Through the subway website I created a BOGO (buy one get one) order for a foot long sub. After I made all my selections, I'm greeted with an immediate error prompt that says "Error: Sorry, qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer, or a better deal has been applied." There is no logic behind this, nothing in my order is relative to this error. There's no way to contact the company headquarters by phone or email. Completely sealed off from any communication. When I showed this to the people at the store they pretended not to speak any English, or know where the manager was or when they would be back or how to contact them. I have my receipt and I want them to honor their offer and explain to me why this error was created and why they have non English speakers running the store and handling the food with no supervision.Initial Complaint

I tried to make a purchase at several Subway locations with coupons in ******* **.
The coupons expired on September 30, 2024.
I tried to present the coupons before September 30, 2024.
The Subway locations in ******* ** would not accept the coupons.
The coupons were mailed through the ****** ****** ****** ********
The managers at Subway refused to accept the coupons.
Why is Subway issuing coupons through the mail but management at Subway locations refuse to accept the coupons?

My Subway app was taken over by people in ****** (I live in ** for reference), they were able to spend around $18 - this is not the issue. The issue is Subway has no way of reaching someone to report fraud, my account is still tied to my email address however I am now not able to access Subway.com AT ALL. I have gotten about 6 emails of these people changing the names on my account, filling up the cart in an attempt to place an order - it's ridiculous.
I attempted to reset the password so I can ultimately deactivate the account, now the website is doing this:

This is still happening and now whoever has my account is trying to secure it even though it's still tied to my email. I've tried to do my own password reset again but the site is still shows the errors I attached originally. Nobody has reached out from Subway at all.Initial Complaint

Placed an order of 3 Cold Cut Trios on the subway app. Paid for the order. Picked up the order. When I got home I discovered that none of the sandwiches had meat, none of them had mayo as requested. This is the worst case of gross negligence I've ever experienced from a restaurant. Placed order on September 19th from store # ******* ***** ****** ***** ********* **. Transaction # ******. Total $28.13.
Inflation is too high to waste money on bad food and poor service. Kindly refund my money. I will not be visiting this location again. Very disappointed.Initial Complaint

I received 3 Subway e-gift cards thru my health insurance carrier as rewards for completing health related tasks. They totalled $85. My email was hacked on Aug 6, and over $500 in gift cards were stolen. I made an *** report, *** report and police report. ****** and **** ***** replaced over $500 worth
I had eaten at the **** ** Subway 3 times during road trips to and from ****** since April.
I made a $10 purchase in April, using the $25 card.
Without knowing the criminal had used the balance of approx $75, I presented all 3 cards to the **** ** store for payment of a meal on Sept 4. Only 68¢ remained, which I used to combine with my credit card for a meal which totalled approx $11.
I spoke with the manager, and she told me to call the gift card number, which she handed me, to resolve the issue. The number is automated and hangs up on people, which she later acknowledged.
The store offered no utensils nor did I think that any existed since none were out. Eating the sandwich was a disaster, creating a mess.
I called Aetna 5 times, trying to get reimbursement for the cards. They refused, saying it was a "Subway issue".
I used Subway's contact form but communication was horrible.
I ate at the **** ** store on 9/11. Counter staff was unfriendly, didn't prepare the sandwich correctly, preparing it while I was running to my car to get my phone. The water dispenser wasn't operating correctly. A worker said I had dispensed lemonade because there was foam in my cup. She walked over, realizing it was bad water, poured it out , put more in, swooshed the cup and filled it. The other worker forgot to put guacamole on the sandwich and had to unroll it to fix it. The sandwich was dry. I wanted more sauces but the counter was busy and I was in a hurry to complete my 12 hour drive.
With the bad experiences with Subway, and given the fact that over 500 in gift cards were replaced by 2 companies, you would think Subway could provide at least a $50 card for my trouble.Initial Complaint

I don’t really recall when it happened but I left a ****** review under ******* *******. They served me a small sandwich and not baked right sandwich. When I went to talk to the manager she stated they don’t have a ruler to measure the sandwich. She stated she could make another one but it was the same size. I told her she needs to measure it or tell me if that looks like a 6 inch. She stated her supervisor doesn’t give her them a ruler and they’ve been asking for it. I told her I used to work at subway and that the bread is too skinny because it wasn’t baked right. She kept ignoring what I was telling her and she couldn’t give me any resolution. Subway advertises 6 free cookies when you buy 6 or more gift cards. the 1st time I only received a coupon for 1. The 2nd time I received it for 6 . Both times the local store can’t scan the qr code and I was told I needed to purchase a minimum of $30 in the store to redeem which nowhere does it state that. I had ordered more than that online and there is no code to enter it online. Only a qr code.
Tried to contact corporate customer service. Any phone # that you find on ****** is disconnected or a fake #. They also do not return messages when you try to contact them on their website.Initial Complaint

I contacted the corporate location regarding staffs behaviour at a location and also discrepancies found in the store. Per the policy found on the receipt, corrective action requests have need directed appropriately, yet I have not heard from the brand itself.Customer Answer
