      I would give them zero stars.
      My contract went to a variable rate without notice, thats issue 1.
      Second, if you are an hour late, boom, lights out, they dont care if you are old, if its hot outside or have medical equipment.
      3rd, mistakes on billing, disconnect charges, lights off, boom. On the phone for hours.
      I do not recommend them at all.
      Looking for a new provider, we have had nothi g but issues.
      I recommend management changes and do not ever disconnect customers that are a day late.
      I work from home and have a cpap machine.
      My account number is 451580 if mr owner wants to pay my bill. Jennifer fonseca and fam.

      Our apologies for any misunderstanding. After reviewing the account looks like we tried to contact you about the account being past due by phone and email. The bill in question was due on 07/31/23. The emails we sent did convey the final date on 8/14/23 to submit payment or services could be interrupted. We are sorry that prior to new management the account went to variable but since the transition on 11/2022 the contract rate has been in affect. Here at Think Energy we do care about our customers which is why we call and email prior to the disconnection date to set up a payment plan.

      I am THRILLED to have cut my electric supply cost in half! The NEW Think Energy ownership is forward thinking and has the customer’s best interest in mind. They source the power from 100% clean, renewable energy which is better for you and the environment. I highly recommend switching. They offer price stability with a discounted rate for 3 years, and cash back rebates for referrals. That’s a great program!
      It’s a shame that the old company treated their customers so unfairly and had terrible customer service. Don’t let that influence your decision to try the supply service from the new company and cut your own electric supply cost. I’m happy I can put money back in my own pocket and out of the Utility company’s. You will be too.

      I became a customer after the new Think Energy owners bought the old company. I have all good things to say about this NEW Think Energy! I have saved lots of money and referred a lot of people which helps us qualify to receive free energy for our house and opens the door for them to also. Can't beat free! Love this company!!!!

      This company is incredible. The customer service is great, the products are amazing, and I love their commitment to renewable energy. And ive saved a lot of money. The free energy club is a game changer !

      All good. Signed up for a long-term 3-year rate. There are no fees or penalties, so I figured...why not? The Think Energy rate appeared on my bill the following month. I like that my rate stays the same, even when the local utility company jacks up their rate, seems like they do every 6-12 months. I told some family & friends people to go with Think, too.

      I signed up my apartment and store in CT with Think Energy. A friend who works for them told me they were under new ownership, so despite past reviews I tried them out. It was a good decision. They've saved me a lot of money and my rate is locked for 3 years. No issues. Highly recommend.

      Despite having made a payment on 5/23/2023, the balance still appears on my bill. I have gone to great lengths over the past two weeks to provide Thinkenergy with various forms of evidence, such as payment screenshots, my bank account number, confirmation number, and even my bank statement. Despite this, Thinkenergy insists on obtaining a PDF file from the bank for payment verification, even though the bank does not offer that option. It is both puzzling and disappointing that Thinkenergy is unwilling or unable to take responsibility for tracking the payment themselves. As a customer, I am exceedingly frustrated with the level of service I am receiving.
