenience to order online so it was “one less thing” I had to worry about it! BUT NEVER did I imagine that it’s what I had to worry about the day of the funeral when the flowers weren’t even there!!! How embarrassing!! I ordered these flowers days before the funeral. I gave ample amount of time to still be let down!! I even paid for expedited to be delivered by 12pm. It was 3pm and the flowers were still not there. I called customer service and spoke with a woman who told me she was “calling the florist” and the florist told her that she would have to call back once she was back in the office since she was not in the location and couldn’t provide the info of the delivery but that she swore all her deliveries went out in the morning. I was told by the rep that I would get a call back in a half hour with an update. wrong! I had to call again, and spoke with a gentleman who told me that he was “going to call the florist” kept me on for a half hour to then tell me that the “slip/order was not printed or missed” and my flowers didn’t even get done!!! I asked for a refund and he had the audacity to try and tell me that he was refund me “30% of the purchased price” even though I didn’t even receive the flowers, my order didn’t get placed correctly, and I was told a LIE from the very beginning. I’m so upset!!! I was walking out of the funeral home at 8pm to then be stopped by the funeral director about a flower order being delivered! When the funeral was over and done with. How disgusting! You should all be ashamed of yourself. I will never order or recommend this company again!!! Order # ********* & order # *********. I ordered flowers for my mothers bday. Received an email saying they were delivered. This was a lie- they were not. Called customer and spoke to two people obviously reading scripts. They said they would open an investigation but refused to tell me when I would receive follow up, who the local delivery service was, and when I would receive a refund. This company is obviously scamming people.
I am fighting this change with my credit card. And reporting them to all local flower shops in my hometown to let them know NOT to associate with a scam company.

I ordered two dozen roses as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday, to be delivered to her at her job. The roses were delivered to her in a Box. They were already wilted and looked terrible. I emailed the company three times and was given what seemed like an automated response of apology and they refunded 30% of the cost of the flowers. This to me is unacceptable as I am not at all satisfied with how they were delivered in a Box or the condition of them looking nothing like the picture.Business Response

Ordered butterfly dish arrangement on 1/19. Said it was unsuccessfully delivered 19th. When in fact the person receiving arrangements was home...then they said it would be delivered 20. The arrangements that was delivered was nothing like what was originally ordered. I called and with run around got a complementary butterfly dish resent that would be delivered on 21. I got email saying the arrangement wad delivered n it wasn't delivered. I'm beyond myself woth this company. To deliver something to a family whom lost their son tragically.Business Response

this company will never be used again by me ,friends, family. They had ended up contacting the recipient regarding delivery and it wasnt necessary since i informeed them of it noy being delivered..they bothered this individual during a time of mourn . Totally unacceptable. Better Business Bureau:
