      I wanted to upgrade my internet service and get 3 phone lines of mobile.
      I told the first customer service representative that I wanted someone who spoke Spanish so he went in the back and supposedly told someone to help me.
      A Hispanic person came over but told me he didn't speak Spanish and transferred me to someone else.
      When I went to that person he told me he had to attend others who came after me even though he saw me waiting for him.
      Terrible customer service!

      I called to cancel service and a salesperson who seemed very kind and personable offered me a 2 year promotion of discounted internet if i activated 2 mobile lines which would also be discounted. We spoke extensively about the final bill price and it was going to save me about $15 a month, so I ported my husbands line over to Spectrum. The sales guy called to check and make sure I was able to get everything activated and we discussed the discount price again. I also have a long voicemail from him checking in. When my bill came it was nothing resembling the promotion and about $40 more than I’ve ever paid for these services. When i called to clarify the bill they told me that “these sales people do that” and assured me they would clear it up. After 2 hours on the phone the best thing they could offer was for me to pay more for a lower speed internet and add another mobile line. I experienced no service and still felt like I was being hustled. They even suggested I bring yet another mobile line over. I have never experienced a company that so blatantly lied about service. It was so disappointing. Boo Spectrum. Do what you say. Hold salespeople accountable.

      Very poorly run technician support. They run different types of crews, with one, the construction crew, that is a contractor and doesn't even work for spectrum. The problem is the don't work well together. No matter the issue, they first send the van tech, he comes out, can't fix, so he sends the bucket truck crew, they come and say they have to get a construction crew to come out but don't have a clue when that will be, but want the customer to call back after construction crew has come and completed there work so the actual spectrum techs can come finish fixing the problem, because the construction crew does tell the spectrum techs anything, such as when they have completed a job. Then after all that the spectrum techs tell you the construction crew did do all the things they needed to, only one of the things, so they will have to come back out and I have to repeat the process. Also the automated system needs fixed with option of a non customer being able to report your main cable line being down in road, and when you say problem is with internet because some customers only have Internet accounts, the system shouldn't automatically try to reboot your modem before even knowing why the customer called. Very poor backend support on spectrum.

      They sent me a bad phone.
      I'm paying 13000 and it don't hold the charge. They said they can't help me the only thing I can do is get a hold of ******* because ******* sold them a defective phone and they sold it to me. ******* said I would have to send it back to them for them to try and fix it, and that I would be with out a phone for 5-7 weeks.
      Go to Verizon... I was with them first, and when I had a problem with my phone they sent me another one, and when I got it then I sent my messed up one back... I did not have to go without a phone.. I will be leaving spectrum and going back to ********

      We have been waiting for 3 months for spectrum to fix our main cable for our Internet and still waiting we spend more time without service than we do with it they have taken 50$ off our account that we pay almost 200$ a month for we have no other Internet available out where we live and I think that is the problem they know that and we r stuck

      I got robbed after hurricane. Not able to use my service and still got billed for five months before finally able to cancel. Terrible company. Use another service.

      We have had spectrum now for over 5 years. Our home Wi-Fi goes out multiple times per day. Spectrum customer service claimed it was due to outdated equipment so we got the most current equipment available and the problem still occurs. Now when we call customer service they claim there is a temporary outage. I find that hard to believe that everyday multiple times per day there is an outage. We cannot switch service due to credit issues so we are stuck with Wi-Fi service that goes out multiple times per day. We would highly recommend anyone looking for home Wi-Fi steer clear of charter spectrum also known as spectrum. Unless you don’t mind your service going out everyday multiple times per day.

      The audacity. I cannot believe it. I’m not even a customer! It’s 4:00pm on a Sunday, I’m taking a nap with my daughter on the couch, and this ******* rings my doorbell (very clear no soliciting sign) waking the house up to ******* ask why I canceled service years ago and if I’d come back. Literal harassment is what they resort to for your business. I will never give this company the time of day ever again. And if they ring my doorbell one more gd time I’ll be chasing them off my property with a bat.

      I called to disconnect my internet service and was supposed to have been moved to a lower cost plan for 1yr at 500 mbps. What they did was to slow the speed to 100 mbps when it should have been at 500 mbps. I called back to disconnect. A customer service rep talked me into trying out their 1 gbps. Needles to say the speed was not consistent so I again requested Spectrum to disconnect service but they convinced me I could change back to the 500 mbps for $40 a month. I was told that since I had already paid for the month I would receive a $40 credit on my account. Again the speed was not hitting 500 mbps, it was in the 300 mbps range. Therefore I called Spectrum to disconnect and to receive my $40 credit. After talking to a billing manager I was told there was no credit and I would not get anything back. This company is stealing from its customers. This is a poor way to do business.
