      Unfortunately, my experience working aside spectrum has been “less than stellar”. From personal experience, I have experienced issues within the company’s choice in organization, work ethic, questionable management decisions and unprofessionalism. I do not regret making the decision to briefly work with this company as this decision has indirectly informed me of how a company should comply and operate while also knowing what to avoid in the near future with any company that I potentially begin to work for. When you see fellow reviews stating issues involving highly imcompentant manner of management, work structure, and micro-management, please take these reviews into consideration before taking the time to apply for any position regarding spectrum.

      Stay AWAY from Spectrum at all cost if you have an option, if you don't and you want to cancel the service, they'll lower your rent and bump your speed up (which they are incapable of doing) to make you change your mind. Like me, you'll probably fall for the trick, after all you'll pay less and get "more", but like me, you'll end up charged less than half and still decide to leave this lousy company.

      Due to a death in the family I did the right thing, closed the account and turned in the box, showed the death cert., etc. The customer service rep at the store told me there was a $136.76 balance, so I paid it in cash. A month later I received a summary saying that there's an account credit of $137. I called Spectrum who referred me to ********** the company they use for refunds. Spectrum was not able to give me any information as I was not an "authorized" person on the account, but they were able to take payment from me (which I didn't even owe). Called them, explained the situation and had to email them the death certificate also. After about a month I received a check, but in the "deceased" family members name, which I can't obviously cash. They also sent a debit card, so I activated the card, tried using it twice, but declined both times. Emailed ********* who said the balance was transferred to the check, which I'm not able to cash! I've spent so much time trying to get back the money that wasn't even owed to them. I'm flying back to the island next week and will go back to the same store to see how this can be resolved. Totally ridiculous!

      Shotty work and intent to cause discord between neighbors.
      Not even my service provider but their lack of ability to bury a cable line is concerning. The tech who had come out informed my neighbor that I damaged their line with some recent landscaping (which I haven't done landscaping in over 2 years in this back corner of my yard). They pulled out the flowers I had lining my fence further back (not even where they had to dig for the line) and killed 2 of my neighbors tomato plants (their actual customer).
      The 1st tech told me that they would bring out a fancy tool to bore under my garvel garden I have around these public utilities boxes. Clearly they didn't get the message.
      Luky me I got to bury their cable line (I should totally be paid for doing him work for him) and luckily my wow cable got buried deeper because they ran it crossing over....images of this work available.

      July 18, 2022 talked to tech dept. Could not resolve problem. Scheduled technician July 19, 2022 between 7am and 11:30am. No show, no call. Took box to local outlet. Switched box, reinstalled myself at home. It worked for 20 minutes then nothing. Called tech again. Told me return to store. Could not get another replacement at store for an hour trying to resolve. Told me take box home, tech will be there within an hour. Again no show, no call. Called tech again. Service will be July 22, 2022 4pm. I said, unacceptable. Response was some one will call me 60 to 90 minutes no call. Wasted my whole day to get nothing done. I will constantly give bad reviews until I can find other options. Terrible service.

      Been trying to switch my cell phone service for 4 days now with no success. I have a right to keep my phone number. I am a domestic abuse survivor and need to make sure he can not keep tracking me. In addition to that you do not have a service where I am located. I guess I must need to contact a lawyer now as even with an “expedited” ticket you still have done nothing. You seriously do not even deserve 1 star. I have a job where I need to keep my number. It is not ok to keep my phone number hostage. I wish I had NEVER been convinced to switch it over to HIS service. YOU are further enabling his ABUSE. I am so upset about this. Thank you for inducing panic attacks.

      They made an error and canceled my internet service without my knowledge or consent. Then instead of fixing it told me I had to go through sales as if I was a new customer. I will never do business with Charter Spectrum again.

      Spectrum cable. I keep loosening channels on my tv. Being a week now. They keep sending technicians to my house only to tell me it's a maintenance problem with their signals outside. I am loosing wages on waiting for them each time they show up. No resolution on sight so far. This is third time they show up.

      Spectrum sent me an email back in November stating that they would add cable tv to my plan. I’ve enter the chat and said I did not want it. I was told that the chat was not enough so I love called and said I did not want it. In December it was added to my account.
      I have tried to use the chat several times to cancel the cable addition, and I was told I should have called. However, calling wasn’t working because I cannot wait for hours on hold. Especially on the circumstances that I was facing on my personal life.
      Today I was finally able to cancel the cable tv, and spectrum denied to give me the money that they took from me back. They also denied to send me an email stating that they will no longer take money from my auto payment without my consent.
      In addition to all of that the person on the phone had a really bad attitude and repeated several times that I ordered the service, but failed in provide me any proof or recording of my request to the service.

      Spectrum is too over-priced and has poor service for the services they offer. The cost of the silver and gold TV packages is exorbitant and their free movies are what the channels are already playing for the month.The cable TV services have outages or the channel you are watching will freeze, and it is not the same channel that freezes every time. It takes two weeks to schedule a technician to repair any of your services, cable, internet or phone. Every two or three months, you receive a cost increase without any explanation. In fact, my last repair service technician informed me that I was paying too much for the services I received and customer service refused to do any thing about it. All they did was offer more services. They have no threatened to cut my service because they lost the modem that was replaced by their technician, which I do not have. I wish ******* provided service in my area because I would drop Spectrum in a heartbeat.
