      I cancelled my service with spectrum mobile because i kept loosing signal every 2 minutes even in the city with no trees in Charlotte, when i cancelled i returned an iPhone 13 pro max and they accepted it, however they charged me on my bill the full amount of the cellphone that i returned , a month later they still haven't reimburse me my money, i already called them 6 times and they still cannot give an answer of even why they charged me for the phone when they already have it and it even shows in their system that indeed it was returned, spectrum mobile is the worst mobile service ever, i hope that this information is sufficient to report this bogus charges from this company, I hope the BBB could guide me in order to file an official complaint on this company, thank you

      Spectrum has been charging me for a receiver which I have never had I’ve had an ***** ** which is paid for but I have been paying for receiver and recording they have been going through this for the last three months and I still have not gotten a solution or anything they said that they I was correct and they pulled it up on their side that I couldn’t record but I still have not seen a credit for the past almost 3 years and I am still being charged have also been reconnection fees and I have had to call them to have some removed …. Of course they pulled it up on their end and noticed that it was never disconnected also I have been trying to call with no help from anybody because I still have not gotten credit even though they told me it was going to go towards my account and it’s been over a month already

      I paid my last bill and turned in my equipment in July. Spectrum is billing me for an entire month of service which I didn't have, and had no equipment. They are crooks. Buyer Beware.

      Spectrum does not fulfill their promises. A 95y.o year old lady has no land phone or cell phone as a back up or TV for 4 days. When we called for help they kept telling us there was no area outage. We told them the building had been hit by lighting. After scheduling 3 appointments for this lady to at least get her phone working still they did not show up for none of the appointments. Shame on them. And apparently they do not care to be accredited by the BBB. The CEO needs to be fire and someone with a conscience needs to be in charge. I will be on a mission that no one in this community take Spectrum. Would you like for your 95 Y.O mother to be without a phone??

      Spectrum is awful! My internet has been off about 5 times at least 10 to 12 hours top in the past 3 months. I about to re-enroll in graduate school and work from home two days a week. I need an internet service that functions. This is ridiculous. I hate that this is the only Internet service my area. I miss *****

      At the conclusion of your cable internet service, Spectrum charges you for an entire month, even if you're only a single day into the new billing cycle. On top of that, if you have cancelled your service and returned the equipment, your account is "closed" and you cannot cancel autopay. Effectively, they are thieves due to their "policy." Bad business, bad policy, argumentative customer care reps.

      If you try to cancel your service, you still pay for the full month. What business gets away with charging you for a service they are no longer providing? This is robbery at its finest. One word: prorating. It's a thing, Spectrum. Look it up. I wish I could leave a negative start rating. They sure don't deserve the one I had to give them to leave this review.

      On 8/1/2022 I called Spectrum Mobile to inquire about the cost of adding data. The clerk charged my account $31.00 without my permission. After 4 calls they have not resolved the incorrect billing. They have charged my bank $45.00 today. My bill should be $14.00. Now they say they will credit my bill next month, but they are still billing me $45.00 without permission. They are either stupid or won’t listen.

      Rip off. Waste of money. Charge you even if you cancel service with them. Look for service somewhere else.

      I had had Spectrum internet for years with no issues and loved it so when my husband and I heard they had a phone plan we expected the same. Oh boy were we wrong!!! We started out going under my husband's name so we could get a free line deal. We left the store some what happy cuz we left with new phones but they were not turned on yet and with our old phones assured by the technician that they would be turned on by the end of the week. Two weeks later phones were not turned on and they didn't know why. We spent hours and days at the store trying to seek help but nobody knew what they were doing and there was no help calling either cuz they just told us to go to the store. So all that time spent and we didn't get anywhere so we decided to cancel the phones in his name. We then thought it was done but NO. We then went a different route of getting phones back in my name but when we called nothing was canceled in his name and we had to wait another 2 weeks for the credit, and the phone transfer to finally get out of his name. So we gave it another shot calling to order phones but when they got down to changing our numbers over they were still pending under my husband's name. So they had to fill out another ticket to fix that issues. That took another week. We called again and got phones ordered so when they got to our house that the issue with the numbers would be fixed and we could just activate them. We'll, we got the phones and called back to get them activated. They all in all were still not able to be activated and even with multiple tickets later. We didn't receive any help in the end cuz we still had no phones. We ended up just canceling again for the last time and I will never call charter again or definitely not go into a store. That is a big chunk of my life gone cuz these people have no idea what they are doing!!
