      I cannot express enough how awful of an experience this was. I ordered a large bouquet for my mother's birthday. Come day of delivery, I had to call 15-minutes before the delivery window ended at 7:45 PM (9:00AM-8:00PM delivery window) to check on the undelivered order. The receptionist was incredibly apathetic, but offered a refund of my shipping/delivery fee ($24.98) and a rescheduled delivery to the next day. I received an email early the next morning notifying me of a refund of only $5.48. That doesn't even cover taxes for the order! I call back to simply cancel the entire order and get a full refund. Again, totally apathetic customer service rep. **** back and forth and tried to offer 30% refund. Finally got it fully cancelled and the refund in process... If I will actually get all of my money back, we will see... Will NEVER order here again and highly recommend you don't either. Awful experience.

We are sorry that was not the case. Your order was refunded in full and should appear on your account in 1-3 business days from the date of cancellation.

      Worst company I've ever dealt with. Didn't use local florist, had the flowers shipped from **** to ********. Took 4 days so ship, the plant showed up dying. Agreed to send a new shipment, that one took 6 days, and the plant showed up dead. Agreed last night to send another plant "from their best florist" to be delivered on Thursday. Today is Wednesday, no notification of plant sent. I called customer service again (probably in ***** because all 7 people I've spoken with during this debacle were Indian) and they said "they'd do their best." ************ simply doesn't care.

      I ordered a *********** Bouquet on 2/11/25 to be delivered on 2/14. The order was never delivered and I wasn't notified of status. Wrote an email on 2/17 asking about the status and FTD wrote back apologizing and promised to re-deliver with a complimentary upgrade on 2/18. Flowers didn't arrive and I asked for a refund via email the next day. I was never told the reason why they weren't delivered even after being PROMISED A DELIVERY. Not a Happy *********** Day in the flower department.

      Absolutely horrible company!!!! Completely ruined a funeral!!! My family and I ordered flowers from this company for our mother's funeral to be delivered the day before her service. (The only flowers for the funeral) I received an e-mail asking about a substitution the day before. I responded 2 times asking questions about the substitution. Received a generic email from the company assuring me a beautiful arrangement will be made at the florist choice. We arrived next day to the funeral for NO flowers to be seen. I check my e-mail and have one waiting from an hour before that stating they still haven't heard from me and are wanting to verify substitution and if I don't respond they will be forced to cancel the order??? Seriously the multiple emails with questions doesn't qualify as a response??? I immediately responded telling them to cancel the order as we are sitting at the funeral home with no flowers and obviously it was already too late to coordinate delivery!! This company dropped the ball big time!! I will never order from here again and I will be sure to share the experience with everyone!!! Please stay clear of this business especially if you are already dealing with grief because they just add to it! Very unprofessional!!!

      Terrible experience, supposed to get flowers for my wife on *********** Day and they never delivered them. Could never get anyone on the phone. Went back and forth through emails over and over and they kept saying they were going to be delivered and it kept delaying delaying and delaying. Finally, I canceled my order after they said they would not be arriving until the 19th 5 days after *********** Day. Terrible company. Terrible experience. I don't know how in the world they have an A+ rating with the better Business bureau. If you look at all the the reviews. Something's wrong here.

      You can't get anyone in the ************* anymore, they will tell you that they are in ******* but the email that I received from them says that they are in ****.... This is in *****. My Flowers weren't delivered to my daughter on Valentines day like promised and they still haven't been delivered and I am still waiting for them to get there. They don't care about the customer at all.

      FTD is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not deliver my flowers and rather than discussing the issue or responding to my request they just flat canceled my order. Terrible experience and I think others deserve to know so they dont make the same mistake.

      Ordered two dozen roses for Valentines Day for my wife. They were dying, limp, and rotting when delivered and they were delivered late. Such an embarrassment. And when I complained they offered a 30% refund. ******** customer service.

      So mad at FTD ordered flowers, box of chocolates, stuffed animal and a extra box of strawberries everything was delivered but the strawberries tried calling but no one ever picked up sent a email did get a response back off of it said they would refund me 30 percent ***** dollars I had to pay ***** for the strawberries talk about a scam

      Im extremely disappointed with my experience. The flowers were delivered at nearly 1 AM to my place of employment, a shop. I received a text with a picture of the delivery showing the flowers left on the ground in front of the campus at this late hour. I drove by the school this morning to retrieve them, only to find they were no longer there. It is completely unacceptable for flowers to be delivered at such an inappropriate time, and leaving them outside of a business, especially a school, is both careless and unprofessional. The confirmation email clearly stated that deliveries were to be made during business hours, between 9 AM and 6 PM, so this was a significant failure on your part. Not only was I contacted at 1 AM, but the flowers were left in a location where they were easily at risk of being lost or stolen. Given the high cost of this order, I expect a full refund for this poor service and for the delivery drivers' blatant disregard of company policy. Please ensure that such an incident does not happen again.
