I ordered flowers from ((fromyouflowers.com) for the death of my aunt **** *******
I told them they had to deliver the flowers by 4 pm on 1/20/2023. My sister went to the viewing and the flowers were not there. She left the viewing when it was closing. I called them and asked what happened to the flowers. First time they messed up. So they said they will make sure it get there before 9 am Saturday 1/21/23. The burial is today 1/21/2023 at 9:10 am. I told them to send them before. They said they would make sure it got there. The flowers are not still at the funeral home and the body is leaving. I asked for a refund they said they would give me store credit. I am so angry on top of the emotions of the death of my aunt. These people messed up 2x and with a delicate situation as a death. I ordered flowers from them 12/30/2022 thinking it was a different florist. Nonetheless, I paid extra to have flowers delivered same day which has never been an issue with the local florist I thought I was using. Unfortunately this order was delayed by several days. When I realized the flowers would not arrive same day (and were actually not going to get to her for another three days) I called to cancel leading to a 30 minute argument with a rep who tried to talk me into allowing the delivery to go thru. The flowers were for a friend who's daughter passed away several months ago and she was struggling as it was the daughters birthday that day, hence the reason for my request for same day delivery and my desired to cancel when I realized they could not honor this request. But the rep did not want to cancel the order and refund me. I insisted and was told it would be canceled and I would get a full refund. The flowers were never delivered and I am still waiting on a refund which I've now had to contact my bank to fight for despite receiving a confirmation email from them of the cancellation and full refund.Business Response

Ordered flowers 1/17/23 to be delivered 1/19/23 before 12:00pm pst. Paid an extra fee for a total of $80.
Flowers were never delivered despite multiple calls to supervisors. They kept going around the issue.Business Response

On 1/13/23 I purchase the "You're In My Heart" premium arrangement. I ordered before 3pm, as listed on their website for a same day delivery. My order was not delivered and I was not contacted. I reached out to them after 6pm asking about my delivery. I was told that it would be delivered the next day by noon. The flowers were delivered around 3pm. The person that I sent the flowers to sent a picture of the delivery and thanked me. I was so embarrassed, because the flowers looked to be of low quality. The arrangement that I chose and paid almost 100 dollars for - were not the same as in the picture, not even close. It literally looks like I purchased them from ***** **** for 19.99 and placed them in a vase. The practices of this business is deceptive. Pulling a bait and switch is not acceptable. When I emailed to complain, they wanted to send a 10 dollar gift certificate to use with them in the future. No thank you Sir/Mam - I have NO intention of ever doing business with them again. I work hard for my money. When I am willing to pay almost 100 dollars for Get Well Flowers - do not sent me a bouquet that does not match the photo listed. If that is your PREMIUM bouquet, I would hate to see what regular looks like.Business Response

Order #********* was $50+ and never received. I got an email at 1:52pm saying the flowers were delivered when they weren't. I emailed customer service and they did an "investigation" and sent new flowers that were supposedly delivered to my mother's work address at 6:15pm. The website says deliveries to businesses will be delivered by 5pm local time. I called this morning and was offered a lousy 20% discount which is unacceptable, and another "investigation". Next time I am going to use insta cart and have flowers delivered from the grocery store. It would be a lot cheaper and delivered within a couple of hours, and I wouldn't have to deal with customer service. The customer service associates were professional but it's difficult when there is a language barrier. I asked the first associate if I could email her the address because I was concerned about the language barrier. She told me I could call back in and speak to someone else! I called back the next day since the flowers weren't delivered and the call could have been half as long if there wasn't a language barrier. I don't have time to call and ask them to repeat everything 2 times.
I also ordered flowers last week which didn't look anything like the flowers I ordered. I was annoyed but didn't feel like it was worth contacting customer service about. Now that I have had this experience, I don't think asking for a refund of my most recent order and a delivery of the flowers unrealistic. This company needs to make things right and stop charging am astronomical amount of money for poor service.Business Response

On December 31, 2022 I ordered the floral arrangement Sweet Devotion to be delivered SAME DAY. The cost of the arrangement was $74.99 + $14.99(service/handling)+ $2.99(same day service fee)+ tax($5.46). Today is January 5, 2023, SIX DAYS LATER, and the arrangement has yet to be delivered. I contacted For You Flowers via email every day and have been promised a delivery EVERY DAY from Jan 1 until this evening.
On January 3, I received an email reply to my order inquiry stating the recipient was not available(since when is a delivery not delivered because the recipient isn’t available?).
On January 4, I advised them to leave the arrangement with the front desk of the building. I really wanted this arrangement to be delivered, but the sentiment high is blown. At this point, will the flowers even be fresh? I’m not even sure any arrangement was ever made or delivered because I never received a call stating there was an issue delivering (as places I’ve ordered from before have done). This has been highly disappointing.

My name is ***** *****. I am the person who filed the original complaint. I see from my latest correspondence from you I failed to respond to the most recent request. I am in great error for neglecting this, somehow I missed it or responded in error. I would like to change this issue to resolved and satisfied. It was a horrible experience, but I do feel the flower company did the best it possibly could to make things right. My grieving friend was very thankful for the extra flowers they sent to her.
I apologize for any and all inconveniences I have caused by this failure on my part. I hope it is not too late to change the status of the complaint to show resolved.

On Dec 11th, 2022, I ordered an ****** to be delivered on Dec 13th for my daughter's birthday. The charge for 79 dollars went through immediately after I ordered. The ****** never was delivered . The status by email was "preparing to deliver" for days and days. They kept putting off the delivery information saying it was on it's way several times but it was never delivered. I contacted customer service multiple times. They NEVER delivered the ****** AND they never reimbursed me for the charges after contacting them multiple times. Zero excuse for taking my money and delivering nothing in return
