      If I had any choice in the matter, I wouldn’t use Spectrum at all. Unfortunately, my apartment complex has an exclusive agreement with them, leaving me stuck with their unreliable service. The internet goes out at least once a week—sometimes more—and it's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to work, stream, or even just browse the web.

      The outages are unpredictable and frequent, and Spectrum offers little to no proactive communication or real solutions. It's clear they prioritize profit over providing consistent, quality service.

      In contrast, I’ve used Frontier in the past and had a far better experience—more reliable connections, fewer issues, and better customer support. If you have a choice, go with anyone but Spectrum. You're paying premium prices for subpar.

      I had INQUIRED about getting Spectrum Internet,TV and Mobile service when I called Spectrum, but they're not available on my area yet, They did send me a sim card for my phone which I never inserted in my phone,nor activated any sort of Spectrum services. On April 30 2025, Spectrum Mobile took 20.00 out of my bank account. I called them to get a refund from them for the 20.00 as I never had any services through them, after being on hold for quite a while, a rep comes on and tells me that they are able to refund me my money, however it could take up to 30 days to receive my refund. Granted it's only 20.00 but still I want my money back as I have never had an service through them, nor did I receive any sort of email, paper invoice etc stating that they were going to take the money out of my account in the first place. When I checked my bank account and seen the 20.00 taken by Spectrum Mobile, I was shocked and confused. But here it is May 26th 2025 and I still haven't received my refund from them,nor does my bank account show pending deposits from Spectrum Mobile.

      I went to the store to purchase a new phone. They didn't have the color in the store so I ordered it in the store.Before starting I updated my address and credit card information with the lady even made sure insurance was on the phone. I paid cash for the phone, because I didn't want a bill. Well, The phone went to my old address and someone else signed for the phone, We called spectrum asking about the phone and was told it was delivered. Spectrum needed to vertify my identiy by asking my address which was the old address. Every time we called they vertified by the old addressed. They said I needed to get a police report which I provided and still no refund, They said an investigation needed to be done.
      Which was an other department. I asked to speak to management yet nothing other than wait until next week. Even though they"re deducting a monthly fee for service with no phone. I even had the line suspended. Ok, Now we're on three weeks no refund or phone. I finally spoke to a supervisor named Lisa tthat said the credit is in the system but I can't do anything until upper management sign off on the refund. I suggested just replace the phone with the money so I can have my phone. Every one stated they would expedite it
      but it will be another week. Really it didn't take a month to take my money or my monthly fee for a phone I don't have any longer. i was even told they don't get paid for the phone a third party pays them for the phone . I was told I could purchase another phone, Where is your other phone we could get that one set u[p. We already told them we don't have that phone it was broken that's why we purchased the new one. We asked for a loaner phone was told they don't provide them. Why am I being inconvenienced for them not changing that address, for several week after told to change it. I am still without a phone one thousand dollars may not be much to Spectrum, but its a lot for me. they even told us we can give you a credit of 350

      I was ecstatic to watch Spectrum bury fiber in my neighborhood. I called once to set it up, they called back AFTER the tech was supposed to be here saying that I was not active yet. Sucks, but okay, I jumped to gun and was too early. They told me an active date of May 22nd. So, May 23rd I call and set up another install. They set me up to have a tech come out on the 24th (yesterday). He gets here and says they told him it was marked down as a coaxial (DSL) line run. He didn't have any fiber in his truck. Also, it was supposed to be pre-dug across the road. So another deny from them. now today, they tell me they'll be here between 11-12. AT 12:30 I get text saying they're going to be late. Yeah, they already are. Then I get a call after 1pm from the tech saying he is about 40 minutes out. Yeah, no. Spectrum wasted 12 TOTAL hours of my time not being able to leave the house because I have to be here for them and they don't care. I have decent speeds with another service, and if anyone else can get service elsewhere, I'd highly recommend it. I have told them to stop calling, mailing, emailing me. Not to contact me again. We'll see if that happens.

      I am infuriated by what I just experienced with spectrum. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011. I canceled my mobile service with them because the line was no longer needed and for some reason the cancellation did not go through and I was charged. I called to get the charge removed and they REFUSE to credit me. I am so incredibly disappointed by how I was treated. I still pay almost $70 a month for internet and I don’t understand how they can be this rude.

      I’m so sick of this company being posted at ******* sending unwanted weekly or monthly advertisements and I have already filed out an extensive stop contacting me report through their website. Stop coming to my house!!! This is harassment at this point and will not be tolerated. I will never use your services and will continue to tell people the same thing.

      I have had their Internet Services since February 10, 2025 n they still have Not Fixed my Billing or Prorated it because of their Mistakes!
      I’m on the Internet Assist for Disability & seniors etc. I just feel like they’re playing games and now they’ve shut me off, just Ridiculous, unless they fix it!!
      So I’m looking for a new and better company !

      Spectrum forgot to apply our discount when we moved, and now we don’t qualify to have it added back on at our new address. We are actually saving more money with *** fiber. They also have billing system issues and are unable to do refunds. Make sure to check your bill for accuracy. Reps can vary from respectful to argumentative.

      Purchased a mobile phone and immediately started receiving spam calls asking to register my phone for additional protection. 10 calls a day non-stop. When I answered and asked them to stop calling they would hang up and call back 5 minutes later. Contacted customer support with Spectrum and they said they couldn't help me because it wasn't them. How would a scam company know I had purchased a mobile phone, the make and model, etc when I haven't even used the phone yet unless Spectrum shared my information with a 3rd party site somewhere and now I am getting spam calls left and right. This is a major privacy violation.

      My husband is disabled and went into this store and was taken advantage of by the ladies working there. I was out of town and he was trying to do this on his own. They sold him a phone that he didn't want because he had issues with it in the past. He felt forced to buy it and then when he went back the next day to tell them the phone wasn't working properly, a different lady grabbed the phone out of his hand and looked at it and said, " oh yeah, your phone is messed up" and handed it back to him. Now we either have to file a claim to get another phone but we will only be given the same phone he still has and pay a deductible. I feel like they took advantage of my husband because of his disability. Total discrimination for individuals with a disability.
