      Wide was out of town for anniversary. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to her a few days in advance. Day of the anniversary, received an email that they couldnt be delivered. I emailed back to cancel but they said that they found another florist who could fulfill the order by 8 pm. Nope. 6 pm I get an email saying that the order cant be delivered. If they had told Me this would have happened, I would have reached out to another company. Absolutely awful customer service. Do not recommend. Will never use again.

      I really should have come here to read reviews for FTD before I used them, but the name is so trusted who would think there would be a major issues? If you are ordering from them, just know that your arrangement will not be delivered as shown on the site, but in a *** box and dropped off by a *** driver to whomever signs for it. No follow through what so ever. I will NEVER use them again and will definitely tell everyone what I've experienced ordering an overpriced boxed bouquet that never made it to the room of a hospitalized loved one. My customer service call was routed to another country with no care for my experience, just the emphasis that the flowers were delivered. I may as well have just dropped the money on the street.

      Ordered an Easter/Spring arrangement, however, arrangement that was delivered had absolutely NO Easter/Spring colored flowers. Vase was supposed to be clear with Easter eggs in bottom.the vase ended up being blue with NO eggs. Flowers were somewhat wilted. After spending over $100 on something that looked worse than my local grocers arrangements, After a back and forth lengthy chat exchange (including pictures) I was offered a 30% refund. Disgraceful! Order elsewhere.

      I wish I could leave ZERO stars for my review. I ordered an arrangement for a memorial services on Wednesday, to be delivered on Saturday to a funeral home. I received and email that the flowers were delivered and found out the next day that they were not delivered. I contacted FTD on Monday to have them delivered to the daughter at her house on Wednesday since they did not make it to the funeral home the past Saturday. They did not deliver those, so I requested a refund and they were able to do that fairly quickly. TO FTD, please leave the flower delivery business, people rely on your service and you have failed miserably. I will never do business with you all again and will tell others not to as well!!!!!!

      Didnt use local florist. Shipped from over 4 hrs away via *** (?WHY). Delayed, missed occasion for which they were sent, didnt update lack of delivery until after they were "past due" & dismissed me with a form letter.

      We sincerely apologize that your order was delivered a day late and for the confusion regarding the delivery carrier of the product you selected.  Some of the items listed on our website are vendor items and shipped directly from the grower.  Listed under the description of the product on the website, it will list the delivery type and show whether it is a florist delivered item or shipped in a gift box by a third party carrier, such as UPS.  We apologize for any misunderstandings.  Your order was canceled and refunded in full to your original payment method.

      I'm never going to use FTD again my order was supposed to be today Friday the 28th to my parents house then I got an email saying my order couldn't go through I have to call them so I did then they asked me questions the name of my bank my address and who are these names on your card do you know these people that's another business what I put on the card and I'm never going to do that again I'll mail it to keep it private terrible now I'm going to order supposed to be delivered tomorrow to ****************

      My flowers were not delivered to the correct address. They were for a funeral and burial service. They missed it completely. Very disappointed! I called that morning to verify it was being delivered to the correct address and they verified it with me but did not give me the florist's name or check with them directly. Everything I could do myself online. No help at all! This was very important. The address was to a very well-known funeral home so not sure why the mishap. They delivered the flowers to a closed business that had nothing to do with this place and 2 miles away. It took me hours to get this sorted out. They never offered to fix correctly just sorry, and we will contact the florist. Also, they then proceeded to say they could not do a redelivery to the funeral home and needed to deliver to my home address. It NEVER SHOWED!! Days later the widow let me know the funeral home finally received the flowers there. ???? I thought they couldn't deliver to the funeral home which I kept asking for. Then no communication they were delivering the flowers there instead of my home address. Bad customer service! Also, now that I know the florist Mt. ***** ******, I would never recommend them as well. I placed my order 4 days prior, and they should not have had a problem. I called the morning of to confirm too. Don't order from FTD!! Even after getting a discount with *******, it is not worth it! Call your florist directly!!!

      I had no help calling their number. My sister never received her flowers. I was informed it was refunded but it wasnt. Everytime I attempt to call again, I get disconnected. There is such a lack of communication. They shouldve delivered a week ago. They have my number and her number for delivery. No one has called. No flowers have been delivered and now my 100 dollar refund isnt present whatsoever!

      This company* FTD FLOWERS*offers same day delivery. I ordered a floral arrangement IN ADVANCE to ensure it would be delivered on time. The delivery date arrives and there was no delivery made. I called customer service and their representative ( whom I could barely understand) told me that it got too late to deliver my order. I paid $85 and told them I was dissatisfied with this as it defeated the whole purpose of ordering in advance I asked for money back which he said he could do 50% which I was ok with then proceeded to tell me that he would be returning $28.32. Now I do not claim to be a genius, but where I learned math, that is not 50%. I also paid $20 for deliveryI will NEVER order from them again and I would advise anyone else not to either if you want your arrangements delivered on time. That is just poor customer service if you ask me. They took my contact information upon placing my order, as well as the recipients info. What is the purpose of this if they arent even willing to contact me to inform me of any delay? RIP OFF ARTISTS at best!

      Third time I have tried and for the third and final time they have failed miserably! Even though I received emails saying they were delivered! So many excuses and most not in clear English when you call customer service! I have put a warning on FB, do not use them! Chose local!!
