      Scam! Ring doorbell shows florist walking to front porch, knocking once then leaving with flowers- wasnt on the porch more than 2 minutes. When we called to inquire, they said they cant do anything about it- no refund and no redelivery, even with video proof nothing was delivered!

      After many great experiences, I'd like to relay a terrible experience using FTD for a special occasion.I finally got off the phone after contacting FTD 5 separate times about an order and finally getting a full refund and cancellation. I placed the order to be delivered on my wife's birthday, which is now 4 days ago. The flowers were never delivered, and each time I contacted support I was told they would expedite the delivery and provide upgrades, which clearly never happened. At one point, the flowers were marked as delivered despite never appearing at my house. When I called back to cancel, the representative tried to haggle with me with a 30% discount and upgrade and expedited delivery, and when I refused tried to get me to agree to a 50% discount and upgrade and expedited delivery.Unfortunately, the time frame in which the flowers would have helped celebrate this birthday is now long gone. Various members of my family have used FTD for years without issue, but this experience means we'll be looking into other options moving forward.

      Very disappointing. Apparently they have a large collection and they can do anything for you. Promises, promises for flowers to arrive in time. Guess what: 24 hours delay!0 And it was for a birthday! What is the point to buy expensive, exotic flowers for a birthday, to pay for service in time and they would arrive next day!Be very careful with this company! I would not ever never use them or recommend them.

      It looks like i have to rate at least one star but i would rate no stars. I will never use FTD Flowers again. Our daughter in law had surgery on 11/27 so we ordered flowers that said same day. Well they charged our card but no flower were delivered. Then next day was Thanks giving so we did not figure they would be delivered that day. The following day no delivery either so my wife called them over the next few days we have had one excuse after another. First they said those flowers were not available. Then they said they would refund half our money and deliver upgraded flowers and still no flower delivery. The next excuse was they didn't have a florist in that area but after my wife speaking to multiple supervisors and they said they will deliver the flowers it is December 4 and still no flowers.

      No stars if i could. I ordered same day flowers to be delivered on 11/27/24 for my daughter who had surgery. She gas still not received them. I got the run around about not having the right flowers than not having a local florist. I have spoken to 2 supervisors and was told yesterday that they would be delivered by 9pm last night. ******** flowers. I will never order from FTD again. Very upset about this whole experience.

      We placed an order with FTD. After about a week, we hadn't heard anything from the intended recipient about receiving our flowers (she definitely would have said something). We called FTD and they admitted that they never made the delivery. They attempted to not give us a refund but eventually conceded. Very unethical. So disappointed.

      I ordered flowers for a funeral service. On the day they were supposed to be delivered I called at 10:00am and they said the would be delivered by 10:30 am the time the service started. At 10:56am called back and was told the local florist couldnt fulfill the order they had to know this ahead of time and never contacted me and told me any of this. In fact said it was going to be delivered on the first call.

      I ordered flowers for delivery a week in advance of the delivery date. The order was not delivered, no notification was given. FTDs response was the due to inconvenience, order was not delivered so it was cancelled. FTD = Failure to deliver.

      Order wasn't processed due to "financial verification needed" or whatever that means. We checked our account and the payment went through but no order was processed. After calling and getting transferred 7 different times, I made it to the "financial department" where the asked me to verify all the information I put into the order online. For some reason this call center representative needed me to verify my address, card information, address of the recipient, ect... which should all be readily available on THE ORDER. Never had this happen before with ANY company let alone FLOWERS. This call center is no doubt trying to get credit card information from clients. I've cancelled the card I used to place the order. NEVER use this company.

      Horribly service. Flowers never delivered and when I would call I got excuses and promises but they never delivered. Will never use them again
