      This company has the rudest, most incompetent customer service and tech teams that I have dealt with in a very long time. They refuse to send out a technician to troubleshoot equipment issues. Their answer is always to send out new equipment, which doesn’t work either. It’s impossible to run a business effectively without working communication equipment. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Poor customer service, they get angry when you want to cut them off and switch after you catch them in a lie about why they are going up on their bill. To even to go as far to cut it off and still charge people for a service they aren't getting. The Mobile devices aren't much better with Service. They only offer an introduction rate to draw in new customers while raising their rates yearly all the while stating in email or letter that they are giving you better service and not raising your bill the week prior to the yearly raise. If you can go somewhere else do so. They have lost 149,000 customers to dishonest and unfair Price Gouging. They are charging for services they really aren't delivering and trying to cover up with a notice saying they are not going up. Eey dishonest and deceptive Buisness Practices here.

      Charged for self installation for no true reason, and charged for simply moving. When I was told before the move, with self installation there would be no charge with signal activation so long as I did it all myself.
      Bunch of liars, just like they were back when they were Time Warner.
      Lady practically thought it was funny that I even called. I am on a limited income and still she didn't care. This company is absolutely terrible. Of you gotta move, apparently you gotta pay out your ears and get set back money wise for a month or two.
      Wish I could give zero stars.

      Can't give a 0 so 1 undeserved star.
      The customer service is beyond horrible.
      A call to them will take hours of being on hold, disconnected and needing to call back and being transferred from person to person who tells you conflicting things.
      Wait on hold for hours and hear how the company values your customer experience and prides itself on good customer service the whole time. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

      Internet outages all the time! Customer service is no help! They wont give you credit either. Theyr promotional rate is only for a year. This is the last month with them! Im switching to another provider!

      Placed an order for a new iPad Pro 13inch tablet with a representative. Was charged $1020.99 but Spectrum shows no order. The SAME agent took my mobile payment just 11 minutes earlier and they have record of that. Spoke to 5 different associates including a “supervisor” who more than likely read off a script of “dispute with your bank.” No accountability at all, says they don’t review or listen to calls and says my claim in one sided even though I can show proof of a POSTED payment. There’s no record of this agent placing an order at all. I even expressed concern over the security of my cards if an agent can just charge me with absolutely no record and again the same “dispute with your bank” response. I even requested the call being pulled and or the agent being coached to see what may have happened in the process and was told they don’t do that. I have disputed the charge however since it occurred on my cashapp card I have low expectations as I have worked in the fraud department at a bank and they are known for denying claims. The issue is the charge was posted, but no record of the order on my account which means someone else received that payment. An agent assured me a charge could not occur without a order going through, which means it went through for someone else but they refused to escalate or look into it further.

      My father passed away in September of 2024. I have been trying to close his mobile service since then with no success. Filed tickets but they keep sending me in an endless circle NO ONE IS HELPING.

      These guys jerk customers around. We were with them for 8 years + and their bill has risen from the original 50/month to 100. We looked for other service and when we called to cancel, we were promised at least a year at 60/month. Yet we "had" to pay the 100 once to get that deal. The bill came, it was for 80. Multiple phone calls, reps say they will "make a note" in the system. The next rep can never find the note. Now they say we have to pay the 80, and THEN we can get the discount. But NOW, in order to get the discount, we will have to take slower speed service.

      Called this morning, 26 Feb 2025, to cancel our internet service, which we have had for many years. We simply could not afford the increasing prices. Our previous bill states that our internet service was for Jan 18 - Feb 17, 2025, which means we have had the internet service for 9 days in the new billing period. I was informed that we would have to pay for the entire billing service period rather than the service being pro-rated for the number of days actually used.
      THIS is why Spectrum is losing so many customers. The service representative then proceeded to inform me of all the wonderful deals they could offer me, but could not give a satisfactory answer on why these "deals" were not offered previously. Final note: We had no complaint with the actual service, but rather, the constant increase in price for basic internet. We now have internet that rivals Spectrum in every way, for a fraction of the cost. BUYER BEWARE! Poor customer service, poor business practices.
