I spoke with a customer service representative names **** EXTREMELY RUDE! Had a HORRIBLE attitude. My husband ordered me a nice flower arrangement as a surprise for our 10 year wedding anniversary. he got an email at 4pm saying the order had been delivered. They were not. So he calls to find out what happened.. (the first person we spoke with was not ****) they told him the delivery email had been sent by mistake and the flowers were still out for delivery guaranteed to be delivered by 8pm. Ok the surprise was ruined but he was still excited to give me my anniversary flowers. 8pm comes and goes, still no flowers. I call this time and am met with immediate attitude. ****, with a very condescending tone says maam you have to give a cushion they have until 9pm to deliver those flowers. She proceeds to tell me that its ridiculous to assume the delivery drivers arent busy and that SHE never gets out of work on time so why would I just assume the delivery should have been made before 8 pm just BECAUSE the website says?!! I told her to I just wanted a refund, at this point. She told me that she is not willing to do that because if she gives me a refund and the flowers show up 10 minutes later , then I would have a free $90 flower arrangement! I explained to her again the website says BY 8pm as a customer I should not have to give anyone a cushion on time, nor should I be told that its ridiculous to assume that a guarantee is anything but. Finally after enough push back she said fine you know what, ** calling the florist right now and telling them not to deliver your flowers! I told her I was fine with that I just wanted her to refund my husbands card because after all this my anniversary surprise has been completely ruined. The way this woman treated me was unacceptable and disgusting! She kept interrupting me and cutting me off any time I would try to speak. I am appalled at this interaction, I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life!FTD, LLC

1 starI have used FTD.com for many years. However, I ordered flowers on Saturday March 16, 2024 and selected Sunday March 17, 2024 delivery. The flowers were not delivered on Sunday so Monday morning I phoned customer service. They could not give me answer as to why the flowers did not deliver as scheduled. I asked them to contact the floral shop and they said they were not opened yet and assured me the flowers would be delivered Monday. I phoned them back early afternoon and asked again about the delivery. They phoned the florist and said they could not get in the subdivision and needed the gate code. I obtained and phoned them back with the code. I did ask why they did not contact FTD.com on Sunday with the issue. They had no response to my question. 7pm Monday night, I received email the flowers were delivered. However, the recipient DID NOT RECIEVE ANY FLOWERS. I phoned them and asked them to follow up and call me back. They never called me back. I also send email to them with my issue of the flowers showing delivered but were in fact NOT delivered to the recipient. Also did not get a response from them. Tuesday morning I phone them again stating I wanted my money back. They asked I give them a chance to make it right. I agreed stating I would dispute the charge if flowers were not delivered. Flowers were delivered and were nothing like what I ordered. The flowers I ordered were to be in a beautiful blue vase and the deluxe size - neither of which happened. My complete dissapointment with FTD.com and their customer service team is enormous. I do not have the time or desire to deal with FTD.com and their horrible customer service team. The delivered ********************** were pathetic, not what I ordered, ugly, and they should be ashamed what they delivered given the price I paid for them. 1 starThis is the third incident from this company and all situations are the same. I ordered flowers days ahead to be delivered and it never came on the day I was promised. This recent order was placed 2 weeks before Valentine's *** and it was never delivered. I called customer service and immediately I was asked if they could be delivered the next day. The whole point of ordering it in advance is to have it delivered on time. The customer service representative was very rude and sounded like they were playing around. After I explained my situation, they put me on hold and another person asks me what was going on. I had to explain myself 4 times until I had to speak with an angry tone. The last one I spoke to offered if they can reimburse and I said yes. I was told that the reimbursement will be about 3-5 business day. Right after the the call, I received an email that the flowers were delivered. I called my wife to confirm and she did not receive anything. I called customer service again and to confirm if I was getting my refund and I was told that the same thing, 3-5 business day. I received the email after the call that I was going to be refunded. It would have been good and settled, except it is now March 3, 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund. The email I received stating I was going to receive a refund was dated February 14, 2024. FTD, give me back my money! Never again that I will order from this company!!!************Review fromMaria N

1 starExtremely disappointed with FTD, LLC and will never again use their service. I ordered flowers several days in advance to ensure that would be delivered on time. The flowers were never delivered and no one emailed or called with any issues or apologize. I called three times and one of the customer service representatives were even rude to me and made me feel like I owe her something. I had to ask for a refund. The customer service representative offered me to maybe (!!!) deliver it next day but that ship sailed. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a florist - rude, inappropriate and unprofessional - wouldn't recommend this business at all.Review fromLiz D

1 starI have had 3 failed attempts with using FTD with the more recent during Valentines Day. I ordered 2 days in advance and got a confirmation email saying the delivery would be on Valentines Day. During the day of, I made several attempts to check if the delivery would be made. It wasn't until the third attempt did I get a message that my delivery would be canceled! FTD has gotten so bad over the past couple of years, I wouldn't trust them to deliver anything.Review fromMichelle C

A loved one passed away & I used this business to have an arrangement delivered to the funeral home. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before the funeral to ensure that would be delivered on time. The flowers were never delivered. A day after the funeral, the order had not even shipped. When I called customer service, the first thing the representative asked was if I wanted an upgraded order which I found to be incredibly insensitive considering the funeral had already taken place. Afterwards, I had to ask for a refund. The customer service representative didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize that flowers weren't delivered for a funeral. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a florist and I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this business.FTD, LLC

Well it seems to be a common theme-Ftd sends the email that flowers were delivered hours before they actually do and it makes no sense to order flowers in a certain color scheme when flowers that arrive look absolutely nothing like the pictures you paid big money to send. What a colossal sham.Shame on FTD I expected better and am colossally disappointed with your quality.FTD, LLC

FTD totally dropped the ball! This is the second time (and last) FTD had failed to come through on a flower order for me. The first time was for a funeral, but this time was my anniversary, so very important. I paid $160 plus an additional $50 fee for the same day delivery. After arriving home from work, no delivery had been made so we waited until late in the evening and still no delivery. We were late for dinner reservations due to waiting for the delivery to arrive. After returning from dinner, I checked my email to find a message stating they could not find a local florist to fulfill the order. I call 3 local florist the following morning inquiring if they had the item yesterday and all reported they did and that they were never contacted about the order. I called FTD and was connected to an overseas call center who merely offered to deliver the order next week or refund with no real sympathy for the major mistake they made, just an empty "were sorry for the inconvenience". When asked why no call was made to inform me, they offered no response. I asked for a supervisor and was disconnected after a 10-minute wait. A return call took 30 minutes to get a supervisor. I asked for a corporate contact number and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. In the end I received a refund but no further assistance. I guess this is why the FTD website has no place to give a review of their services. FTD is now a joke. I will never use them again and I recommend you deal with your local florist directly if it is important! In fact, I will try to find a local florist that has no affiliation with FTD and support them.FTD, LLC

I ordered flowers for my on *********** day and they never even attempted delivery. They didn't call or email or attempt notify me that there was a risk. Instead, I had to chase them down to request a refund the next day. Perhaps most infuriating of all, not only did they not try and make it right, they didn't even apologize -- this seems par for the course when you read their reviews though. This company deserves to be in bankruptcy.FTD, LLC
