      They keep sending me a bill and I haven't had their services since April 28 2022. All equipment was returned in May 2022. I called a total of 10+times.was told I owed nothing as of April 28,2022. Still receiving bill for May and June 2022. Which I had none of there services what so ever and none of there equipment. Trying to charge me for services I have never had!

      How can Spectrum keep harrassing people by constantly calling and knocking at their doors when so many people hate it? As an elderly person who had nothing but problems with them in the past, I am sick and tired of being bothered. I thought there was a law against robo calls? If they ever think they will get old or new customers they are sadly mistaken. I will go without any cable, tv or anything else before I EVER return to Spectrum. I want my address and phone number off their list.
      They do not deserve any star for customer review I was only forced to make a choice.

      I called to cancel my landline and was talked into getting a new plan with an *****  It was presented as being cheaper than the plan without the ****. Yes, too good to be true and I fell for it. Nothing was said about getting a new line for the ****. Also it was mentioned there would be about a $40 set up charge. The setup charge turned out to be $71. I discovered the new line when I activated the ****. Immediately called and cancelled the line and ****. Was told to return it to local store. They couldn't take it but told me they were getting lots of complaints about the **** scam. (They didn't call it a scam). When I ******* it back, was informed that there would be a $50 restocking fee. Nothing was mentioned about a new line or a restocking fee while talking with sales. Now I'm getting the "You signed the papers saying there was a restocking fee" True, but who reading all the papers? Tried calling them but put on hold forever after asking to go up the food chain. (Yes, I just checked the "read and agree" box below without really reading - I just don't learn)

      Today is Thursday and they have already robo called me 15 times. I have asked over and over again to stop calling. I have never done business with Spectrum in any way shape or form. They are just blind calling people trying to switch to their services. Don't use a company like this. They have horrible business practices when they chose methods like this. I know their are laws to stop this stuff, but companies like this continue to do this type of bad behavior. Its sad really knowing its against the law, that an established company will continue to call over and over again under the premise you asked them to call.

      Would leave zero stars if possible! Forced into this company because my new neighborhood wasn’t zoned to keep ***** Spectrum has been horrible since day 1!
      They ought to be shut down! I have not had a full month of service without interruption.
      I would never recommend anyone to sign up for this company. And seeing how they have a 7 billion dollar suit against them, they might not be operating much longer.

      spectrum allowed someone else to pay their personal bill with my credit card in my name. after speaking with spectrum, they refused to correct the problem even though they allowed this. please be careful when giving any credit card information to them. this is fraudulent and I am contacting my bank.

      every month the bill goes up and service gets worse, they offer lower rates to new customers than they do for existing customer. their customer service is atrocious and are not willing to help a customer out

      I think Spectrum billing practices need to be investigated. They have apparently switched to a new prepaid service plan where you pay for the entire month in advance and therefore if you have a reason to cancel during that time period if you do it anytime after the statement started, too bad so sad.
      In this case I believe they are double billing. In my service I am being billed for 6/30/2022 - 7/30/2022. In this I effectively sold my house on 7/8/2022. I called to cancel and they said that I could not get credit for the unused portion, so I elected to leave it connected until the day I paid through. In order for the new owners to be able to have cable, they called me and made me relinquish my account early in order for the new people to connect. Person I spoke to said in this case they would be able to credit me since the new owner begins getting billed on 7/8/2022. Believing them I gave up the line, and now that it is gone, they will not credit me back for the unused portion. They have now effectively collected money from both me and the new owners. This should be ILLEGAL! But yada yada yada terms and conditions, whatever.
      So lesson learned, I should have not given up my line, and hopefully the new owners would have gone to TDS or someone else.
      I would understand if I was just randomly cancelling for no reason, that's on me, but since I can't receive service while I don't own the house, and I don't have a new address to transfer that has Spectrum, and a different customer was taking over, this should be a policy exception. Guess I am glad to have a new service provider now!
      For others, watch out for this new type of billing practice.

      I requested to have my internet turned off on August 12 and a new Spectrum agent turned it off immediately by accident. I have spent two days trying to get my service turned back on and not have had anyone at Spectrum be able to figure out how to turn my service back on. I’ve been sent to every department multiple times and supervisors can’t figure out how to restart my internet. My husband uses our internet for business purposes and has not been able to work. Nobody at Spectrum seems to care. I plan to file with the ** attorney general next.

      I’ve been with Spectrum for 2 years. I called to cancel because I’m moving. The disconnect was scheduled (and verbally confirmed) for a week out, but Spectrum immediately disconnected my service after the phone call ended. Upon calling back to the tech department, Spectrum confirmed that they disconnected my service and that their policy states that they could disconnect me anytime before the requested date of disconnect. I asked to be reconnected to my intervener service until my requested date of disconnect. They forwarded my call to multiple departments. It was eventually resolved but I had to rescind my cancellation and wait until the day I moved to resubmit my request to cancel.
