      Ruined Valentines Day by never delivering the flowers. Their whole check delivery status is not functional as all it will say is delivery scheduled even the day after flowers were supposed to be delivered. And customer support timelines are so long that there is no way to get a human to figure out the actual status or get a refund. This is not a real business - they will take your money, not ensure flowers are delivered, and then make the process so hard to contact them to figure things out or get a refund that you may lose hope on getting your money back.

      I would leave zero starts if I could. Ordered wife flowers for Valentines Day and they didnt arrive. Called and was told to wait until next day! I canceled my order.

      My wife did not receive her Valentines flowers even though I received status they were delivered. (She and my home cameras disagree.) I called customer service five times. Every single representative told me that would have to transfer me to one department or another but transferred me right back into the main ***. I was completely ripped off. Do NOT get scammed like me! Just find a local florist and order direct from them.

      If I could leave a negative star I would. FTD truly stands for Failure To Deliver! I ordered flowers a full week in advance. After contacting 2 days after scheduled delivery date the lady that finally answered told me that the florist is unable to deliver. I understand things happen but then she tells me that my only option is for a payment refund. Not even an option for replacement.

      Horrible service. The arrangement I order showed up a day earlier than the date requested. Luckily we were home or else the flowers would have wilted and died in the cold on our front porch. The arrangement I ordered was easily 2-3 times the size of the one that arrived. Complained to ftd and they gave me a 30% discount. ******* product, garbage service.

      FTD.COM is no longer a safe choice for special occasions. #1 They have farmed out customer service and orders to different countries, making it impossibly difficult to communicate. #2 Their delivery guarantee is now for a percentage (not for total satisfaction) making it a ****** on special occasions. the last TWO I've used FTD the deliveries were not correct. #3 As a 20+ year customer I have decided to use only local

      SCAM!!!If its for a funeral, you dont need the extra stress. Read all NEGATIVE reviews and stay away from FTD. I wished I read the negative reviews before ordering from FTD. This was for my moms funeral. I want to put -0 stars but I dont have the option. Wish theres a way to have them shutdown.

      I am so disappointed with FTD and will not use them again. The flower vendors they are contracting with are unacceptable. Twice Ive ordered the deluxe and expensive arrangement and it doesnt even come close to what Ive paid. Ive had pictures sent to me by the receiver. Another order they delivered a completely wrong arrangement.

      Did not place the order. I put in my sister's address, filled out the card, went to pay and the address at the bottom of the page was different. Tried to edit it to match the address at top, but it wouldn't let me access the city, state, and zip code. Called the 1-800-number. She said many have complained about it and to wait a while and try again later. I asked her to place the order. It came up as more than my original bill. She said it might automatically take off the discount. "Might"?? I told her to forget about it. Very sketchy.
