      Bought pans in November foir a birthday gift finally got rid of old set and started using a stainless steel set. The worse cookware I have ever owned. Explained to the company no matter what I use in it it burns and they don't wash well either. Never had this issue before. One lady said they could replace with something similar only to say it had to be sane product with same issue. There warranty they claim to have is a joke.

      Bought a Cusinart Toaster Oven Air Fryer at $199
      The knob/switch was always too sensitive and wonky
      Now at 13 months the control has failed
      one month out of warrenty
      Cusinart tells me to throw it away and buy a new one
      Do not buy this device

      I ordered a teakettle online from Cuisinart on 1/26/24 and received an order confirmation. After three weeks when I had not received a shipping confirmation I called Cuisinart to inquire about my order and was told it was on back order and I should receive it 3 - 4 weeks. It is now March 21, and I have not received my order so I called to f/u today. I was appalled by the treatment I received from this woman. She said my order was shipped on the 1/29/24. I asked if it was shipped why did the other lady tell me it was on back order and asked what her name was. I did not write down the name because she seemed to know what she was talking about. The rep was rude and made it sound like I was lying about the situation. When I asked for her name she rattled it off so fast I couldn't understand what she said and I told her I didn't get that could she please say her name and she did, but it's an usual name so I ask if she could spell with letter only vs d is dog, etc., and she refused to so. In addition she said she would send me proof it was shipped and did not do that either. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep. I have no clue if I will receive a credit or not, but I am no longer going to be a loyal Cuisinart customer. Kitchen Air here I come!

      I purchased a con air steamer, & a item was missing a small brush, I thought that they would just send me the missing part, so I call the tel# which was on their manual, and the system hung up 4 times on me, went to their website for customer care, & all they showed me was their items to purchase. I’m sending their product back to amazon, thank god for Amazon. Dissatisfied customer.

      I receivedd a New TAO-65 toaster oven/air fryer on 12/16/2023 from as Xmas gift, A few months later, this unit's broken. I read several reviews/complaints and this seemed to be a recurring problem with this particular model. I am very disappointed with the quality of the TAO-65 and more disappointed in the recent response from customer service . They offered me a 20% discount on my purchase of a new oven. Why would I spend my money on a new oven if this product is inferior? And they don't want to help me with replacing the broken parts, the customer agent reply:we do not sell, nor do we carry internal parts; which is a lie if you see the review of ***** * ** **********

      Through ******** I ordered a ********* coffee maker. When I Received, it had a defect, so I carried it to the local ******* and ordered another. Same story, the second one did not work either, so I ordered another one. Same thing, so I carried it back and looked on the ********* web site and saw where this model ****** I had been ordering was discontinued. Through *********, I ordered the new model ******  When I got, it also has a defect with the clock and keeping the coffee warm. I called ********* and ask what I needed to do. They told me to cut the power cord into, take a picture of it, email it to ********* and in 7 days they would send me a new one. That means 7 days without coffee which is not acceptable. I then ask for my money back, so I could buy a different brand. I was told to pack the defected Coffee Maker up and send it back. Once ********* received it, they would refund my money in 30 days plus I had to pay to ship it back to *********. This really is not acceptable plus the fact I just had cancer surgery and are restricted from driving for 2 more weeks and my wife is taking Chemo treatments and doesn't drive much. We are both in our80's and have to depend on neighbors to help for a while and a good cup of coffee would be nice while we are waiting. We paid for a working Coffee Maker, so they need to send me one.

      Our Cuisinart FP-8SC food processor’s plastic work bowl top failed shortly after its warranty period expired. A piece of plastic broke off and was chopped and blended into our casserole. The failure wasn’t detected until one of our guests pulled a sharp piece of plastic out of his mouth. Obviously, that dinner party ended poorly! I was embarrassed to have subjected my guests to the risk of injury from the Cuisinart product failure, and the waste of having to throw the casserole out uneaten.
      The Cuisinart‘s work bowl and motor base were not in need of replacement since it saw only occasional use in the short time we have owned it. I wrote to Cuisinart asking for a replacement top (cost $16), but they refused because the product was just out of its warranty period. They somewhat cynically offered a 20% discount on a new Cuisinart purchase, perhaps hoping to profit from our misfortune. Of course, I would never buy from a company who won’t stand behind its products and instead hides behind its warranty policy.
      Our previous Cuisinart lasted for decades. Our satisfaction with that food processor led us to buy another to replace it. I know that manufacturing defects occasionally surface in all companies’ products. The test of a good company is how it responds when a customer is subjected to the embarrassment, inconvenience and risk of injury caused by a manufacturing defect in one of its products, whether in warranty or not. Cuisinart failed this basic test, deciding that $16 was too much to spend for customer satisfaction, loyalty and its reputation for integrity.

      Ordered a toaster/air fryer, needed to cancel it not even 2 minutes after I placed the order. I called and was told they do not cancel orders. Absolutely rude person on the other end of the call, I had to pay 50.00 to ship back the equipment after I received the order I tried to cancel.

      Bought model DC-3400P1. The steel cafe doesn't keep the coffe hot. Have the unit now for 9 months. Cleaning light never came on. Called under the warranty. Company agreed to replace. Talked to 2 representatives to check status of the replacement. The responses I am receiving is like getting the runaround. Not honest and no priority to expedite this claim.

      Purchased hot rollers from the company - when received, the clips for these rollers were nothing like the picture on their website. Would never have purchased if the picture was correct. Per company website - they do not pay for shipping and I needed to pay $16.55 shipping. The rollers have been received in their warehouse - confirmed by their customer service - Received November 7th. No credit for this purchase $59.58 has been made back to me. In multiple follow-ups, told it would take 30 days. It is now 30 days - still no credit.
      WARNING - you can purchase these rollers from several retail options where your return is free and posted the next day. As said - picture showed different clips. Do not purchase from corporate website.
