      In the spring without any notice my account was suspended with no explanation provided with all the credits I have earned being made seized. They are clearly exploiting those who are gullible enough to fall for their unsolicited emails seeking survey takers, with their email addresses provided to them their airline partners (United, ******** Airlines, etc.) with promises of "thousands" of miles. ** many others have pointed out they are indiscriminately quashing accounts with no recourse for survey participants and they feel under no obligation to spell any justification for these callous actions. I will pursue this until a just resolution is achieved.

      This is a business where you can "allegedly" make money by taking surveys and getting "points" which can then be redeemed for money or gift cards.First, most of the surveys are already filled up when you attempt to access them, or they say you do not qualify after saying you DO qualify.After finally finishing MANY surveys, I obtained approximately **** points or $11.00.I tried to cash out and the site would not let me! I reached out to complain and first they said I was suspended, with no explanation, then that their survey takers must use care when answering the questions which I did, and then they said I was suspended because their "system" indicated that I had more than one account - not true and clearly a glitch in their system as one only needs one account to take the surveys. This is clearly a scam and although it is only $11.00, if they do this to everybody, it adds up. Also, it's the principle; I wasted a lot of hours on these scam surveys. This is a rip-off! Stay away!

      This company has called me several times (probably more, but other times my phone service did not identify them). When I do get a caller ID and answer, they have stated that "this call is a political poll" and I ask them "what company are you with, is it Dynata?" each time, there is sudden silence, they disconnect the call. If a company is unwilling to identify itself, but is seeking information from me, they should at the very least identify themselves. It is a primary rule of information security that you should not have any kind of discussion with anyone that is unwilling to identify themselves. I would go further to suggest that if they are unwilling to identify who is sponsoring their activity (if it is contractually sponsored) or tell you where the results of the survey are going to be publicly published (in political polls, if all parties don't have equal access to the information, this information is likely being used to gain intelligence that could be used against any political views you hold). Don't give them any information. I would definitely say that a company that tells its employees not to reveal who they are working for, has dubious if not nefarious intent. Yes, I do realize that if everyone followed this rule, most survey and polling companies would go out of business. This would be a good thing, as most are corrupt and not only desire to sell your information, but many have an alternative motive of selling you something or selling you on some form of propaganda with leading questions (this is the reputation of this company). Also, it is my experience that most "Market Research" companies cheat their employees out of pay and benefits and when promises are made to participants in panel discussions, few ever deliver on their promises.

      Too bad you have leave at least one star, 100% SCAM! Hopefully, they'll be shut down soon. I'm certainly going to do my part to make that happen.

      Keep getting calls, all from different numbers so I can't even block them. They come up Dynata on caller ID. I answered one tonight and they didn't even have my correct name... tried to call the number listed online to opt out, and I get an recording that the call cannot be completed as dial. 100% harassment and authorities will be contacted if it doesn't stop immediately.

      This company has shorted me on pay multiple times. There is nothing more frustrating than working 10 hours in a day for a company and expecting to make $150 and being shorted $20-$35 more often my pay was short than it was on par with what they advertised. And it's not a few dollars. Sometimes it's 25% of your pay. When I reaches the out to them they gave me the run around and told me there was nothing they could do. I'm looking for a different job. My advice dont do any business with this company.

      ****** is the worst telephone recruiting job I have ever had I've been recruiting for over *********************************************************************************************************************************** two before they help you they also skip over you're posting when you are needing help the supervisor is unpleasant very disrespectful in the way that she writes in the chat I feel very much discriminated against as well I do not recommend anyone to work for this company which you might have to but please do not feel like this will be your home the hiring process is ridiculous you go through so much just to get hired and then when you finally come on board the training ***** they give you only 60 minutes of training and cram you in and expect you to know the system so quick and then when you reach out for help they don't help you just ridiculous management needs to reply to their emails they give you so many emails and then they don't even reply back not even the supervisor replies back I will be taking this up with a better Business bureau and I will also let the world know this is not a great place to work for

      This company continues to call me even when I have politely asked to be removed from their call list. I looked on their website and called the number given to remove my contact but the number the provide only ever has a busy signal. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry and plan to take further legal action against them as they call my cell phone multiple times a day.

      This company who claims to be doing research calls everyday, many times a day. I have already told them to stop calling a couple of times and they still keep calling. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and I have already filed a complaint against them.
