1 starI would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a beautiful bouquet from the FTD website. My sister-in-law sent me a picture when she received it. The flowers were nothing like the big beautiful bouquet of flowers pictured. Also, the vase was a cheap basic vase, and nothing like the vase pictured. I spent over $90.00, before taxes on this arrangement. I might have given more stars, if FTD contacted me, after I filled out their review I received. They asked if I wanted a representative contact me. I said yes. However not a word, call or email from them. Its been over a month. Will not order from FTD again.Review fromPaulette M

1 starMy best friend sent me 12 white & regular chocolate covered extra large strawberries for what was supposed to be my birthday, **********. They arrived on 10/16. They were left at my door. No one even rang the doorbell. My husband saw them when he went to get the mail. He brought them in and I could immediately smell the scent of rotting produce. I stupidly opened the box in the house. ***! It took hours to get the smell out. After taking pictures, I doubled wrapped the box in plastic bags & had my husband put it in the outside trash. The "cold" packs in the box weren't just defrosted, they were warm. Having worked at a medical spa and receiving vials of ***** packed with similar packs, I know it takes at least 2 days for those packs to melt. I have no idea how long it takes for them to actually get warm! I called FTD. They apologized profusely. I told them they owed my friend a refund because the berries were inedible. They asked if it would be OK to resend. I told them that would be fine. They said they would deliver on the 18th by 6:30pm. The order arrived at 6:40pm...except it wasn't even close to being the same. It was 6 of the smallest, hardest dark chocolate berries you have ever seen. I cannot stand dark chocolate. I called and told them they owed my friend a refund because that is NOT what she ordered. The *** argued that it was the same. I told him I had taken pictures of both orders so I had proof of what the original order contained. I asked for an email address to send them. He sounded skeptical that I had pictures but gave me an address. I sent the pictures and never heard another word from them. The arrangement my friend sent cost at LEAST $100. I looked on their site. The tiny ***lacement they sent cost about $29. I sent the pics to my friend. She emailed me back and said she will never order from FTD again. She's a doctor & sends ****************************** arrangements to colleagues frequently. FTD just lost a really good account.Review fromLauren H

1 starWe are florists who fell victim to FTD. They nickel and dime you with fees on top of a percentage on each order. Let’s say we made $1100.00 in one month, their fees are upwards of $800.00 before you have any expenses such as vases, flowers, time and delivery. They claim that however good your website does, is how big of a percentage they take of your sales, after all, your success is all theirs! To that we say, GET BENT! We did start with them to get our name out there and it worked! But good luck trying to cancel their services! No one answers the phone or returns calls! when they do, they claim to not know and tell you that you need to call another department. You spend another couple of weeks trying to get ahold of that department or your account manager. Eventually, you’re months in being drug along so that your monthly fees can keep people employed at this pyramid scheme of a company. 1 starFDT never delivered flowers to my Aunt. I received an email saying they were delivered!! They were not!!! I contacted FTD! They assured me they would be delivered a day late! They again were never delivered!! I will NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!Review fromDahlia H

2 starsI have ordered through FTD 6 times now over a period of 7 years and each time they have failed to deliver on time 5 times, failed to deliver to the correct address 3 times and i have had to get refunds 2 times for the orders not even being redelivered. The most recent time being August 31st, 2024 and today September 1st, 2024. They showed the ordered delivered yesterday to the business that my girlfriend works at, when it wasn't delivered there at all. If the driver had simply Called Her Number which was listed along with the delivery, and which was included with the delivery instructions "Call .... at xxx-xxx-xxxx when delivering" they would have known that wherever they said they delivered to was not where they should be.After 4 calls spaced 30 mins/30 mins/40 mins/1.5 hours apart respectively, I was asked for a redelivery address because the business was now closed and my girlfriend would not be working on Sunday. I gave her home address, the agent I spoke to volunteered the name of the complex, and confirmed her address and phone number and assured me the delivery would happen on Sunday between 9am - 6pm. At 5:09 pm (local time where my girlfriend lives) I called FTD to find out the status of the delivery. The agent I spoke to said they have as delivered on Saturday, August 31st. I told the agent that is was not delivered, I had 4 phone calls yesterday about the fact it was not delivered and had a guarantee of delivery for today, Sun, September 1st. Not only did the agent not see that information but she also did not see the redelivery address information, and wanted me to give her all the information again to set up a redelivery for September 3rd. The flowers were for my girlfriend's birthday, so NO I didn't not want another delivery attempt for Sept 3rd. I let them know I wanted a full refund.Needless to say I will find another way to deliver all of my flower orders in the future.Review fromKathlern M

1 starAfter searching online for an hour I ordered the Clear Skies Bouquet to be delivered to my sister. The initial order and subsequent replacement order were NOT the arrangement I ordered. I will never order from FTD again, and would advise others not to, unless they prefer to have the florist decide completely on their own how to fulfill the order you are placing.Review fromLitho W

1 starI placed an order on 8/29/2024 before noontime, for a flower arrangement to be delivered on 8/29/2024 to specfic address and individual. I recieved an email from FTD.COM at 12:11 noon, confirming my order and via confirmation number and the $90.93 had already been withdrawn from bank account. At 12:41 I recieved an email from FTD.COM, stating as follows: Dear Valued Customer,"Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, we cannot process the order until we speak with you and verify some questions regarding the billing information. Please get in touch with customer service at to speak ************************ with a ***resentative so we can begin working on your order immediately.Please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. We look forward to hearing from you soon.Customer Service **********************" I called the number at approximately 5:30pm. I was told that FTD.COM had to verify my information before they could fullfill the order. I answered a few of their questions, then became suspicious of the reason for the verification since they already had withdrew my money from my banking account. I asked why all of the questions and was told that they have to verify everything before the order could be processed.I asked the customer service *** to cancel my order and I asked for a cancelation confirmation number or something. I was told that they don't do that and I had to wait 24 to 72 hours after the non validation of my information, before the order would be canceled, at which time my money would be refunded.Just as others have said and apperently have had a negative experience with ensuring orders were fulfilled by FTD.com, I too feel that this company creates false hope. I do not recommend.I will be contacting the respective State ************************ to investigate FTD.COM and their perceived deceptive practices. The email sent on 7/1124 at 10:15 a.m. advised the order was delivered. The Pastor of the church arrived by 12 noon. The picture that the delivery rep. took supports the flower was placed on the ground outside in front of the Church. It was not delivered to the recipient; anybody could have walked by and picked up those flowers. However, the recipient: on behalf of her deceased father did not receive the flowers. And I am out of $113.40. This company creates false hope. I do not recommend.FTD, LLC

1 starOrdered a specific arrangement from FTD . Cost approximately $160.00. THE Recipient received an embarrassing arrangement from JEWEL/OSCO that I see retails for approximately $60.00. I was never notified that arrangement wouldnt e coming from one of two local florists who dont include DAISIES in arrangements in the price range I paid for.I would like the price I paid sent to the recipient.Review fromJohn T

Paid extra for a Saturday delivery, but *** they service they used could not deliver because business was closed, but it wasn't. Delayed delivery to Monday. This is not what I wanted, and the person will probably never receive them since only works Friday - Sunday. My mistake was using your service. A waste of $100FTD, LLC
