1 starMade an order yesterday (02/14/24) on the promotion on ProFlowers website that displays, same day delivery. After order was submitted it's own (website) delivery date was set for today 02/15/24, by 6pm cst. Received an email of delivery but the delivery was not made.Review fromLawrence L

1 starI ordered two dozen roses, a ***** bear and candy for my wife to be delivered on and for Valentine's *** ****. The order was placed 4 days early & paid with a credit card. The cost was extra due to delivery on Valentine's ***. On Valentine's *** - no delivery by 3 PM, I called and was told it would be delivered before 6 PM (I told them that was late for Valentine's ***, particularly since I paid extra; no sympathy or regret, customer service just repeated company line). No delivery at 6:10 PM, called their customer service again and was told it would be here by 9 PM (they said it was company policy to deliver to residences until 9 on holidays), again, no empathy, no concern. No delivery at 9:10 PM, I called again & they offered a 30% discount; I told them to cancel & refund my monies; he said it would take up to 5 business days to refund. So they have my money, earning interest for 9 days, no delivery & ruined Valentine's *** & made me look like a chump. Their customer service is somewhere in ************ could care less about Valentine's ***. They have a tracker for orders, but all it tells you is that it is out for delivery. They could have told me early enough that delivery would not occur, and I could have gone out & purchased flowers from the store. Instead they chose to lie & talk company line. I also ordered flowers for our aging Aunt for Valentine's ***, but it was thru 1-800-Flowers. It was delivered in morning on Valentine's ***. I will never ever use FTD again, and highly recommend that all consumers who want their flowers delivered per their order that they also avoid using FTD. 1 starExtremely disappointed is an understatement. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. I started tracking my order around 8:00 pm after I was notified via the recipient that the flowers had not been delivered. At 9:30 pm I called customer service. The customer representative was very hard to understand, seemed extremely anxious, was unable to answer questions appropriately and just kept repeating Im sorry maam. She was adamant about delivering the flowers tomorrow. Since I purchased the flowers for Valentines Day, delivering them on Feb. 15 completely defeated the purpose. But, after much persistence, I finally agreed to have them delivered the next day and her response was sorry maam no flowers can be delivered tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? She then offered to refund my money, but could not tell me how or when the money would be refunded. Again, disappointed is an understatement and Im sorry maam is not an acceptable answer as to why my order was not delivered. If youre ordering flowers for a special occasion, DO NOT use this company.Review fromCarlos M

1 starOrdered Flowers for Valentine ********* the website promises delivery, paid nearly $30 for the local delivery, and all Ive gotten is a *** shipping notification-NO FLOWERS, no local delivery, nothing!!!!. The only thing FTd has to get right on Valentines Day is to get the order where it has to go, and for my $100+, the failed miserably!!!!. I dont need or want them tomorrow-today was the day.FOLKS, BETTER TO GET IN PHONE *** CALM LICAL FLORIST. FTD HAS BECOME A RIPOFF, SCAM BUSINESS. Most unhelpful, uninformed customer service, as well. Just telling me I have to wait until 9pm for them to acknowledge that she didnt get the flowers. Dishonest, to say the least. Whoever bought this company clearly cannot properly manage it. 1 starFeb **** My husband sent me two dozen long stem roses for Valentines day. Arrived a day early at my work. Upon opening the leaves were dead and fell off of all the roses along with a large number of rose petals. The rose greenery under the flower bulb is brown and brittle.When I came into work today, my desk was covered in rose petals as the roses are actively dying / dead.I just feel awful for my husband of 44 years. This was such a beautiful gesture on his part. The love with which he sent them will stay with me. I am so sad for him, regarding the quality from FTD. Just awful.Review fromColin L

Pro Flowers (FTD, LLC) is less of a legitimate business, and more of a disorganized money grab. They charge you for a Same Day delivery, then it doesn't show up. I called Saturday morning, after I placed the order on Friday afternoon. I paid the Same Day delivery fee with the expectation that, you know, the order be delivered on the same day. It didn't arrive. They told me the package was "on it's way." They do not provide you a meaningful tracking number, nor do they give you a way to actually find out where the package is, which tells me that they don't even know. I asked for a tracking number, or a way to actually see where the package is, and all the customer service agent could say was that it's "on it's way," which is a meaningless thing to say to someone who ordered Same Day delivery and didn't get it. On Sunday, two days after it was supposed to arrive, it didn't show up. I even got an email claiming the order was "successfully delivered." I went down to the front desk of the apartment, where all packages go, and neither myself nor the front desk employee could find it. It wasn't in the mailroom, nor outside, nor anywhere near the front, nor was it at the apartment's door, where it was supposed to go. I called customer service again, in the evening, asking where my order was and why it said "Successfully Delivered" when it was not even delivered. I paid for Same Day delivery on Friday, and as of that Sunday, it STILL had not shown up. The agent could barely understand me, and provided vague information that basically amounted to "if it doesn't show up by 8pm, call us back." It did not arrive, of course. I called Monday (the 12th, three days after I ordered same day delivery), and asked for a full refund. I got sick of waiting and I got sick of calling their useless customer service. My advice is to avoid Pro Flowers/FTD, and use a local florist instead. I learned this ****** the hard way. I give it 50/50 whether they actually refund me.FTD, LLC

If I can give below zero I would to! Extremely disappointed. Im a designer gifting my client, so whatever I send will reflect on my business, I chose certain arrangement with certain vase with certain colors, and they delivered horrible one, everything is different (vase, flowers, and the combination of colors they created without informing me is extremely bad) No taste at all. Guys , flowers arrangement is an ART. What happened that they stack bunch of unmatched flowers with no sense of art. If they put a picture online of what they delivered, nobody will choose it. I hope if I can send pictures for the online photo and the delivered one!FTD, LLC

Beware, utilize ANY other company for your flower needs. I purchased same day delivery memorial flowers from FTD early in the morning. By the afternoon i had received a *********** Your order has been delivered email, only to be followed by an unusual email direct from FTD apologizing for my order being unsatisfactory. After my own digging i come to find out the order was never delivered. The company then says they will redeliver but, never give a delivery date or time. 3 days later, still no flowers and i am fighting to get a refund. The customer service email is worthless, they clearly didnt even look at the order when i first asked for a same day delivery amount refund. They claimed i didnt pay one until i sent the receipt and then refunded only that. Ive now received the same email asking if i still want the flowers delivered to the same address and when i ask for a refund i get no response. Truly unprofessional and disorganized company.FTD, LLC

I wish I could give Zero. Last week i ordered a dove plant/wind chime to be delivered and today I went into the chat to find out the status, since I had been tracking, and come to find out they did not have what i ordered, said they were out of stock and was not sure why I never received an email noting this. i then ask what are my options only for them to send a link of flowers when i ordered a plant and windchime for $140 and when i finally get the link of PLANT options available asap and told the order would be delivered today, then they said tomorrow. They take another $103 off my card when they owe me $37 instead of applying what I paid to the new order. They also did not tell me this is how they do updated orders and I only discovered this when i live received the order confirmation and saw that the debited the NEW amount when they still owe me $37 from the amount paid for the original order. So I tell the chat rep this just happens and ******* states this how they do it and that I would need to wait 5 business days to receive the first amount refunded back. I then ask will the order still be delivered tomorrow and they tell me 2 days from today 1/31. But when i made the decision on the new plant is was because it was to be delivered TODAY OR TOMORROW. So now I am out $140, out $103 and NO PLANT delivered for at least another couple of days to a loved one in mourning. Asked for a supervisor and they told me they could forward the chat and the supervisor could contact me but no way of connecting me to anyone in management. no apology, no sincerity, horrible customer service. will never do business or rec their business-ever! I will be calling my bank to investigate if the correct amount is not posted or refunded AND if this plant is not delivered. first time-shame on them. there will NOT be a second time.FTD, LLC
