Pitney Bowes has terrible customer service. The company I work for has had a Pitney Bowes postage machine for several years and there has been a problem with the machine not connecting to the internet. Getting help for the problem has been a nightmare. The Pitney Bowes billing department also adds extra charges to our account, and getting this sorted out is also a nightmare. Pitney Bowes deserves zero stars

This company is the worst to deal with unfortunately I am stuck with them because of a signed lease otherwise I would have left them already. Even worst customer service and billing department. No one knows anything over there. Took over two weeks to get a postage machine to work because their engineering department could not figure out the problem. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I'm honestly not sure why businesses still use Pitney Bowes to ship anything. In the last 12 months they have lost THREE packages from 3 different businesses!! It's absolutely ridiculous the amount of incompetence that must occur there for this to keep happening repeatedly. And forget about speaking to a customer service representative! They tell you to contact the businesses in which you purchased the item(s) because they only "ship" the item, no more, no less! I am canceling 2 of my subscription services because they use this company!

This comp[any sucks ! We are waiting for a package that arrived in Bloomington, CA a week ago.
We live in Colorado . A 9 hour drive , The address on the package is correct, Pitney Bowes picked it up in CA and took it RIGHT THROUGH COLORADO and continued EAST all the way
to Greenwood, INDIANA !@!! What the hell ? Totally INCOMPETENT ! We called and they said that the only person that could be given any info on the package is the merchant !
We properly advised them that the package went right past our state (western US) and went
all the way EAST to IN. Again we were told that ONLY the shipper can get info. The shipper is
in another country and does notspeak English . The snooty woman said that that was "NOT HER
PROBLEM ..." ???? THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE !

My company has used Pitney Bowes for over a decade and has been faithful customers that pay their bills on time. Last month, our postage meter stopped printing correctly so after an hour of waiting on hold we finally got them to send us a new machine, which came over a week later despite being promised delivery within 3 days. When we received it and set it up, the machine ended up printing with a defect so we couldn't use it. We called to have someone come look at it and were told someone would be there the next day. After 3 days of not being able to get an answer, we canceled our "contract" with them, which was intentionally month-to-month. After even more of a runaround, we finally were transferred to a man who was extremely rude and told us they had our signature and that they would file a report against us. When we asked for the signed document, we were sent a contract that had their sales manager's signature not only on his signature line but also on our signature line. This was the contract they were trying to enforce and intimidate my small business with! I was shocked they even sent the contract over, knowing that it was a blatant fraud. It has now been 1 month since the incident and they are still trying to get us to pay the fact contract's existing amount and also have yet to reimburse over $450 in Prepaid Postage we had on our meter. I am still shocked a company as big as Pitney Bowes would operate in this manner.

My daughter placed an order with **** *** **** ***** so I had her order an item for me as well. Order was placed April 9 th. The package was said to be delivered no later than April 14th. They later changed it to April 19th. It is now April 24th, still no package and no updates tracking. My daughter reached out to Pitney Bowes shipping and they gave her a big attitude and even told her she was confused when my daughter told her the package wasn't delivered and gave her the tracking number. She basically implied my daughter was lying about not recieve the package even though my daughter provided the tracking number showing her package hasn't updated since leaving stockton. Now, reading how many one star Reviews they have with all the same complaints, it leaves me wondering if it isn't just a lost mail issue. This has been a super frustrating ordeal to say the least. Something needs to be done to warn businesses about the lack of service being provided so that they can offer their customers a more reliable Shipping service.

Pitney-Bowes according to the retailer I purchased from LOST my package in transit. I could say one of their employees at the facility in ******** ** STOLE my package instead and marked it as lost. Unbelievable that Pitney-Bowes will not hold themselves accountable as they will refer you to the retailer/marketplace you purchased from when your package is in THEIR possession.

Pitney Bowes is a scam. While we have used their machine for years - it was just brought to my attention that our quarterly fees add up to $1000/year and based on what we mail we have saved $24 on postage in that same year. I called to return the machine and they informed me that we are "on a 3 year contract " which was signed (electronically) by one of our employees - however that employee was not even working in the office (due to covid) when they claim it was signed.
After multiple calls they have finally called me back with an "offer to let us out" - They are trying to charge us $600 as a "settlement fee!"
Be warned - This company is awful to deal with!

I would also choose zero stars. After waiting a week for my package to even UPDATE on their tracking website I get movement only to find out that my package is UNDELIVERABLE with no explanation why other than System Restriction. No cause. Then when I was FINALLY able to get ahold of them they basically just told me "sometimes this just happens" It doesn't just happen. I've order antique machines before from far away places and they were fine. Yes...It's an ANTIQUE SEWING MACHINE. Very nonthreatening. Would never do business with them or anybody who uses them in future. *** all the way baby.

Our office had a lease that was set to expire in March 2024. We received multiple emails regarding signing a new lease and receiving a new machine, at an increased rate, all of which we disregarded as we had another year on our current lease. After receiving a call from PB, I was informed that even though our lease didn't expire for another year, we were required to update our machine to be up-to-date with the new compliance rules starting in 2024 which also came with a new lease agreement. We were informed that If we wished to continue to use their services, we would need to sign a new lease that won't expire until 2028. On top of the new lease we were forced into getting, PB set up a line-of-credit to add postage funds to the new machine. Now instead of adding the funds from our business credit card, we have to wait for a monthly invoice to pay in full from our operating account or pay 22.75% in interest. #1 way to upset your customers is to back them into a corner with a pen to their faces demanding they sign in order to continue business operations.
