      Spectrum harrassed my business to get me to get a new modem. Got sick of the non stop letters, so requested a new modem. Got modem next day. Hooked it up, then called them to activate it. Found out they sent me a non-working modem, and can't send out a tech for a few days to bring me a new one. Hooked up my old one to find out they already deactivated it... so now my business, that is heavily dependent on having internet, is stuck without internet.

      My experience has been very bad. They flooded my email with misleading advertising and didn't fulfill what they said in the advertisements. I asked about calls outside the country and they told me $10 a month, and now they're charging me $79. I also never set up automatic payment, and they're debiting my account without asking me. This is theft and a scam, without anyone calling them out.
      I contacted Spectrum to please refund my money, and they don't want to. They also told me my monthly payments were $60, and they're debiting me $112. I need someone to help me, please!

      At midnight on June 7th, 2025. A Spectrum truck came and disconnected us. Our bills have always been paid on time. Next day I called their totally useless customer service reps. One guy was rude but did promise to have service dispatch call me and hour later. That was six hours ago. Still nothing. That's all right. I've emailed my senator and, if I don't get what I want by tomorrow, I will notify my Congressional representative. This company is shady garbage and I will now make their lives a living nightmare.

      when spectrum raised cost of internet service to $88 we called to cancel, spectrum said they valued our 16 years being customer and could give us a rate of $65 for 2 years, when i said i was looking at xfinity for $55 for price lock of 5years , spectrum said they could give us $55 a month service, so we left it alone , our bill came saying $88 , when we called they said it would take some time to correct the bill so we paid $55, then following month $88 bill in mail, and now they want to charge $9 late payment fee, we called again and they said , that $55 rate is not available in our area. BEEKEEPER all over

      If I could give 0 stars I would. If it rains, don’t expect service. And when you try to contact them to see what is going on, they just disconnect you. The A+ ratings on here are all AI.

      Spectrum sales representative Mr. T and his boss Mr. R will tell you half truths to get you to join spectrum and then leave out the important information that comes out at the end when they read the disclosure statement. I recommend you start with, read me your disclosure statement!
      Spectrum said they would pay $2500 to buy me out of my mobile phones from a different plan. When I told Mr. T my two children just received new phones, he said no problem spectrum will pay them off up to $2500. When the deal was getting closed by someone else, they read the disclosure statement and it’s only $500 per phone and you must have paid three payments. “NOT WHAT Mr. T STATED IN OUR 45 Minutes of conversation. He said no problem with the new phones, spectrum will pay the off. I am a loyal customer, please just give me all the facts so I can make a decision for my family. Very disappointed in with sales for not giving all the details, then getting blind sided by the information in the disclosure statement.

      Would give zero stars. Dishonest customer service reps. Company is charging me thru 6/28 even though I am canceling on 6/6. Kept arguing with me about disconnect. Tells you something different everytime you call.

      I’ve been a loyal Spectrum customer for years, but my recent experience has left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and frankly, taken advantage of.
      I called Spectrum on April 29 to cancel my Wi-Fi service (because they're billing seems to be an unending price increase for the same mediocre service). Knowing my account typically gets charged on the 5th of each month, I wanted to be proactive and responsible, making sure to cancel ahead of time. During the phone call, there was no mention of any cancellation deadline or that I would still be charged for the following month. The representative confirmed the cancellation, but never told me I’d still be billed.
      Despite no longer using the service after April 29, I was charged on May 5 for another full month of service that I did not use. I only found out I was being charged after seeing it on my bank statement. Naturally, I disputed the charge, thinking there had been a mistake.
      That’s when things got even worse.
      Spectrum informed me that not only was I still responsible for the full month of service I didn’t use, but also that disputing the charge triggered an additional penalty — a fee I now have to pay. None of this was communicated clearly to me during the cancellation process.
      It feels incredibly unfair to be punished for trying to do the right thing — canceling in advance and questioning a charge that, in my eyes, never should have happened. I’ve paid my bills on time for years. I didn’t expect to be treated like this.
      Spectrum’s communication in this situation was misleading and inadequate, and the result feels not only unjust, but morally wrong. I've a considerable amount of time on phone calls where I've not been heard, or helped in any way. I feel completely used in this situation.
      I sincerely hope Spectrum re-evaluates how they treat loyal customers and communicates billing policies more clearly in the future.

      If you need internet service don't use Spectrum. The internet service is always going out. I have complained had a maintenance man come look at it. And then there was an area ide internet outage. The internet goes out without a warning regardless of weather the sun is shining or it's storming. If there was a better option available in my area, I would not use Spectrum. I pay too much money for the service to be unreliable. I work remote and have missed 2 consecutive work days because of an ongoing outage. Spectrum, please do better.

      Customer for 10+ years. Paid final bill. Worst customer service and worst billing policies. Get your internet anywhere else. You'll thank me.
