      Spectrum is a total nightmare and needs to be shut down. They have ripped me off so many times. I would give the a zero for all services.

      Spectrum AND Tom R******* I JUST GOT OFF A CALL WITH YOUR COMPANY WHO HAS ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. HERE ARE THE ISSUES AT HAND AND I HOPE ANYONE READING THIS STAYS AWAY FROM A TERRIBLY RAN COMPANY.
      1. THE D2D SALES REP WHO INITIALLY ENROLLED SERVICES PREYED UPON AN ELEDERLY, SENIOR CITIZEN WOMAN WHO IS ALONE IN HER HOME. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN THE SERVICES TO HER IN A WAY SHE COULD UNDERSTAND AND WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT HER SERVICES WOULD BE FREE VIA THE GOVERNMENT.
      2. IT WASNT UNTIL TODAY THAT WE REALIZED THAT THE SALES REP ENROLLED HER IN PAPERLESS BILLING (SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE INTERNET AND WOULD NEVER EVER CHOOSE SOMETHING OF THAT SORT. SHE STILL WRITES CHECKS
      FOR BILLS!!!!!)
      3. THERE IS LITERAL PROOF OF NO DATA CONSUMPTION FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AS THE HOUSE IS EMPTY AND CAN BE PROVEN WITH DOCUMENTS IT HAS BEEN EMPTY!!!!!!
      4. MOVING ON TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ISSUES AT HAND THERE:
      A. THE INITIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAD ZERO EMPATHY FROM A CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE. SHE USED MANY NEGATIVE WORDS AND INSISTED SHE CANT DO THIS AND CANT DO THAT. THERE WAS MUCH BLAME PLACED ON THE CUSTOMER, MY. ELDERLY MOTHER.
      B. THE NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS ALLEGEDLY A MANAGER. SHE TOO ADVISED ME SHE WAS A MANAGER IN 'RETENTION' AND ADVISED AGAIN THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS STILL REAPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGES DESPITE NEEDING THE SERVICES, NOT HAVING USED THE SERVICES IN MANY, MANY MONTHS AND BEING DECEIVED.
      C. MOVING ON TO THE FINAL REP TASHARA WHO AGAIN HAD ZERO EMPATHY, AND ZERO SOLUTION
      MIGHT I ADD I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR SPEAKING TO 3 REPS. THE WAIT TIME WAS AWFUL!!! THERE WAS NO PROPER HOLD TIME. THE FIRST REP STAYED ON THE LINE IN SILENCE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES ADVISING ME THAT NO SUPERVISOR WAS RESPONDING TO HER. SHE COULDNT GET THE HELP SHE NEEDED. SHE HAD TO PERSONALLY REACH OUT TO A SUPERVISOR PRIVATELY TO GET FURTHER ASSISTANCE. YOU HAVE REPS ON DUTY AND NO SUPERVISOR SUPPORT FOR THEM???? SHAME ON YOUR EMployee practices!

      Ive hd service with spectrum for years. Loyal customer right here. Everything is good except when we decide to order ppv fights. When we do get to enjoy that luxury the Internet fails. Always buffering with blurred picture. Paid almost $100 for fight we didn't even get to watch! Given spectrum multiple chances to fix this situation. They just want to send signals. Hell the fight is over! It's inflation but we rich enough to waste money on buffering!

      If I could give them 0 stars I would… I Have had zero internet service the past week. In fact it has been out for over 48 hours continuously now. I have on record, dozens of times I have contacted support only to be brushed to the side as non importance. Each time they want me to restart my equipment and let them know when it is back up. They tech department isn’t good for anything! And for them to say I’m letting you know that I can’t get you a service call for a week. I’ve been lied to multiple times about a tech coming out just to wait hours after that for them to say the ticket was never made in the system!! I pay over $300 for my services and this is not professional at all!!! I will NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!

      Spectrum mobile doesn't deserve a 1 star it should be a star for Zero. I've been on the phone for over 5 hours to port 3 mobile phones from Spectrum to *******. Kim from the activation department told Spectrum is having problems porting out cell numbers to ******* and the IT department doesn't know when they can resolve the issue and there nothing the customers can do but wait and there is no compensation to the customer. Spectrum mobile is the worse mobile company ever.

      This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I got 4 cell phones from them I was paying $332 a month. I call to have my daughters number change and they shut her phone off for a month. I called repeatedly to have it fix and was told a supervisor would call me back multiple time and never called.
      Also they told me my bill would go from $332 to $280 if I added another line. I was like wow so I did and now my bill is $370. So I asked to shut off that extra line and they charged me almost $200.
      I am scared to call them cause everytime I do they mess something so bad.

      I tried to cancel my survives and they insisted that they would not until I paid my bill. I kept asking to cancel my services and all they would say is "are able to pay your bill at this time". I asked if I can go to a store and give my equipment and cancel my services and was told "I doubt it but you can try". I have no contract, but now I have a "next month" of service that I don't want and am not using.

      Worst manager customer service! Called several weeks prior to remove some services dt to rising cost. Was told they have a pkge that was $149 and included internet, local news channels, and 15 additional channels. Called back an hour later to initiate services at price given. We went through the whole process with the caller on which channels we were selecting and then was told that the cost would be higher than what we were paying for currently. Decided to go with a different company. Had new company installed on the 16th, called Spectrum to cancel on the 17th, but was told by person that we were paid in full through the 26th for our cycle. Ended up getting charged on our credit card, the usual monthly payment on the 27th. Called myself and was connected to 2 different people, explaining the whole situation. Husband ended up calling as well and the same....2 separate people. Second person was supposedly a manager. When she got on she stated "I heard you wanted to be transferred to me". He said yes and began to tell her the situation. Right after he said a few words, she stated "Let me stop you right there. You agreed to the cancellation and that's the way it's going to be." He then proceeded to tell her that we called on the 17th to cancel and were told that our cycle end date was paid up through the 26th and that we could continue service until then. We asked her if we could have it auto cancelled on the 24th to make sure. My husband asked her again if we would have to pay anything else and she said no, your are paid in full. The manager on this call said, sorry, you agreed to the cancellation and that is the way it is. Hubby then said, well your employee lied and said our cycle ended on the 26th. She then said, well, you agreed to it. Apparently, our real cycle was from July 9-Aug 8 (not what we were told). We have the name of person and exact time that we called to cancel. But apparently recordings don't matter.

      Working with Spectrum might actually be one of the worst experiences I've had in my entire life. On two separate occasions, they added items to my plan and/or my bill without asking me for my approval. They are cheap for a reason and it's not worth it. I wouldn't ever recommend this company.
