      Constant disruption of service and also without and they would only take $19.99 off bill. Asked to cut bill in half and they refused. Half is only $37.49. Poor customer service as always with Spectrum. They also made me wait the full week without service before anyone would come out, yet son in law called on a Weds night and they came at 10 am next day! So a man calls and gets immediate service and I, a woman still had to wait a week, and we only live 15 minutes from each other. Disgraceful!! Spectrum is horrible at customer satisfaction! They don't care about cust sat!!!

      Worst service by phone,internet,and customer service I've ever dealt with,was lied to from the start (phone records should verify) was told plan was like prepay,would always have wifi access no matter where not true was with them a yr and finally got fed up and dropped them, they took 2 payments from bank without permission and 2nd one was $214 all I had to live on for the rest of the month 3 weeks,I'm disabled and only draw 900 a month ,I'm out of state in the dessert with my dog and have nothing now ,they refuse to put my money back ,don't know what to do probably starve and die out here in 120deg temperatures ,I explained this to them and all the could say was I'm sorry no money back,pray for me

      I’ve had to go to their office 3 times and waited no less than 45 minutes. I’ve been here 20 minutes and the line hasn’t moved. I’m #15 in line. It’s horrendous service! Wish there was a decent alternative

      Mine and 2 of my neighbors internet went down on Friday morning. Everytime we called they said there wasn't an outage. I finally got someone on the phone today (Monday) that actually listened. And they said nearly half of the customers in our area were without service. She was able to get it deemed an outage. 4 hrs later service was restored. My advice.... listen to your customers instead of dismissing them. FYI an appointment for a technician was 2 weeks out. Unacceptable! One of my neighbors even drove 2 hrs to pick up a new modem. Which was unnecessary. If Spectrum would just listen... smh

      Switched from spectrum to another service 7/30/22. My Bill was paid until 8/9/22. I called and asked when I would receive a refund for unused paid for days - informed a few months ago they changed their policy - no pro-rated refunds - couldn't help me. Over $70 they are just keeping, nothing can be done - needs to be a class action lawsuit.

      We pay over $220 a month for Spectrum. The Kentucky football game was on streaming services and not on Spectrum. If you wanted the game ? You have to purchase it. They need fix this problem ! I'm still mad over this. Like I said we pay $220 a month ! I almost yanked all Spectrum cable equipment out and smashed it in my driveway and told'm to come and get it ! I'm seriously considering canceling  my services.

      I cancelled my service on August 14,2022. I received a bill again on September 2 for the next billing cycle. Upon calling they had “no record” of the call or cancellation and told me they could not back date the cancellation and I would need to pay for the month. Then when I argued with them they magically found the phone call and “reviewed” it. Prior to this they were adamant I did not call in August at all. Spectrum has continually tried to deceive me throughout the time as a customer. I will never go back to Spectrum.
      For those thinking about cancelling make sure you take good notes, write down who you talked to and when, and then you may need to call back and make sure they actually cancelled the account.

      Spectrum has got to be the worst, most disorganized, dishonest company in the entire country. Do NOT do business with these people. At all.

      I called to disconnect service with spectrum after being rapidly deployed (as I am in the USMC). I paid what I thought was my last bill and they told me that was all they needed.
      I got a call 3 months later from a debt collector saying my bill with spectrum was past due. I called spectrum customer service to dispute the bill and was told if I sent in my orders and a document they asked me to fill out I would be accredited back to the date of the start of the deployment.
      After doing what they asked I called back to check the progress and was told the person that told me that was wrong, and that they would not accredit me that amount back.
      After requesting the accreditation multiple times I finally paid the amount so it would not go against my credit report. This is absolutely ridiculous and not to mention I had a similar experience with them on my first deployment.

      Can't even connect to my laptop neither mobile device with Spectrum so called new upgraded router. Asked for the next older router that worked before has been denied, and all these equipments have been on lease monthly. Just outright exploitation,
