      My internet went out in may I had 6 service people out to fix my internet none of the successful so I switch service and canceled my account in may. However I have called 3 times now because every month they promise me the bill has been removed and my account has been disconnected. But they leave my account activated so a new bill keeps cutting. I have not had a router or anything to even use their internet in two months

      SLOW SPEEDS. If you cancel in middle of month they KEEP or CHARGE FOR FULL MONTH. CROOKS! I Do not recommend this company.

      I have been a spectrum customer for 9 years now. Mainly because of reliable internet for my elderly mother's enjoyment of St Louis Cardinals baseball. Had 3 **** tvs, and **** spectrum removed tv app from ****. So to keep spectrum TV we had to get boxes and pay rental? Nope. Cancelled the tv, went to ******* **. Then they dropped ******** Got 1 cable box for my mom's tv from spectrum. Was researching and Spectrum told me I could switch to a streaming package with cloud DVR. Awesome! Nope. Switching would cancel my promotional rate and change the bundle. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and asked what my nine years of loyalty to Spectrum could get me and word for word was told, "oh sir we don't have a loyalty program". So I asked, "What will spectrum do to keep my business?" Silence. I CANNOT WAIT for ******* to get their direct to customer streaming service going so I can put spectrum exactly where it belongs: the dumpster.

      I called Spectrum for service because my tv, phone and internet was down. A technician responded the next day. 30 minutes after he left, everything stopped working again. I called Spectrum immediately and was told my repair would be priority and that a technician would call me within the hour. That did not happen. Customer service would give me appointment times. I would wait around the house for a technican to come but he wouldn't. I'd call get an excuse as to why he didn't came and the same thing would happen at the next appointment time. This went on for days. I was without tv, phone and internet for 5 days before a technician made the repair which did not take long at all. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Spectrum. I've been a Spectrum customer since 1988. I expected and deserved better service.

      I signed up for Internet only services and was charged for bundling a landline and tv service as well. I specifically asked for no landline or tv, we don't have a house phone and we use *******.
      Spectrum's over the phone customer service REFUSES to budge on my bill and is saying I signed up for the bundle, when I clearly asked them ONLY for Internet service.
      I have run out of avenues to try and resolve this with spectrum, and will have to cancel my service as I did not budget for a large phone bill. On top of that, I'll have to pay them out extra money for services I did not use or even ask for. It feels like this company is bullying it's customers into unsolicited services.

      Had a spectrum mobile account. Tried to cancel due to lack of service in our area. Got the run around for 2 months. Continued taking the payment after I cancelled twice. Said there was a glitch in their system.

      After more than 30 years as a customer of Spectrum an its predecessor companies, I have discontinued using them. New services are available for the internet at speeds twice a high and a coast that is less than half. Streaming services are available at more than half the cost. The Spectrum cost have continually increased over the years, and new customers can get the same service at a reduced cost - these are not available to long term customers. Somehow customer retention is not part of their process.
      I called to reduce items on my service to reduce cost. House Phone is gone, and with the service rep we reduced the billing significantly UNTIL the bill came and whole house recording was removed (service rep said it would remain) and the agreed upon cost with the service rep was increased. Called to discuss this with no satisfactory conclusion. SO goodbye Spectrum.

      Robocalling people, which is 100% illegal in ********* They've done it to me more than once. Also, calling me when I'm on the Nation DO NOT CALL list. Reported these practices to the Attorney General.

      What a horrible company! I called to discontinue service and mentioned that I'm doing so because my mother has passes away. Rather than simply cancelling as they might have done for any other reason, they are going to require additional paperwork and hoops to jump through. Had I merely said, "discontinue immediately because we're changing providers" and it would have been simpler. But no, better to punish the grieving. Miserable company!

      I cancelled my Spectrum Cable service on March 22, 2022. I returned all equipment on March 24, 2022. Since then, they have been trying to get me to pay for the service from March 25, 2022 thru April 17, 2022. I should not have to pay for services not rendered. I sent them a pro-rated payment to cover the service received from March 18, 2022 thru March 24, 2022. I should not have to pay for services not rendered. I want the bill marked "paid in full".
