      We are a small family owned flower shop. We were intentionally mislead by FTD. We were told that in addition to the monthly membership fee, they would take 29% of the sales totals. It has actually been 50% because of their hidden and undisclosed fees. Once we notified them of our decision to cancel our membership, suddenly the hidden fees escalated to whatever amount they happened to owe us. When we contacted member services and asked them to break down all of the extra fees, they informed us they were unable to access our account in order to give us that information. We have tried numerous time to reach out to our representative, **** *., she never gets back to us. It is as if as soon as we signed our paperwork she dropped off the planet. At this point any orders we do for FTD are coming entirely out of our pocket. They are not covering the cost of flowers, vases, delivery, nothing. They are taking customer money and expecting us to fill the orders for free. They are thieves.

      incorrect (much lesser quality) flowers delivered 2 days late and started drooping less than 24 hours later.

      I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered flowers for same day delivery, received an email stating there was an exception and they were unable to deliver. Called and was lied to by a *** that they transferred the order to a different florist and was assured the flowers would be delivered. Called again, got the run around. They have still yet to be delivered. Flowers were for a death in the family. FTD does not care about their customers, will never do business with them again! **************** is a joke, this is what happens when they completely outsource.

      I ordered an ftd Christmas flower arrangement in a gingerbread house container to be delivered to my apartment and guaranteed for same-day delivery. They said they would contact me when it was out for delivery. They never sent the text that it was on its way. Late in the day, I received a text stating they had tried to deliver, but the recipient was not at home.I live in a small apartment and can definitely hear someone knocking, plus I was anxious to receive the flowers as I planned to take them to the recipient the following day. Problem #1: they lied about trying to make delivery.I called ftd and got someone with a very nasal Indian accent who was difficult to understand- Problem #2. He said the florist would never say he tried to deliver if he really did not. I asked if they have records of the time of an attempted delivery. They did not. I asked if they have records of sending the text stating it was on its way. They didn't. I mentioned they had my phone number and could have called about any problem. Crickets on the other end of the phone.There are multiple reasons to lie: the delivery driver wants to go home early, it's the day before Christmas Eve and they got too busy to complete their guaranteed orders, they had no delivery driver available, etc. A simple, truthful text or phone call would have been in order.I had requested delivery before noon the following day. Noon came and went. A delivery person showed up 2 hours later. He spoke no English (Problem #3), but tried to use a translator on his phone. I took a look at what he was delivering to me and it was not the arrangement in a gingerbread house. It was red and white flowers, but in a ****** DUCK decorated container- Giant Problem #4!. I refused delivery. Can you imagine if they were for my boss?I called ftd again and got 2 different nasal Indians- Problem #5. I kept asking one to slow down so I could understand him. He didn't. Finally, I got a refund.Never ordering from ftd again!!!!

      I placed an order directly through their website on 12/21 for a 12/24 order. 2 arrangements to be given as gifts. As of 7:39pm on 12/24 nothing has been delivered even though I spent $50 in shipping and a total of $164.97. Called and spoken with **************** at 1:15 today and they said the order would be here by 6pm. Sent and email to their 24/7 service at 7:30pm and they say residential deliveries occur up until 8pm. ITS CHRISTMAS EVE..no one is delivering this late! This is the second time in a month that FTD has failed to deliver.

      What I ordered and what was delivered was entirely different. I ordered a festive Christmas arrangement and got a ***** plain arrangement. The flowers, the vase and the arrangement were NOT what I ordered. When I tried to confirm when delivery would be-I could not get anyone that spoke clear English on the line. Now that the arrangement arrived and is not what I ordered & I sent them a review, they messaged that they would contact me, I responded that they would need to call with someone that spoke clear unbroken English, they called and the representative could not do that-no one in our office could understand her, I asked again to speak to someone that could speak English, to no avail. I have pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered but don't see a place to attach it in this review.

      I purchased flowers for a funeral. Was charged. Got an email confirmation that they were delivered. They were not delivered. When I called they said they could not deliver flowers because there was not a florist in the area. Never buying from them again!!!!!!

      Overpriced and unable to deliver when they say they can. Friend was having a bad day. On Tuesday, I Purchased a same day delivery small bouquet told them, this is a business that you will be delivering to. Total cost was +/- $87.00 with bouquet taxes delivery fees what have you. By Friday close of business she still has not received the bouquet. I will not use FTD ever agin and I will continue to spread the word to anyone not to use them. Customer Support is no use at finding the bouquet or returning my money when I cancelled the order Friday evening but they sure did process and take my money

      Just one more buyer who didnt check for reviews of FTD before buying from them. Flowers never delivered, surprise gone, what a fiasco, they should be prohibited of doing business.
