      Wish there was an option for a 0 star review. When I transferred my account address, they didn't update it within my account. So everytime I logged into pay my bill, it said $0. Now they say I owe $234. I canceled my service.

      For some reason I keep getting "important notices" in the mail from Spectrum that turn out to be… advertisements and attempts to upsell me. This should be illegal.

      I’m told to wait for five days so they can send a technician to troubleshoot the problem however I work from home and now I have to find a secure network to do my job

      I have been told by our property manager here at ***** **** *****, that we can have service from Spectrum. Now, on four different visits, i have been told that my address is unserviceable! I called Spectrum and they did tell me.....again that my address IS serviceable. I think Spectrum is playing games. I would like to see Spectrum get sued!

      These guys are horrible. Our internet and cable services have never been reliable, or acceptable. But, for the last month my services have been basically unusable. I am paying over two hundred a month for something that I can use.
      You try to complain or get help. You get someone on the other side of the country who has no knowledge of what is going on with you, and no interest in finding out. It is always my fault. Funny all of my neighbors all over town are having the same issues.
      We are discussing putting together a huge boycott and start withholding our payments until this situation if fixed. It won't be a problem. Lots and lots of angry people.

      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE ever!!! I was on the phone, paid my bill, which was NOT LATE, and the idiots turned off my cable. They took my payment, they have LOTS OF EXCUSES, but ZERO service!!! I am cancelling this garbage ASAP. I literally had to change my appointments today, and apparently tomorrow, while this basket of fools tries to solve an issue they created!!! So far, today, I've been on hold with Spectrum for more than 2hrs. I personally, cannot wait to be free of inept. And still no service!!!

      Having recently moved from ** ** ** and also because Spectrum raised my monthly payment on my cell phone from $50-$70 without telling me I decided to seek another cell phone provider. I contacted ******** through the **** magazine; they immediately sent me their SIM card to place in my phone. This did not work, and after contacting ********, I was told that Spectrum had locked my network. I contacted them to get the unlock code(s) which apparently they can't get to work and keep putting me off - first 24 hours, then when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them again to be told it would be another 72 hours before they could try to solve the problem. How can they hold a former customer who always paid the bill on time hostage to not being able to use the phone, which is the only one I have. I did authorize the charge to my credit card to pay the final bill. Thus, I will have two months charges on my credit card. I asked for a partial refund for not having service for approximately a week now, but was told NO. This company should have to refund at least one month's service for causing stress to a senior citizen (82 years young). If they can't get my phone unlocked, then by all rights, they should send me a new phone at NO CHARGE immediately. I give Spectrum zero stars. I guess I have to give ONE star to send the review.

      I have been a customer for over 30 years. I phoned on 7/5/22 and notified them that I was relocating out of state and wanted my account closed effective 7/9/2022. I inquired about a prorated bill and where I was to drop off the equipment I had. I was told they did not prorate, and the UPS store for drop off. I paid my bill on 7/5/2022 in full. When I returned from my appt. the evening of 7/5/2022 I had no service. They shut it off on 7/5/2022. I was on the phone with Spectrum for close to 4 hours trying to get back up and running as I work from home and need the internet. They wanted me to sign a new terms agreement. I refused. The following morning I awoke to no service again. After another hour on the phone, I was forced to sign new terms. They tried charging me a fee to reactivate my account. I returned the equipment to the UPS store on 7/8/2022. After making numerous phone calls I was told In ** that Spectrum had to prorate the bill! I spoke to a CSR manager on my moving date of 7/9/2022. I was told there is a credit on my bill for $146 and change. I was told I should be getting a prepaid visa card within 30 days for the amount of my credit. I phoned to follow up on the credit today 7/27/2022 and they are processing it today. After this terrible experience I feel the FCC should investigate Spectrum's business practices.

      They are thieves!!! The slap you with a higher bill with the BS about "a promotion ending" They started me up with a "promotion" 3 months later SLAPPED, "promotion ended" $10 more on my bill. TWO YEARS LATER...ANOTHER $10 ADDED TO MY BILL BECAUSE ANOTHER "PROMOTION" ENDED!!!!! JUST FOR WIFI!!!! Who does that?!?!?!!?!?! Only spectrum!! They need to be sued, class action, people vs spectrum!!!!

      How can a business that is not good be able to exist? Some of us have no choice but to have this sorry company. BBB has all these complaints about not getting what we pay for. There has got to be someone higher in this to investigate what they are doing. They would owe us money back from all the times we are not getting what we pay for. Such a pitiful company. Stay away from this company if at all possible.
