      If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Non stop issues with internet service,speeds, cable service. They expect you to drop everything and wait on hold and spend hours trying to solve issues, that reocurr constantly!

      I called Spectrum to make changes to my service that would have resulted in my bill going from $192 to $142. The next bill I received was $207 and they won't honor the price I was quoted, via email, for the $142.

      I was trying to discontinue a service that was added to my account. I was given the run around and was on the phone being transferred to representative to representative just trying to remove a service I wasn’t even aware was added. While trying to get this rectified I was asked questions that had nothing to do with my call and offered more services I didn’t want nor ask for.

      We used Spectrum for years for cable, internet & phone. It was fine. When there were problems, service was OK. Any time we had to return or exchange equipment, we had to take it down to the office and wait forever. When we finally stopped using them, a couple of years ago, we returned ALL of our equipment. Today I got a call from a debt collector saying we owed Spectrum for unreturned equipment. Unless I can find the return receipts from a couple of years ago, I have to pay it. I have often heard how shady Spectrum is ... and now I have experienced it myself. I will NEVER use Spectrum again for anything.

      Charged us for TV for 2 months when it was not authorized by either account managers. Claimed “someone started a free trial” which was not done by either account managers. Was then told need to get a security code to cancel. I guess it is easy to just claim services for people but make it difficult to cancel services they never even asked for. Had to wait for hours to cancel a service we never authorized.

      Absolute joke of a company. Corporate thieves.
      I had service with spectrum. I bought a house in a new city, and in preparation of my move cancelled service at my old address (the house I was selling). We sold our house 05/27. I cancelled service 05/28 out of courtesy to the buyers.
      I was billed fully for service 05/20-06/19. I didn’t even have service 05/28 to 06/19. I call Spectrum, and explain I want a refund for the time I was billed for service and didn’t have it (05/28 to 06/19). The billing rep apologizes and says it’s company policy to bill services monthly. I state that I understand services are billed monthly, but refunds should be given when the service is charging for a service it is not providing. The billing rep agrees but won’t refund.
      I speak to a manager. We do the same song and dance. She agrees with me when I say it sounds like corporate policy to never give refunds even when the company is doing nothing (by not giving service). Offered no solution.
      Call customer service to complain. Explain the whole scenario again. Customer service rep agrees with me but says she’s can’t refund for the time I was billed but did not receive service. Same song and dance. Am told I wouldn’t have been charged if I cancelled 05/01. I state I needed internet until 05/28. No solution. Billing and customer service say they get this a lot and they understand why I’m frustrated. Neither offers a solution.
      To Spectrum Corporate- I really hope the people making these absurd policies feel proud of themselves. I hope the policy to refuse to give working people refunds when your company admittedly provides no service is worth it. I hope refusing to give a roughly $61-$62 refund is worth this negative review being sent to the BBB. Publicly traded company with billions in revenue refusing to give refunds for services they admit and know they are not providing. What a joke.

      This horrid company has CONSTANT outages and makes you pay for services that you do not have. I was totally fed up with CONSTANT outages from this UNRELIABLE company that I canceled service and went with a competitor. They refuse to pro-rate from when you canceled and they also refuse to give credit for the outages. This is THEFT!!! They do not care if their service is out, they want to be PAID regardless. This company needs to be put out of business!!
      They do NOT even deserve one star. The rating for this vile company is actually in major negative digits. They also have agents in local grocery stores asking what internet service you have. They will do ANYTHING to get your money but actually providing service is not nearly as important. I have NEVER heard of a company before SPECTRUM that refuses to do pro-rated charges for outages or no service due to canceling due to very poor service. .

      I’ve been waiting for two days for my spectrum service to be moved to my new house. The original appointment was set and the tech was over an hour late. When he arrived, he sat in the drive way, ate his lunch and smoked. When I asked him about being late he immediately replied “do you want your internet or not”, got in his van and drove away.
      The second tech never arrived and I was promised a return call the next morning. Never received a call back.
      I’ve had to make multiple call backs to check on the status and have been escalated 3 times. I’m having difficulty getting anyone to return my call. The escalation team tried to reach me one time, left a voice mail saying they would call back, then closed my file.
      So here I sit, waiting for another promised call back.
      Very dissatisfied customer. I will replace their service as soon as another service can get me installed.

      Returned my Spectrum cable equipment to a Spectrum store and told the rep that I also wanted to cancel my service. He was reluctant to take the equipment and said it is difficult to do this in the store. I had read that that is the best place to do it.
      So he finally figured out how to input the information, really they aren't trained for this, really!!
      But now I can't log on and see my bill all of a sudden. So I called to make sure our service was canceled. Sure enough, he didn't cancel our service at all.
      The rep on the phone said she was working on it, but there were problems with making the change because we own our own modem and router. WHAT????!!!
      So after 50 mins of her wasting my time, she literally wasn't doing anything, I kept asking for a supervisor, she said supervisor won't help her she has to figure it out......again, WHAT????
      I had her transfer me to billing.
      Billing rep was intelligent. She apologized and said that shouldn't have happened. Ok, well it did! So cancel all services like I asked a week ago in the store and just keep my internet service.
      After another 10 minutes, she started to give me the deals Spectrum had for streaming. Ya, not interested. Where were you months ago when we decided to switch to ******* ***??
      She finally made the change. Spectrum is the worst company!! Investigate their practices.
      And, if you are looking for TV service check out YOU **** ** ** **** or some other. AVOID SPECTRUM at all costs. They do not provide decent business practices!!!
      We cut our total bill for all services in half by going elsewhere!! Just Sayin'.

      TIME WARNER ALL OVER AGAIN - Sneak attack - promise to make certain rate for summer home and As TIME WARNER did they sneak in fees and upgrades and state its the end of a promotional period, Its BS they make up anything to throw in more fees. Every 3 months you have to call and fight to have them agree to change all the SNEAK and UNDERCOVER charges they have added without you knowing. This company is TWarner and they put lipstick on a turd calling it Spectrum. Customer service is a joke and acts like they didnt know anything about the changes they snuck in. Just a terrible pirate, stealing, robbery company!!
