      These folks send the bill out so late, that it forces me to always pay late. They then say that I will have a late payment. Example: Today I received the bill. It is march 7th. The bill is due march 9th. This happens every month. I tried contacting them, but they put it back on the post office or on me not electing to receive a paper bill. I am not happy with their billing.

      I'm was surprised charged by the sales person about the installation fee not being informed to me. Even the technician no spectrum phone support did not inform any installation fee. Spectrum holds no responsibility for the fee because it was "professional installed and emailed to me the day I signed up when the sales person asked me if I have tv, mobile, Internet on MON 3/4/25 at 12:30 PM EDT. Sales Agent "DAYJOHN" cell number four zero seven nine eight seven seven zero zero two

      Spectrum internet is awful, one of the worst tech companies I’ve experienced, and there’s a lot of bad ones. These guys are part of the bottom of the barrel

      **Misinformed Information about "FREE INTERNATIONAL AND ROAMING".
      On February 27th I called customer service to add the plan for $10. I had a cruise trip set on March 3rd-5th. I wanted to make sure I would not be charged roaming fees and to enjoy my trip. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was told that I would have to pay $153.00 in roaming charges because they do not cover curises. When i added the plan to my phone the customer service rep never stated any stipulations or fine line disclosure. I never received a text nor email about anything that would make me aware of the information they are now telling me. I spoke with Customer Service Representative Ben in *** **** around 530pm 3/5/2025 he told me that instead of listening to their representative or relying on them to give me the disclosure to their services I should check online for all my information. This is poor accountability this company holds for themselves and employees. I asked to speak to someone over him he sent me to Andrew in Washington, that was just as rude. He would not provide me with anyone over him. He stated he was the only person I could speak with and he would hang up on me if I asked to speak to someone else. He said it was my job to read their website and not their employee job too give me the information they pay them to give. After him hanging up on me I called a store and asked for Corporate number. There was no number they could give me. While speaking to the in store reps, I explained what I was going on and THEY weren't aware of cruises not being covered. POOR MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. I have been a customer of Spectrum for over 10 years and I have decided to take my business else where. This isn't not a true phone company and they have poor customer service skills. There are to many glitches that needs to be fixed and training need to be provided to their employees.

      Wifi service would cut out about 3-4x per week and we had the maximum available plan. Just my roommate and I operating no more than 3 devices at a time yet their service was slow and unreliable. However, the real issue came when I tried to cancel. They have a company wide policy of making you sit through a 30min sales pitch of them trying to get you to stay with them and you can't cancel without listening to it and answering. THEN they decided to continue to charge me $135/month for "unreturned equipment" when all equipment was accounted for and returned weeks before the deadline to a spectrum store. Their customer service is trash and their quality of service is horrendous.

      I had a frustrating experience with Spectrum today. My router kept turning red and blue, and my app showed I was in an outage, but Nathan insisted I wasn’t and refused to provide any explanation or help. Lorenzo, the supposed manager, was even worse—unprofessional and dismissive. Neither of them clarified my issue.
      Thankfully, Matthew from chat finally explained that I was experiencing an intermittent outage and gave me clear guidance on my credit request. If Nathan or Lorenzo had done that, I wouldn’t have had to contact Spectrum three times.
      Matthew provided great service, but Spectrum needs to train the others better—especially Lorenzo, who shouldn’t be in management.

      Now, I have been placed in collections, and my credit is at serious risk—all because Spectrum refuses to cancel my account. This is completely unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent behavior. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, including confirmation that my account is fully canceled and that all erroneous charges are removed from my record.
      No one at the spectrum offices would help me because my internet was under the “business” department.

      This complaint is against Spectrum. I have called several times about an incorrect bill. I spoke with Spectrum on 1/28/2025 and had my bill reduced to $120.00, and paid that amount. On 2/8/2025, I called again to make a payment, but the automated system should one amount, but the customer retention department showed another amount. I Have called again on 3/3 2025 to make another payment, but the system is still stating that I owe more than what my bill was adjusted to in January. There are recordings of the converesations, so no one is willing to go back and listen to those recordings to verify that I'm giving them the correct information. This is frustrating. I'm spent almost three and half hours on the phone with them trying to get the bill corrected so I can pay the correct amount. I do NOT recommend Spectrum to anyone. The service is horrible. I am also requesting another credit for one month for the inconvenience that I have experienced.

      Spectrum is horrible random outages no bad weather and not a reason as to why in sight however my relative lives 15 min away has spectrum and their internet is just fine unacceptable DO NOT recommend
