      Fl0wers not delivered by the certain date as promised. The Complaint process organized so that the duswtomer (me) are prohibed from contacting the 3rd party delivere of the flowers. There is absolutely no way i can fix this (this the 3rd day of waiting), and FTD's scheme is organized specfically to prohibt that fro happening. The corporate plan is organized and rigged to failure.FTD has been unable to fix this either. Utter failure.

      This business should be investigated by Federal Authorities ! This is INTERNET FRAUD ************ has committed fraud. Order for flowers were scheduled at my Mother's job on Friday. They did not deliver and today they send an email saying that the flowers were delivered WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. A business which is closed on Saturdays!

      Just received an email from FTD stating my flowers delivered. No flowers were ever found. Called customer service and their accent was so bad couldn't even understand what they were saying, lots of noise in the background couldn't even hear. Said they would re-deliver. This company is horrible horrible horrible. I want all my money returned and additional payment for suffering since my Mother went without flowers on Monther's Day. You SUCK!******************************

      I order a "Bright Lights Bouquet" and my daughter received something that looked like a Christmas basket with maybe 5 roses in it and lots of greenery and some cheap yellow things thrown in. I just wish I could download the pictures. What she received was not worth $99.00. This is the second time that I picked out a bouquet to send and they just send what ever they want.ITEM COST$90.00 DISCOUNTS APPLIED($17.14)SHIPPING/SERVICE FEES$19.99 TAX$6.15 SUBTOTAL$99.00

      I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 7, 2024. However, the flowers were not delivered. I called FTD to find out the status of my order. When I called, there was a lot of noise and laughing and what appeared to be curse words in the background. When I told the women on the phone that I could not hear her due to the laughing in the background, I was told that they were having a party for mother's day. I thought this was extremely unprofessional to be having a party during business hours while taking phone calls from clients. For a company that deals daily with people that are going through difficult times and loss, the last thing you want when you are having an issue is for people to be laughing hysterically in the background and being so loud that you cannot hear anything the person is saying to you to try to resolve the issue. I then asked to speak to manager. The person I spoke with was unable to transfer me and told me I needed to call directly. I called the manager directly who didn't seemed concerned that there is an ongoing party during business hours that was more of a priority than a paying customer. Now it is 2 pm the next day and my flowers are still not delivered. I called again and was told they cannot guarantee that they will be delivered as it is a holiday and busy. Thus, I am confused that they offer guaranteed delivery. I will NEVER use FTD again this has been a nightmare. I just want my money back, but they also said they cannot do that because I already placed the order. Therefore, maybe one day my family member will get the flowers I sent her for the passing of her sister, or maybe not.

      Ordered a simple arrangement, didn't happen.Ordered a simple arrangement on Sunday, March 28, 2024 for delivery on Tuesday, March 30th. One of the few times I did no homework because FTD had been around so long. ****** learned. I called on Tuesday, and I was told they didn't have the arrangement from their own site, so I said okay, stuff happens, a dozen white roses. Easy right? NO. I was told it was assigned to a florist, so Thursday? NO. Called again, and asked for someone to reach out and tell me when. Friday, now 3 days late, can't happen on the weekend, because it's a school. Offered me 30% off, to fail me again? No. Must build in the 30%, knowing a fail is imminent. Monday will be just about week, and after that I will give up. Not about the money, not about a mistake, stuff happens. It's about a week with tracking, that isn't, and a total lack of communication or concern. How are they still in business. I'm sure it's all been said here, but they missed the occasion by a week!

      FTD. I've asked to be REMOVED from all communications. I've UNSUBCRIBED to ALL, in the past! So I I hit UNSUBCRIBE again and its says, "We'd love to know what you want to see from us. Select which emails you'd be interested in receiving."How is this LEGAL?? I do not want to receive anything from this company. How can they do this?

      I paid for an annual membership and ordered a plant arrangement for a gift and my recipient received plants in a box with no planter included!!! It was a bunch of small plants in pots!!! My recipient had to put them on saucers!! I have left messages and filed 3 complaints through the website and have not received a response!!! I want a refund and to cancel my membership!!! My order.

      We have been a floral partner for 7 years. Recently FTD decided to stop sending our shop orders and instead sends them all to the local Albertsons grocery store because they can manipulate the numbers with them easier., all while continuing to charge us a monthly fee of thousands of dollars and wont let us out of a contract that we didnt know renewed magically for another 7 months. They sent an order to our company 2 days ago and we filled it and delivered it. They just sent us a message telling us that the customer is claiming non delivery and wants their money back so they would not be paying us for our services. We went to the business that we took the arrangement to and the girls last day was yesterday. We have tried to contact the recipient, who was very excited to get flowers and even said yeah I never get flowers but she will not call or text us back. Big surprise! Because she knows she is lying and just trying to get out of paying for flowers. We have told FTD the situation and they wont respond to us other than just taking our money. THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT ARE THIEVES! the From you flowers company who they partner with are no better, if not worse! People like this are the reason small businesses like ours go it of business. You should not be a multi million dollar company and be allowed to just steal peoples money and get away with it! FTD AND FROM YOU FLOWERS SHOULD BE S*** DOWN for their deceitful, dishonest business practices.
