      I received an email that my floral order was delivered to the funeral home. Upon going to the funeral home, my arrangement was not there. I emailed back and forth with them and upon looking into them, a discovered that they scam people. Had I not addressed that I didn't see my arrangement, I would have never known and be out of $103.30. I do not want to continue with FTD; I don't trust them. I want a refund. I can't trust that they are honest and the funeral service is over. Please help me to get a refund. I purchased via ******.

      This is pure fraud. Bate and switch. On 3/19/2025 I paid $63 for one beautiful colorful arrangement ( yellow roses with purple, pink, greens making a full.arrangement) and "From you flowers"sent another one in only some yellow roses that were partially wilting the next day (on their site as less than $40 WITH free delivery) without even trying to sub any other of the beautiful colors in the arrangement I picked out. 
      They surely could have subs for those colors (or are truly a poor excuse for a floral shop). NO attempt was made to deliver anything similar to what I ordered as their sub guarantee stated. Plus the overwhelming embarrassment!   This may be her last birthday!  

      I looked up just yellow roses on their website after a friend of my friend let me know what they delivered.
      I'm SO embarrassed and angry! I complained to the flower service
      " The $14.11 they refunded doesn't even cover the delivery I was charged even though the flowers they sent instead had FREE DELIVERY! I want a full refund for the poor quality, fraud, time and EMBARRASSMENT this caused. We are both in our 70's and don't need this fraud!

      Order was submitted for what is called a medium garden dish which is full of plants and in a ceramic pot. The order was sent to my niece and she received different plants, a/some flowers in a wicker basket which is not what I ordered. I contacted the company who stated they would make it right. It has been days and they have not maintained contact to let me know what the status is and have not made the order correct as of the writing of this complaint. I would like for my niece to receive what I paid for, it was sent as a sympathy gift to lift her spirits. The bow was not even tied to the basket correctly and/or neatly. It looked as if someone threw it together and dropped it off. It was very disappointing.

      Thursday March 20th, 2025 I paid $85.77 for flowers to be delivered for a special occasion. The flowers didn’t make it that day even though I paid for same day delivery. I ended up buying from a local florist because they failed to come through on the plan. I asked for a refund and cancelation early in the morning at 6am. They told me the refund is in place and cancelation. They call me back saying they can’t process the refund back to my card and that they need to send me a check through email. I never received the email and the cancellation still hasn’t been put in place online the order is still pending delivery. I call back and they say the same thing except now they’re sending a paper check by mail and I should receive it in 10 days. I tell them I don’t want a check but they insist it’s the only option so I said okay. I check and the order is still pending with no cancellation email I call back and tell them the issue and concern but they say I should receive the confirmation shortly. I never received it and it’s been about 2 days. I want a full refund in my account I don’t want to wait 10 days for a paper check to be mailed to my address.

      Placed two orders with From You Flowers on Thurs 3/20, paying extra for same-day delivery.
      One order was delivered timely in ******* on 3/20.
      The other (in *** *******) was not delivered on 3/20. From You Flowers assured their partner would deliver on Fri 3/21.
      It is now Sat 3/22 and the order has not been delivered nor has anyone provided a response or update as to why. No offer to refund the cost or use a different florist. Very disappointing& unprofessional.

      This is my birthday gift I had it ordered for me. This company requested additional financial information I called them and they have stated that they will not give me the product or a refund back because I did not go and give them them personal and sensitive financial information. I do believe they are intentionally trying to get more financial information to commit fraud, and they have already stolen the original payment for my product. I have not gotten a refund, nor have I gotten a product. Please help me take them down. If you look up the reviews on them on all platforms they are 1 star review with many other complaints against them. Such a company should be taken down immediately before other people are negatively impacted

      The order was flagged for potential fraud because the customer and recipient information were identical, and there were other inconsistencies in the order. Verification was required to proceed. 

      We received a call from a woman who was overseas who claimed she had placed the order for her friend. The billing information provided was a U.S. address. Our finance department explained the need for verification and stated that we needed to speak to the customer listed on the order. However, they refused to verify the information.

      We informed them that if we did not receive verification within 24 to 48 hours, the authorization would be voided, and the charge would not be processed. We also mentioned that if we could obtain the necessary verification, we could proceed with the order. 

      At this point, we have not received any further communication from the cardholder, Edward Tan, and our authorization reversal department has completed the process.

      This company is a scam. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend and she never received them even though it says that they were delivered. This company never gave me a tracking number. The order number is #*********. The person these flowers were going to name is ******* *****. This company is a scam.

      On March 7, 2025, I placed an order for same day flower delivery for my mother's birthday. I selected a bright and cheerful birthday bouquet that included a gold-colored plastic "Happy Birthday" pick in the center of the arrangement, a square vase, and a birthday card for the recipient for which I typed the message for the card as part of the order process. I placed the order just after the noon hour, and I received an email confirmation of the order placed, as well as an email confirmation that the flowers had been delivered a little after 2pm. I checked in with my mother about an hour after that which is when I learned that she'd received flowers but she didn't know who they were from because there was no card. And, the delivery person just left them on the front porch and left without handing her the arrangement, so when she received the flowers, she didn't even know the company who had delivered them, either. I explained that I had sent the flowers and then she sent me a picture of what she's received. I was so embarrassed and beyond disappointed at what she received. The arrangement looked NOTHING like what I'd ordered, and for what I paid for this sad and muted colored arrangement, with no "Happy Birthday" pick, and a round instead of a square vase, I could have just gone down the street to the grocery store and picked out something nicer for about $15. I realize I'm paying for the convenience of same-day delivery (since I'm sick and can't leave the house right now), but what she received was NOT what I picked out to have sent to her. In fact, I made the decision to pay more for this specific arrangement rather than pay less to take a chance on a "florist's pick" where I'd not know what she'd be getting. I'm seeking a 50% partial refund for this order based on false advertising of the product. I immediately sent an email about this to the company but have not yet received a response. All emails I received and I sent (w/ photos) are attached.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I received a call from the company's customer service department to resolve my complaint. They agreed to refund 50% of the cost of the product. They also sent me a $20 gift certificate should I wish to use it on a future order. Please find attached the two follow-up emails I received after the phone conversation.

      I waited until I received confirmation from my bank that the refund had been issued to respond to this BBB complaint.

      Placed an order on Wednesday March 4, 2025 around 10:00am for ** I work with. Flowers arrived shortly after 1:00, flowers were mostly wilted and not as pictured. After contacting the company several times, I’ve decided I deserve a full refund. This gift was embarrassing and should’ve never been sold for $75.94
