      I had spectrum internet for 6 years on the Big Island. They had a monopoly in East *****i for many years. Finally, I was able to switch to * ******* I had phone service with * ******* so I got a great deal. I would be saving $100/month! When I called customer service to cancel it was very frustrating. They kept me on the phone for an hour asking questions & placing me on hold. Now they have great deals for you!! It was the worst customer service I've had in years! Stay away from Spectrum. Don't use them if they can be avoided. Your bill keeps increasing without warning.

      My internet was on and off for 13 days. I called every couple days to see when the internet would be back up with no clear answer. Very frustrating considering I work from home. I just received my bill and they only credited me back a couple dollars because they could only verify 6 hours of my internet being down. Customer support was not able to help me, they were very dismissive and did not seem to care if I was actually helped. You can’t count on this service being steady at all and there seems to be no urgency in fixing. I’m going to end up paying for almost 2 weeks of internet that I was not even able to consistently use.

      This doesn't apply to this store necessarily, rather to Charter Spectrum national. I called today to cancel my service. I was of course told about all the other services they could provide to try to persuade me to keep them as my internet provider. I told him that I appreciated the information but I just wanted to cancel my service. He put me on hold to "make a notation about the cancellation on my account". I was left there for around five minutes. When he came back this became a cycle; I'd ask him to just cancel the service, he'd give me an offer, I'd say no, just cancel, and he'd put me on hold. After 30 minutes or so of this, I told him that I was out of patience, they were a business, I was a consumer, and I no longer wanted their service. His voice changed a bit to sound a little put out with me and he said that he was about to tell me the same thing. It still took another 11 minutes to get my service cancelled and to get a confirmation number of the cancellation. I do not recommend their business to anyone after this experience.

      Double billed my elderly aunt. Promised to refund money to her and then denied it. Won't allow someone to open account without a password and because my aunt is elderly she cannot remember it. Told that she would have to visit a store that is an hour drive away when she is bedridden. Terrible company

      If I could leave zero I would. TV is AWFUL. Reduced my package because I was paying for reruns! The price also edged up $20- over several months and save team couldn't explain it. Now with updated equipment service bad multiple times a week. Today I have 2 channels!!What a rip-off.....DISH is better but they outsource CS.

      I’ve had nonstop internet problems with Spectrum for over two years, all due to a known issue with the node that services my area. The technicians who come out always acknowledge it’s the node, not anything in my house, but customer service never does. They act like every call is a new issue and refuse to escalate anything until a technician comes out first.
      This means I’m constantly forced to schedule technician appointments, even though the root of the problem is outside my home. While the techs do show up (credit where it’s due), I’ve had to take time off or rearrange my schedule countless times just to let someone in for a problem that’s clearly on Spectrum’s end.
      Meanwhile, customer service is no help at all uninformed, unhelpful, and often rude. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this loop with no resolution, just the same excuses over and over. If you have any other option for internet, take it. Spectrum has been a huge waste of time and money.

      They have been installing things and it is messing up our neighborhood. It's terrible and even the rope stuff has damaged the mower.

      Run far far away! They lead you to believe they are cheaper than their competition, however, their service is horrible, and their products don't work correctly most of the time. I have had nothing but problems. Also, if you go one day into the new cycle before you cancel the service, they will gladly bill you the entire month with no credit for unused time with their services. Use anyone but these guys! Don't say you have not been warned! I would and will never use this company ever again!!!
