      spectrum Charter communications Is the absolute worse... I have been dealing with the same issue over 2 years... I have called so many times and had so many repair people out during this time I give up then it even gets worse and I start the calling again! Everything in my house has been replaced cause you know its always blamed on your equipment you have. It's never there issue..... So as of two weeks ago I replace the last thing the router!!!!!!!!!!!!! The issue is still there. I have been told by every single repair man the is a line issue we will have to put a ticket in.. # 1 They never show up # 2 They drive to location and do nothing or # 3 They say they do it and close the call. Because nothing has EVER CHANGED. I have paid over $224.00 for the last 15 years for crap internet!!!! I want it fixed. I want one person at Spectrum to give a crap about CUSTOMERS.......... Cause they don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May internet will not stay on it goes on and off about 50 -60 times a day which in turn I lose my TV also.

      Very poor service and internet consistently fails or they throttle you (even when you pay for Gbit). Literally zero customer compensation for lost service.

      Spectrum uses deceiving practices. service is too expensive, many unused channels, no variety, they charge 1 month in advance, their Custumer Service will give me a different answer for same problem every time. They pride themselves on no annual plans, but their prices go up all the time. They start you a one low price, but now we pay $232 for no much. I dropped channels and even returned two boxes, only lowered my bill to 200. Worst company to work with. We need more choices in **** ****** **!

      Run don't walk away from Spectrum Mobile. The worst experience I have ever had. They lie and they are a scam. Dozens of calls to try to cancel. Customer service is horrible. They have been posting unauthorized charges to my credit card since May and I never signed a consent agreement or authorized any future payments. The only way out is to cancel my debit card which I will have to do so they don't steal any money from me. Don't use this company. Save yourself the agony I have been through. Zero stars.

      Price gouging, incompetent, negligent, rip OFF.
      If I wasn't landlocked in ******* to keep using you I would gladly get rid of you. I also pay for my parents bill which is astronomical. Used ******** to negotiate a rate reduction and your reps were so absolutely incompetent it was an absolutely intolerable experience. I hate everything about your business and your 1 star rating should be in the negative.

      The offer the phone salesperson gave me was a lie. Salespeople are going to do what they can to sell the product, but the one I dealt with straight up lied about my eligibility for specific savings programs, including the federal ACP, and lied about the total cost of my internet and mobile plan when I asked. There's no way to verify the total cost of a plan until after signing on. I also asked to have the internet equipment shipped to me due to long wait times at the in-person store, and waited a few days before calling only to learn that they never shipped it and would never ship it because it was originally sent to the store. They offered to restart the process with a new plan by directing me back to sales. Absolutely not.
      Go with the other internet provider if you're lucky enough to not have Spectrum/Charter monopolizing service in your area.

      My Spectrum service has been down no less than forty times since January and the outages average five hours or more. They told me no one really watches TV or uses the internet after 12:30am. I work an after hours shift, so I do use it. I brought this garbage so I would have reliable internet service. ****** *** Satellite was slower but at least it was up.
      I had ******* prior to getting this rotton service, you could take all of the outages I had with ******* and it wouldn't close to six months of Spectrum outages.
      Worst provider.

      I think the service is great. Anytime I have an issue, it gets resolved quickly. Customer service reps are very friendly. Even the ones who are not as knowledgeable say so. Some people get angry when employees aren't experts with everything. I've been working at my job for 15 years and still not an expert at everything. I have zero complaints. After moving from ***** I don't think I'll ever go back.

      After many attempts to have our service disconnected, due to going with a much more affordable company, I was told by a customer representative that I was would receive $700 back. I had called many times to have the service shut off and they would tell me they would disconnect but never did. Meanwhile they are charged me for months for a service I was not using.
      I waited several weeks and called to inquire about the refund because I hadn't received it, and was then told it wasn't approved by accounting.
      To me this is theft, I paid for the service for months that was supposed to be cancelled.
