      They advertise same day delivery, but then, once its too late in the day for you to order from anywhere else, let you know that they cant make your delivery. This company needs to be shut down for false advertising.

      I do not want to leave even one star after all the times FTD representatives lied just to get me off the phone. The flowers my son sent for Mother's Day were of such poor quality that most of the bouquet did not bloom. They turned brown within a week. I called the service number on the delivery confirmation email sent to my son to report my complaint and to get a refund or new flowers. I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day. When they weren't delivered, I called another 3 times, and each time I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day. I spoke via chat online with both a robot and person before submitting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I wanted to see if FTD would satisfactorily resolve this problem. I told the person I did not want my son's money to be wasted. Within this chat the only thing that was said was that there was no such order number on record; therefore, they could do nothing to resolve this problem. The order number is from the delivery confirmation email sent to my son.I made every attempt to get satisfaction from FTD. I told them It was their decision to send a bouquet of equal value, give my son a refund, or do nothing. If they decided to do nothing, I would submit my complaint to the BBB. I now realize that a complaint means nothing to FTD, a company in bankruptcy, but I will have had my chance to contribute to the process in place to correct this kind of poor business practice.

      I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star. I ordered flowers on May 7th, 2024 for delivery on May 10th, 2024. I emailed customer service stating that ********************** were not delivered. I received a return email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours but it usually is sooner. Still no word from FTD as of today. I called on May 10th, 2024 and they told me there was no florist available but would be delivered Sunday. Really no florist available for Mothers Day flower delivery. Then the tracking app stated that my order was assigned to a florist. I called again on May 11th and was told that a shipping label was created and would be delivered on May 12, 2024. Well still no response from FTD as of today. No flowers delivered as of today. **************** is awful. I was hung up on twice and it seemed like there was a party going on when I called. Very disappointing in this company. I figured since theyve been around since ************************************************************************************* business this long I guess its buyer beware.

      Shortly after ordering a bouquet and a box of chocolates that cost over $100 for a Mother's Day gift, I received and email from FTD-saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience and despite their best efforts that my order was rejected by the florist and unable to be delivered by the original date scheduled to be delivered. I called later that day where a man on the line assured me, more than once that there was no chance our order would be rejected a second time and that they would be delivered the following day around 8AM and promising an additional refund of $6 for the inconvenience. The second day comes, again I receive the same email and no refund. I requested that the order be cancelled with a full refund. They said that they could cancel the order but only give a partial payment, seeing as there was already a $6 refund showing as given. The additional $6 that they promised to provide for the inconvenience. They decided to include that "additional" amount for the inconvenience in the total cost of the "full" refund. Please, do NOT. Purchase with this company. It was a complete waste of my time and money! A huge disappointment.

      Horrible service. I purchased flowers for mothers day a week in advance and selected a less busy day via their online calendar and paid the corresponding delivery fee. The flowers were not delivered on the selected day and were late as they were delivered AFTER Mother's day. I called customer service which is clearly housed internationally and there was an obvious language barrier. I was promised a refund which never came. I was lied to as well as missed the holiday my purchase was intended for. I wouldn't recommend FTD for flowers unless you are satisfied with your delivery not being on time and subpar customer service.

      First off, I spent around $650 in orders in one week with FTD and planned to continue to use this florist until I was completely embarrassed at the lack of professionalism and care. I ordered 4 bouquets, all for Mothers Day very far in advance and spent a fortune for a disappointing outcome. 2 of 4 orders were delivered when they were supposed to be delivered, which was on 5/10. 1 of 4 of the orders came in a dried up box and half of the flowers were dry, hunched over, and/or dead. No water, no complete bouquet.. this was for my elderly grandmother and she had to cut off all of the dead flowers and arrange it herself. I placed the order, #************** on 4/23. 1/4 orders just never arrived! Which was extremely embarrassing considering I gave the recipient a heads up - which is my future mother in law. This order was placed on 4/23 as well. Reference #*********. I have emailed regarding both orders and expect a full refund for both orders. I do not want a replacement boutique for either orders. At this point, Id like to wash my hands of this entire situation and move on. I hope FTD rectifies this situation and does right on both accounts, as it seems this is an ongoing trend with this broker florist. Please contact me with a refund immediately.

      Today is Mother's Day and my order that I was promised by FTD would be delivered Thursday then Friday then Saturday NO SHOW and refuse to cancel my order! NEVER EVER USING FTD AGAIN!

      I placed 2 orders to be delivered on Mother's Day 5/12/2024. Order #1: On Saturday, 5/11/2024, I received 2 emails stating "Delivery was attempted". What does this mean? **************** can't give you any details. Needless to say, the recipients were home all day long and nobody knocked or rang the bell. So this order information is a lie. So another call was placed on 5/12/2024. FTD stated they will deliver between 9am and 9pm. Really? So my gift may arrive, 1 day late, at an hour when Mom is already asleep. Order#2: A order shipped to mother-in-law was scheduled to arrive 5/11/2024. FTD gave the same lip service as order #1. Unreliable, incompetent, and ruined another holiday event.

      If I could put less than 1 star that is what this company would receive. I highly encourage you not to order from FTD Flowers!! I placed an order last week for the flowers to go on my dads casket and they called me the day before the funeral stating they did not have a local florist in this zip code. This is somethIng that should have popped up immediately if thats the case regarding the zip code. They are giving me a refund however its going to take 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. I really dont feel that a refund excuses what they have put my family through to try and find a different florist on Mothers Day at that. I was lucky enough to find a local florist to make a last minute arrangement. If you are in the ***** area i highly encourage you to use ******* Brothers Florist.

      Ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day. Got e-mail on Saturday before that there were no local florists that could fulfil the request, but FTD offered to ship via ***** a boxed set. I replied yes to do that. Then at 10:00 pm that night I get an e-mail saying that order is canceled with no explanation. After many back and forth e-mails, I still have no explanation why the ***** plan could not work, especially since FTD suggested it. The "customer service" just keeps responding with canned non-substantive responses. Seems like AI Bot.Horrible experience. Would never use them again.
