i ordered One Dozen Oceanic Roses which where blue for my birthday and received purple roses with glitter. i contacted them and they only offered me 10.00 dollars of my order.Business Response

I ordered flowers from From You Flowers on 12/16/2022, order #***-***-**** for my best friend’s daughter. Even though I never order flowers because they are costly, this was a special time in her life and I wanted her to know how proud I was of her. The flowers were delivered on time but were nothing like I ordered. The sunflowers were suppose to be the focal point with many smaller flowers added for fullness. That’s not what was delivered. I was appalled and embarrassed by what they sent. Forget all the beautiful small flowers, instead they stuck a few roses that didn’t even look appropriate with the sunflowers. I did not order roses for a reason. I called the company, sent them a picture of what was delivered and they said they would deliver the right ones the next Monday, since it was Saturday when I called. They never arrived. I called the company again and they assured me that they spoke to the florist and that they would definitely be delivered the next day, Tuesday. They never arrived. I called a 3rd time and they assured that they would use a different florist and they would be delivered the next day, Wednesday. They never arrived. At this point I was done and felt they never really did anything to assure they were delivered. The total cost was $51.25 and I would like a refund not only for them not doing the right thing, but for all the time I spent on the phone trying to rectify their mistake. If I ever decide to order flowers again, it will not be from this company. This was an extremely unsettling experience. One of the pictures is what should have been delivered. The other one is what was delivered. I am sure you can tell which one is which.Business Response

I ordered a "bee well" bouquet to take to a sick friend. The order was yellow and white flowers with a stuffed bee with bee well on his shirt. When the order arrived it was all pink flowers, no stuffed animal. The cost was not cheap and when I contacted the company through email there was no response. I feel that if they can't deliver the product ordered they should let you know. I would never have ordered pink flowers. They should have at least substituted with yellow and white flowers. I have asked for a refund and have yet to hear. Will never order from them again and will encourage my friends to never order from them again.Business Response

I had order a bouquet of flowers for my sisters 65 birthday. The Bouquet itself was $64.99, with all the fees attached it came out to $74.17. The bouquet I picked was a Christmas bouquet with lots of roses a few white flowers and small pine cones and a pretty bow around the vase. The one that was received was on the small side no bow,
I saw 3 roses (4 at the most) two big pine cones and a bunch of white flowers. Was
absolutely nothing like I ordered. I had emailed the company 3X never got any response, so I called. On the phone call, the boy stated I would get a refund back on my *** *** account. I have never received it.Business Response

Purchased flowers for mother for Christmas and they were to be delivered on December 22 2021. When they were not delivered I called the company that evening and they said they would be delivered on December 23, 2021. I said ok. They again did not deliver the flowers. I waited until Saturday, December 24th to see if they would be delivered. Again they were not. I have called the company twice tonight because I now need the order cancelled since she will not receive them for Christmas. They have disconnected me both times. On December 19th I ordered flowers and scheduled them to be delivered on December 23rd. The delivery was never made. When I emailed on the 24th to follow up on my order, I received an responce saying, they would be unable to process my refund and will issue me a credit for future purchases. I only requested refund if they were not going to be able to complete the delivery today. When I attempted to call the number provided for customer service, I received a message saying it could not be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again. I would like a full refund, I believe this company may be a front for scamers and would strongly caution anyone from doing business with them.Business Response

Paid $92 for same day, birthday bouquet and bear for my sister's 18th birthday. Was to be delivered 12/22 and was not. I had to inquire about the order and they promised it would be delivered 12/23. I received an email on 12/23 that stated it wouldn't be received until 12/27...4 days after her birthday. After calling cs they explained the weather was the issue. The delivery was to be made in San Antonio where the weather WAS NOT an issue what so ever. They refused to acknowledge their end of the agreement with same day delivery however fully charged me dor the service as well as a $15.99 servicing fee. This was a very special occasion and I live out of state and this was the only way to get it to her. I previously called before making the order and they assured me it would be delivered when I scheduled it as long as the order was placed in time. Their site states it will be delivered within 4 hours of order confirmation and if not the NEXT day, not a week later.Business Response

I placed an
Order for golden rod flower arrangement for delivery on Saturday 12/21 , the arrangement that was sent is half the size of what it should be the flowers and vase doesn't look like what I ordered not to mention for what I paid , this flower company and florists are trying g to ***** me out of my money, I had to sent a complaint Thru their website for them to acknowledge the problem and they said they would have the correct item sent with the massive vase and massive flower arrangement and to this day nothing has been done but yet the company has lied and sent me 3 emails assurring it's being taken care of but it hasn't I want my money back of $122.39 , I will take my business elsewhere , I have proof of what the order should look like of the massive arrangement and massive vase and what they sent us half the size tiny vase with a little bit of flowers I have the proof, I have included the picture of what this should look like with massive vase and massive flowers compared to the crap small tiny one they sent , it's very obvious they are screwing me over and not to mention DONT SELL WHAT YOU DONT HAVE THATS MISLEADING BUT YOU STILL TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEYBusiness Response

I wish I have checked the legitimacy of this business before using them.
On Dec 21 I purchased the Golden Elegance Christmas Tree floral arrangement from FromYouFlowers.com for $94. That price was with a promo code. The item advertised was filled with lilies, mums, golden leaves, ornaments and a variety of greens.
What was delivered was horrific. My mother couldn't even figure out what it was supposed to be. They took scraps from Christmas trees, sticks and pine cones and made it into an almost triangle shape. The only flowers are ONE lily and 3 carnations. For $94.
I reached out to FromYouFlowers with the photos and they offered me a $19 refund. This isn't even worth $19. I was completely ripped off. Others need to be warned not to use this business.

An order was placed for a pie to be delivered on December 17th, 2022. The order was never shipped and still has not been shipped 3 days after promised date. I requested a refund since the birthday is past and was denied because they said “payment has already been processed”. The original order was placed on December 15th and a promised delivery date of December 17th. At this point, I want my money refunded.
