      I would choose 0 stars if possible!
      These people are liars and crooks! We have used them since 2019 and have had issues many times. Now they told us that unless we sign a new contract for another 63 months - our meter will not be compliant with the post office. Contract must be signed by March 31, 2023. They are TWICE as expensive as other companies and when attempted to cancel they said lease wasn't up until May 2024. in order to break lease, we have to pay in full plus a penalty! Yet they lied about our machine not being compliant - new rule is NOT in effect until June 2024!
      Do NOT use Pitney Bowes - there are
      other companies out there cheaper and easier to deal with.

      My package has been stuck there for 14 days. They refused to help me they wouldn't even try to locate it even with the tracking number. So basically they've stolen my package refused to deliver it to the Post Office or they lost it so they're incompetent.

      This company need to be put out of business! They are total liars! They mark your package as delivered and signed for which is totally false they are stealing customers orders! I don't understand why ***** continues to use them!

      I ordered parts for my ******* side by side back in December 2022. It never arrived. After the first 4 weeks I used the tracking number to find out where my package was. I saw that PITNEY BOWES was the carrier and that my package was in Toronto Ontario. 3 months later it's supposedly still in Toronto Ontario according to the tracking number. I've tried repeatedly to contact someone within PITNEY BOWES to find out what was going on. All I was able to get was a recorded voice that told me that there was nothing I could do. I couldn't even talk to anyone. This company is horrible. Costumer service is non existent and they lost my package that cost me close to 200$. PITNEY BOWES Is a joke of a company

      Pitney Bowes is the worst. They assumed delivery of my *** trade in from the post office and not I am in a battle with *** because that is where the trail stops. Was told by usps that I could not add insurance to my package because they are not responsible for the shipping label that was generated by the company. I will be leary of this company for shipping in the future. I now see hundreds of complaints against them for missing packages. Why a company trusts them as a courier service is beyond me.

      This company is stealing packages. 3 separate companies used Pitney Bowes as shipper and all 3 packages have been stuck in Irving TX. Well over a month and no update… they won’t speak to you unless you’re the shipper so never see those packages. So frustrating having to try to get refunded or replacements. They need to be shut down!!!!

      They are the WORST company.
      The sales rep who worked with me never mentioned anything about a 5 year contract.
      So now I'm stuck paying over $2000/year for 5 years to use their stupid machine. To get out of it I have to pay the remainder of the contract and a penalty to break the lease. How in the world are they able to operate this way blows my mind.

      I recently experienced my first order where the company used Pitney Bowes for shipping, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The 1st expected delivery date was 2/6/23 then, 2/7/23, they then changed it to 2/11/23 after that date had already passed. The tracking number went 2 entire WEEKS with no updates. During this time Pitney Bowes will not speak to you. They direct you to contact the retailer (who has no control over the shipping process, obviously). Thankfully the retailer did refund me, but they should not have to do that because this company can't get it together. It is now 2/19/23 and I have yet to receive my package.

      At the end of 2022 one of their salesmen called my office and told my photographer, who is a 1099 worker in my office, that he had already spoke to me & we "needed" to sign an updated contract or we wouldn't be able to use the machine any longer. He never once spoke to me about this, even though it is my business and I am listed as the point of contact. A month or two later, when I finally saw an increase in the bill I asked why and was told I signed a new 5 year contract at the higher price. I asked for a copy & found that I NEVER signed it, not did anyone else have permission to sign on my behalf. When I asked this salesmen about it he said he would check with the powers that be. He now will NOT return my calls & emails. I called headquarters & got the run around & 1,000 transfers to phone operators in other countries until I was finally able to leave a voicemail for someone, who never bothered to return my call. I opened a fraud case & no one bothered to even follow up. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY or Michael D****** the fraudulent sales rep

      Zero stars.
      POSTAGE METER LEASE. We have had a business account for over 20 years. As times have changed, so have our needs. We just don't need this equipment anymore. About a month ago we contacted customer service. After a ridiculous hold time, I eventually spoke to a man who was ZERO help, ZERO people skills, ZERO professionalism. Basically a bully who says, "you have a contract. Pay out the contract or use it until the end."
      20 YEARS! No consideration. No reasonable options.
      On Monday this week we discovered another issue. Our programming had been altered in our on-line account. Our auto-pay has been making minimum payments, instead of payment in full, as it was originally programmed. So for several months we have been getting charged INTEREST! We outsource our bookkeeping and accounting, so this was not discovered quickly. I call customer service. 3 times. On hold so long I had to hang up each time. Opted for the "call back" service offered. That was Monday. It is Thursday. Still no return call.
      Unfortunately, now my attorney will be involved. Situations that be easily resolved and we part ways amicably now turns to this.
      After reading all the other reviews that sound EXACTLY like mine, obviously this is just how they do business. BUYER BEWARE.
