      I placed an order two weeks ago for flowers to be delivered yesterday, 11/30/22. The order total was $48.65. My order was never delivered, and I have yet to receive any sort of delivery confirmation. I have talked to multiple customer service agents who have given me the same response, "We want to assure you that your order has been sent for delivery"... but it still has yet to be delivered. I have also requested that I receive a full refund in the case that my order has not been delivered, and this has yet to be confirmed in writing for me, all they can say is "We will be happy to work with you on whatever resolution you prefer." This has been an extreme inconvenience to both me and the recipient, and overall an extremely outrageous and disappointing experience. As of now, I would never recommend anyone use this floral delivery service for any special occasion.

      I purchased a sameday funeral spray of flowers on 11/25/2022 to be delivered to my aunts funeral today before 10am. The flowers were never delivered. It's false advertising to be sameday and it's devastating my flowers didn't arrive because my aunt meant so much to me. I am grieving and screwed out of $130. I want a refund and never want to deal with this business again.

      On 11/16, I ordered (order *********) largest same day delivery Birthday bouquet complete with roses and birthday placard for my 86yo mother along with a birthday card costing $88! What was delivered was a sparse small bouquet with cheap filler flowers and a card that had a cross on it with an illegible cut out of the message from the receipt pasted inside the card! So embarrassing, on 11/17 sent them an email complete with photos and online chat but no response.

      I ordered flowers for Thanksgiving. They arrived wilted and crushed. Upon reaching out the company I was told they would refund 30% then when I pushed for more they said 20% more (50% total). Much to my dismay, I was given a refund of $16 which is a little less than 25% of my original price. These flowers were not useable nor did I have time to replace them. I was given the run around...

      Online flower purchase on 23Nov2022 in the amount of $63.11 for a friend who lost her father. What is depicted on the website and purchased, does not even resemble what was received. This is simply fraudulent and complete deception. I’ve contacted them and they offered 15% discount, which doesn’t even cover delivery. I wanted the flowers I purchased to be delivered as depicted online. I have not received what I purchased, with no response from a manager to discuss, I have requested they pick up their product, and provide my full refund. I’ve asked to talk to a manger, and told I would get a call, I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I later received an email response stated they will provide 50% discount. This is not acceptable. The strange received from my friend, isn’t even close to 50% if the arrangement I purchased. I am requesting, they get their product and refund in full. Please see attached. The arrangement sent us majority carnations which are the cheapest flowers, and 2 roses. I paid for an upgrade to premium and what was delivered, colored cheap carnations in the same color as what I purchased with 2 roses. Complete deception/misleading and fraudulent. Please reference the attached photos.

      I ordered the flowers for a birthday..... The pictures on the site was full and beautiful. I paid 60 dollars for what was supposed to be a full beautiful pink and white vase of Lilly's. What was received was something I could have gone out in my yard and picked. 5 stems all cut the same length... basically a grocery store bouquet that is worth maybe 9.99. I contacted from you flowers they sent a 9 dollar refund.... Still this is not worth 50 so I contacted the chat. They offered 20.00. Even still I just do not feel. Satisfied. I offered to send pictures of what I received and what I was supposed to receive they were not interested. This is crazy.

      On 11/11/22 I ordered flowers (*********) for my mother's birthday to be delivered 11/17/22. They were not delivered. I called customer service on 11/18/22 and was given a 10% discount and the flowers would be delivered that day. The flowers were never delivered. On 11/21/22 I called customer service again and was offered a 20% discount and the flowers would be delivered that day. I insisted on a full refund. I am waiting to see if that occurs. This was a special birthday and the lack of follow through on their part belies all their advertising. I will NEVER use their services again.

      On Nov. 17, I ordered online (order no. *********) "Same-Day" sympathy flowers for my dearest friends whose young daughter died of cancer. I paid $88.83 online with my **** credit card. I received confirmation of the order, and of a same day delivery. I followed up with their customer service (first chatbot, then real person somewhere on the planet, then numerous e-mails and phone conversations). First they could not confirm the order status and said they would e-mail the status to me. I called them again, and I was told they were still checking into it. I explained why it 'Must Be Delivered The Same Day" as I was just informed by my friends, the parents, of the death of their daughter! So now, numerous emails and phone calls later, they informed me on the phone "They didn't have an affiliate in that zip code". Why did their website accept my order for same day delivery? Now they offered to have the order delivered on Monday, November 21 (5 days after the order and my conversation with my friends). I angrily cancelled the order.

      This business model is absolutely unacceptable! A Same Day delivery order costs more and should mean "SAME DAY" delivery. This is fraud and must be stopped. Oh, and they sent me an email that was actually for a different customer (Amit Mi****), apologizing for any inconvenience of their order not being delivered as ordered. Today (11/19/2022) I placed a Same Day order with Pro-Flowers. I then called them and they confirmed it will absolutely be delivered today. The new order cost me $137.61 for a lesser arrangement. That is $48.78 more than the original order with From You Flowers, which they should have to pay to me as a penalty/remediation fee, along with an apology card in the mail, not their boilerplate "sorry for the inconvenience" email!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  The resolution is satisfactory but the company should make reasonable modifications to its business model, and website order section so this doesn't happen to other customers.  I will never use them again, ever!  Furthermore, they must stop calling me, and e-mailing me.  I have absolutely no interest in hearing anything they have to say; I don't want any additional discounts for future orders; and I don't want my friends whose daughter died (the recipient) to be bothered by them, they are in serious mourning and must be left alone!  Finally, if any charges appear on my credit card statement over any of this, I reserve the right to pursue all other legal and equitable remedies.

      I ordered flowers for my nieces funeral 3 days before the service with it being dated to arrive the day before on nov 10 th , the flowers never got delivered the funeral was on the 11th at 1 pm still no flowers, very unprofessional, refuse to guarantee after they missed the first date to deliver could not guarantee they would arrive before the funeral, after taking 164$ from me
