I purchased a large bouquet of flowers, a birthday card, and a birthday balloon to be delivered on Saturday dec.17 for my mother's birthday. I placed the order on Friday dec.16. At 9pm on dec.17 the flowers had not been delivered and I called customer service. I was given a 20% refund of 11$ and was assured the flowers would be delivered on dec.18. Today is dec.19 and nothing had been delivered. My mom's bday was 2 days and I no longer want the flowers as I have no faith that this company will ever deliver anything. I would like a full refund. I ordered flowers from You Flowers on December 15th. I paid extra to get a larger bouquet. The flowers delivered were awful, and there were only 5 roses. I contacted the company on 3 consecutive days by calling ###-###-#### and shared my dissatisfaction. They assured me each time that they would have a different florist fulfill another order, and they would be delivered the next day. No replacement flowers have been delivered. I want my money back, but it is difficult to communicate with the customer service rep and I'm frustrated. I will never use this company again and I caution anyone considering them to move on. After 3 phone calls and unfulfilled promises of a new delivery of flowers to my sister who recently had surgery, a person with Hay Flowers (*******) issued a refund and had a new florist prepare and deliver (via ****) a very nice bouquet of flowers to my sister. She also had me refunded in full. I am very satisfied with the way this was handled, but am still weary of ordering from this company again because the customer service rep I spoke to failed to follow through with 3 different promises of having this situation corrected, until ******* took the reins and went above and beyond to make it right.

I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered same day 12./15/22. On 12/16/22 I got an email stating it was going out a day late. At 7pm 12/16/22 this arrangement failed to appear at my delivery address. I spoke with this company to only be told the flowers are to be delivered 12/17/22! A full 2 days late. No calls no apology no email. I want a full refund and I’d like to speak to this company. It’s a scam.Business Response

I ordered my wife flowers on 12/13/22. I paid $66.31 for dead flowers. When they arrived, the flowers didn't look anything like the picture. The roses were dead and had holes in the petals. The rest of the flowers were wilting along with several roses in the bouquet. The vase was also dirty. It had some sticky substance all over it. I contacted someone from this company and was offered a 20% refund which is unacceptable. I was then offered a 30% refund which isn't any better. I did not pay $66.31 to receive dead flowers! Not to mention, I ordered from this company several months ago and majority of the flowers were also dead. I figured it was a one time incident so I let it slide but TWO TIMES?! I ordered a deluxe flower bouquet and received a much smaller bouquets. I paid $59.10 for the purchase. A regular bouquet cost $22.80. I called the company and spoke to a representative with a significant language barrier. She offered me 30% refund which was $11.29 after 45 minutes this refund and a 20% gift card was offered. I explained to her that I did not want the gift card because I would not be doing business with them in the future. I would like a 50% refund off my total purchase price since the bouquet received was less than a regular size bouquet.Business Response

I spent $88 dollars on a same day delivery of a fruit basket to a family who just lost their loved one. From you Flowers said it was delivered to the funeral home but it was per a conversation with the family. They said they would then deliver to the home and the family said it wasn’t. From you argued with me saying it was and we called the grieving family and they said it was not and that they were home the time it was allegedly delivered on the front porch. We gave them one more chance and today they said it was delivered but when I asked for confirmation they said they could deliver it tomorrow. I asked for a full refund and all they said was you will get one but could not give me a confirmation number. They said an email will be sent but I did not get it. The order number was *********

My sister sent me a Christmas arrangement on December 8th (after my surgery on the 7th) and she selected an arrangement that was that was $50. So here is the problem after her contacting your company many times the $15 arrangement was delivered to me from a grocery store florist that is 30 miles away. I was disappointed that I didn't get it until today and the arrangement was not what she ordered. I as a consumer I would never use your service and will let me family and friends to NEVER use it either. Totally disappointed and disgusted. I've ordered from this company twice. Last Christmas and this Christmas I ordered arrangements for an invalid relative and paid extra for delivery on a specific day, when her sister would visit from out of state. Both years this company failed to provide delivery on the day scheduled. This year they informed me, on the day delivery was scheduled, again, that they can't deliver for THREE days later. Her sister will be gone. Same exact thing they did last year. They gave a little 10% refund for the "inconvenience". The refund is no good if my aunt and her sister can't share the arrangement together. And 10% doesn't begin to matter after the time I spent on their site making the decision on arrangement and filling out the information.This is a terrible company and the only reason I ordered from them again was because they gave me a credit last year after I complained about this same problem! However, when the website used my credit, they took away the free delivery fee which was being promoted on their website! I've never had this problem using FTD or Teleflora. I will never order from them again. No customer service in consideration for me was provided. They could not pay me to do business with them again.Business Response

Back story: My wife’s 90 year old grandmother suddenly became very ill and there’s concern it is the end times for her so my wife flew to be with her family out of state. Current story: I made a flower purchase at 2:35pm PST. I made the order from MST and I have proof of that time. According to the companies website they guarantee same day delivery as long as the purchase is made prior to 3:00pm in the delivery time zone, which it was. I received no communication from the company except a receipt. The following day I was informed I would be refunded $2.99 but was not informed on a new delivery date. It is not Sunday December 11th and I have received zero communication from them about an updated delivery date so I contacted the company from a phone number on their website. The person I spoke to refused to speak to me unless I provided verification answers. I provided enough information I felt comfortable with but the representative refused to provide me details about the delivery. When I asked to speak with a supervisor the representative informed me she was the supervisor. I told her I wanted to speak to her boss and I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. After the hold the same representative was on the line asking me verification questions. She told me I couldn’t have a refund or information until I provided sensitive information. I told her I would answer other questions and she refused. This company is committing fraud and illegal business practices by not providing customers information about an order. They stole my money and refused to give it back to me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the supervisor did not leave any voice messages. I will take them to court with my phone records to prove I never recovered a message. The emails, those are garbage because the supervisor did not make any attempt to delivery the flowers in a timely manner. I asked the supervisor multiple times which I can provide proof of to send the flowers on the 12th and the response generated said the 13th. The supervisor never answered any of my questions posed in the emails either. I do not accept this resolution from the company and I told them I’m email the 13th was unacceptable. I emailed them at 9am and asked for the 12th and I didn’t get a response until 4pm that evening. Not satisfactory resolution to this case. They continue to ignore my requests and have now lied to the BBB about their “attempts” to contact me.

We did let him know we were unable to locate a local florist in our network to deliver this on Monday for him.
