      Just got a brand new phone from Spectrum Mobile that I paid an arm and a leg to get shipped out and cut on that I now can’t activate with a new number nor get a current active one ported!!!! Saying there’s a “system glitch” and the phone is “unrecognizable”. Either get me my money back or FACE AN ATTORNEY!!!

      If you're going to change service providers, cancel your Spectrum service as close as possible to the end of your current billing cycle. They do not prorate your charges. You will not receive a refund. It is clearly noted in the Billing Information section of each statement if your looking for it. Paperless is not your friend here.
      I assumed I would only be charged for the services used. Instead Spectrum will keep my $259 and I'll have to pay the new provider as well. Spectrum has no trouble raising your bill without prior notice so why was I surprised that they would keep my money for services NOT rendered.
      I wish I has seen ***** *** review earlier.
      One star because I can't rate them at zero stars.

      They miss represented an offer and when questioned about it they lied about offer and wanted to charge more money than the offer. They made no attempt to correct it in any way.

      This is the worst internet provider. For the past month, there is not a day that a spectrum truck came out in front of our house to fix something. I worked remote and I have literally no internet for the last month. I wrote a complaint to spectrum but have not heard anything back. I REALLY WANTED TO CHANGE SERVICE, but due to their monopoly, only spectrum internet service my area(WHY). If I can give company a zero, I would. I can’t wait for some other internet provider to come in so I can switch.

      On 8/8/22, I called into Spectrum to cancel my service. I asked to get my money back since we pay early for my peace of mind. The agent said no he cannot give back the money. He kept asking questions about why I was canceling and offering up to 1G service for the same monthly fee as 300M. I said no, please cancel my service. The agent finally said he would cancel my account. On the same day, 8/8/22, I went up to the nearest UPS store to hand deliver Spectrum's equipment and I received a receipt. UPS tracking system shows Spectrum's equipment was delivered on 8/9/22.
      On 9/16/22, I received a bill for service and called Spectrum immediately. I spoke with the agent, and she began the same line of questioning as to why I wanted to cancel my service and if I had sent the equipment back to Spectrum. She mentioned "Aug 8", the day I called to cancel my service. The agent said the order to cancel my service was never created or submitted. I asked her to cancel my service immediately. The agent complied (I hope) and said my service was cancelled as of today 9/16/22. I asked for confirmation, she provided an order number.

      Zero stars. HORRIBLE. NO INTERNET. Called last week, scheduled an appointment for following Monday. Then on Sunday, receive a text that my service was restored, and it was then. Got home this weekend, no internet. Had to schedule another appointment for following Monday. Want to leave a complaint and their automated service hung up on me 3 times. As soon as any other provider becomes available, I'm done with this **** show. Paying $75/mo for nothing. Hate this company.

      Absolutely terrible company. The people were great, I can't blame the workers, but the company policies are built to cheat people out of money they do not owe for services that they never received. I was billed for an extra month of service after moving because they did not cancel my service until "after the billing cycle" (10 days later) and they "do not prorate". So I have to pay $80 for services that I never received. That is a scam.

      If you try to cancel your service, you still pay for the full month. I called thinking they would prorate since I canceled it and I also continue to have the internet service. I feel this is very wrong. The cable is horrible and isn't worth $100. No customer service. Preferably no stars

      I signed up for paperless billing through Spectrum. I tried to download a statement from July to file my business expenses. The website would not allow me to download it despite numerous attempts. I then called Spectrum to instead have it emailed to me. I patiently waited to speak to someone only to be told that they could not send it to me. They told me that the only way to send it to me would be through regular mail which they tried to charge me for. I tried to speak to several other representatives, including someone from leadership. Although I may receive hundreds of emails from Spectrum, all the representatives I spoke to repeatedly told me that it was against the rules for them to send me one email with a statement that I am legally owed. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I was forced to waist a lot of time on this and even more of my time will be waisted waiting for this statement in the mail.

      They enroll you in a government program without authorization/telling, they say it is a $30 discount but they apply for you to have the credits from government, they change our plan every month! Every time we call we have different answers!
