      Spectrum has terrible customer service. No local office for assistance or to return equipment. My 89 year old mom had the same phone number for 60 years. Spectrum installed new service at her assisted living room. Needed the phone moved two door down to her new room. Spectrum was not able to provide the service. Had to cancel servicing loosing her number. She paid for services for a couple months trying to get everything on their end finished. Money lost. We had two choices drive for two hours to return equipment or mail it back. I decide to mail it back. The package was lost no record and they want the money. My 89 year old mom was was sent to collections. They were very unhelpful. So I decided because of the service and how they treated my mom I also cancelled my commercial account for my business. If looking for a good company I would suggest looking someplace else.

      Thieves! If you only use 4 days of the monthly service you will be charged for the WHOLE MONTH! Apparently, they "don't prorate"prorated. We were customers for over 4 years. Deeply regret that! If you have a choice, DON'T USE CHARTER/SPECTRUM, unless you don't mind have money then from you without getting the service. If I could give zero stars I would. SOOO MAD!!!!

      Nothing but technical issues. First with the cable box. Intermittent TV service which couldn't be fixed even after 4 visits by various levels of technicians visiting the house. So I switched to Spectrum streaming TV service. Now intermittent internet service. 2 technicians came by and found nothing wrong. Finally spoke to a senior technical supervisor who diagnosed the problem with a "known issue" with my router and who will stop by tomorrow to install the new router. I asked if any technician could stop by and install the proper router and was told no, that it is a "special order". Really?????
      Why do you-Spectrum- even stock and use bad routers that need to be replaced by special order routers? And why don't your technicians know about these "known issues" with routers you provide??
      Calling in to reach customer service is a **** ******** special. Follow prompt after prompt before reching a CSR who can't diagnose nada.

      Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give them. They have screwed me out of 1000.00. Literally my house payment. They have terrible customer service and refuse to help. I'd you order a phone and end up returning it. It will be automatically 50 to return the phone. The 2 phones I returned were in perfect condition. Had them for 2 days. Could not get service on them and spectrum was not helpful. Got hung up on. By the time they reached the center they said they phones were very damaged and it would cost them 450 to repair each phone. The pictures they showed me looked nothing like the phones I sent in. They tried to claim it may have been shipping and I would have to complain to FedEx. They one leadership person told me the phones would be broken up into payments. And then charged me the 900 that day. I called back and they gave me thier favorite answer of not our fault nothing we can do.I found out to late how terrible they are....I hope this helps someone else not fall for thier scam. They may be cheaper payments but all the "fees" add up fast. I hope there is a lawsuit against them someday and they are shut down.

      I believe Charter Spectrum has the worst service of any company I've ever dealt with. There are frequent outages, and when I report them they tell me I have to call again when the outage is over before they will reimburse me for lost service. I have done that on occasion even though it is a pain. The last outage I badgered the representative to log my outage without me having to call back and they promised they would give me a rebate, which alas didn't show on my bill. Nor did the times when I called back. Now with the latest outage, they won't even let me talk to a representative despite three tries.
      The other point is they tell you you are locked in on a price for 12 months, but they nickel and dime you with 1.37, 5.00, or other charges that increase your bill well before that 12 months is up. I need to wait to see the rate on my current bill, that is supposed to be static for 12 months, each month to find out what I "owe." If there was reasonable competition I would leave them in a minute, but they have a monopoly here.

      I switched to streaming the Spectrum App due to continuous issues with direct cable hookup and the fact they persistently increased my bill every year requiring renegotiation for an affordable price. Thinking It would be less costly to just stream my channels through my smart tv’s and avoid the pixelating and extra costs, I am very disappointed that the app continuously “ buffers” in process programs and is currently not working at all, 8/9/2022, Discussions with their tech support yielded only a “sorry, we working on it”.

      I have had not had a problem with the service however, their website and App are constantly down and having issues, their phones to call in are down for days sometimes and when you chat in they transfer you a lot and you may not ever get help.

      The absolute worst internet cable company in the industry. Half the time my internet isn't even connected, can't watch nothing streaming without 10 interruptions in a 2 hour movie. The cable is just ridiculously bad. My guide only works 25 percent of the time, and sometimes when it does work it has the wrong time listed yet the right program. God help if there is a storm or changing weather within 200 miles of here, the TV channels go in and out. If I could give them negative stars I would. Bye bye spectrum, you sorry excuse for an internet and cable company.

      Called to disconnect service, was told final bill is not prorated even though I am no longer using their service. Charging people for a disconnected service is theft. I am glad to no longer be a Spectrum customer.

      TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE START! My wife, baby and I just moved into our first home and were extremely excited for our new chapter of our lives. New location was about an hour and half away from our previous location and in a more suburban area. A more desired location to raise our baby and settle down without all of the heavy traffic. Even better my wife just started a new government job where she would start working from home and wouldn't have to commute two hours each day to and from work. We were thrilled our lives were finally going to change! I did my part and searched fro an internet provider and made sure she would be working from home the day after moving in. I had it all planned out and we were ready. So I called and spoke to a salesman from Spectrum. He asked me for my social security number which was odd and tried to rush me off the phone, which I found odd. He told me to avoid installation cost to go to store and install myself and it wouldn't be a problem. So I did just that. I get all the product home and it wouldn't complete set up in my wife's new office. So I called and they told me I would have to have a technician come to install in new room, but don't worry it won't cost anything. Problem was my wife had to start working from home the next day and they didn't have a tech until later in the day and I had to work. So therefore I called off work and she did as well. The next day came and no tech showed. Called and they said they had no records of a tech coming. WHAT! We both took a day off and drove an hour to meet him. So they apologized and said tomorrow. So my wife and I called off a second day of work and drove an hour to meet, he showed up but left without letting us know. He didn't accomplish anything. We called dispatch and the said a Supervisor would call and have someone there that night. No one called and no one showed. What a circus! Next day they came got interent to work but left utility box wide open. Bill is showing installion fee
