      A recent order from a month ago or so for a 24-hour backup battery for my home phone never received it got charged for anyway now waiting for them to attempt to get it off of my bill was charge $60 for that and a $30 activation fee so $90 and needs to come off on my bill

      Today is June 14, 2025. We returned from a trip to ****** and Spectrum wants to charge $600.00 for internet usage on my son's phone that was not enabled. We called before traveling to release my husband's and my numbers. It was clear that there would only be 2 lines. Now they want to charge for my son's usage that was not awake. Today we filed a dispute request for the amount. We are sad because we believe that Spectrum will not resolve the issue.

      I am a 74 year old senior in Winter Springs, I have Spectrum Internet for over 7 years NEVER late on one payment & always early. , Spectrum offered me a free Mobile Phone plan for 1 year IN MARCH 2025. On March 31, 2025, I bought a $600 iPhone from them and traded in a 2 month old ******* a15 phone to get a refund of $130 off the new iPhone cost, so they said, this did not happen, without a scam behind it. They told me the trade in would come off my monthly payment for the new phone over SEVERAL YEARS in a very small amount. Right then I told the man from spectrum on the phone, I was paying off the new iPhone, this was May 1, 2025. $566 dollars later, a few days they refund the $130. I told him to take my phone off the protection plan,$9 per month also when I paid off the iPhone , and they did not!. So they bill me $9 May 22, they withdrew the money from my bank, so, I call again to get this canceled, they canceled the monthly charge, So on June 1st they email me another bill for $4.35 due on June 21st. That's not a big deal, But The next day June 2nd spectrum turns my phone OFF!!! ALL THIS OVER $4.35??? How can anyone trust a company like this? THEY TOLD ME THE REASON FOR THE $4.35 CHARGE WAS COMPLICATED??? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? IT WASNT EVEN DUE UNTO JUNE 21ST!!! I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED MY SPECTUM PHONE SERVICE AND WENT BACK TO BOOST MOBILE. AND MY SPECTRUM WIFI WILL BE CANCELED, ALREADY WORKING ON THAT, IT IS THOUGH OUR MOBILE HOME PARK, I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SPECTRUM SERVICES AGAIN. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO STEAL FROM YOU. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

      I have been a Spectrum customer for over a year and recently decided to purchase a phone from Spectrum Mobile along with a plan. After placing the order, I found out that I would get a discount only if I paid the full price upfront. I called customer service, and they confirmed that to receive the discount, I would need to return the device and reorder it with full payment.
      Following their instructions, I returned the phone. However, I was later shocked to receive an email stating that I would not be refunded and would still be responsible for paying the price of the phone — even though I no longer have the phone in my possession.
      Now, I am being charged for a device I don’t even have. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels very deceptive. I followed Spectrum’s own guidance, yet I am left without a phone and with a bill to pay for it.
      I hope Spectrum Mobile takes accountability for this and ensures other customers do not go through the same experience.

      I've paid attention to Charter Spectrum's ads for years and I've heard nothing but lies about their products, prices, and services.
      I have already paid a bill with the most current charges, but they said past due charges on the bill anyway.
      Absolute highway robbery.
      Doubtful that I can continue to pay into this service.

      They have served me well enough but have over charged for their service at every turn. While cancelling, their own CS rep stated I was on their 600 mbps plan but I was being billed for the Gig plan. Unethical and they have basically robbed me for nearly 30 dollars a month for over a year.

      I was two days late to return equipment and got charged another month of service for which spectrum will not be providing services. Tried to resolve it but it seems its company policy to steal your money any way they can. There should be an oversite and such practices should be illegal. We are moving in a wrong direction! Corporate greed will be your downfall!

      We have been Spectrum customers for years. Our bill has gone up $150 in the last year and service has gotten worse. Fractured screens, constant loss audio, service out for periods of time and now they no longer give credits if service is out due to power outages, which we were for 4 days. If that's the case, we have a generator so, technically, we were not without power. I am cancelling my service as soon as I can research other companies. RUN, DON'T WALK away from Spectrum.

      Charter Spectrum was my service provider for over 5 years. In the process of relocating for work to an area that was not covered by Spectrum, I called to obtain a final bill, and ensure the account was closed properly. Six months after relocating I received a collection notice saying I owed Spectrum for past due amounts. Despite every effort to ensure Spectrum was paid in full and had forwarding information, I never received a bill via email, text, phone, or mail until receiving the collection notice. The past due amount was actually for an internet router that was provided free of charge, and was not asked for upon closing the account.
      Incredibly unprofessional to send a former customer straight to collection rather than just sending me a notice requesting the router or payment. I would have happily used Spectrum service again, before this experience.
