      I got stuck with PB by previous ownership of my business and I have been wanting to cancel my contract with them for over a year, but when I called them back then, they told me that if I cancel I still have to make all the lease payments. I said oh well, let me ride it out. Fast forward 18 months and I made my last quarterly payment so a week alter I call to cancel and get a refund of the $350.56 meter balance I have and they told me that if I cancel they will charge be a termination fee!!!! What a SCAM! Can I leave zero stars?

      This company picked up a phone I was returning to ***** on Dec. 24, 2022, from the post office in ******** *** The phone never got returned to **** and now I am having to fight with the phone company to get my money back This was a new phone that was never activated. The phone company does not want to give me the price of the phone, which was $699.99. because they never received the phone I sent back .There is proof that the post office got it and that this company picked it up, but never got it back to ****. If I don't receive the money within 2 days, I will fill out a formal complaint, but I just want to let others know about the problems I have had. It is a good idea when returning a product to a company to check out who the agent is that is supposed to deliver it. If it is this company, ask if there is an other way to get it returned, because it may never make it back with ********** and you will have a major headache dealing with getting a refund you are due.

      Horrible customer service, Equipment doesn't work, we can't use it, we can't talk to speak to a human. Our SendProC has not worked properly since November 2022. It won't print a full label, we have been sent two of the same machines all had the same problem. They send additional print cartridges for new machines they also don't print a full label. We want out of our contract they won't answer those questions of how and when we could get out of our contract. I want to know why should I pay a lease payment on equipment that doesn't work. Why don't they take care of long time clients? They did not resolve our issue we have been with them since 2016. Very frustrating. At this point I would give them a negative rating and never recommend them to anyone. We have lost lots of time and money on printing bad labels which we have submitted copies of to Pitney Bowes support with no response.

      I have a rented meter that was canceling at the end of the contract. I was required ot pay the last lease payment $200 for 90 days and then 4 days into that 90 days, they shut off and locked the meter. All they can say is there is nothing they can do and the meter is lost. Essentially they stole $200 from me.

      My package has been sitting in a Pitney Bowes facility since 1/9 and was supposed to be delivered by 1/18 at the latest. It has not been passed to **** for final delivery, so I can't start a case with ****. Because it's sitting with Pitney Bowes, I can't get any updates from the merchant I ordered from. Pitney Bowes provides no way to contact them directly, and their Contact Us page sends you in circles back to your tracking page. Awful, just awful.

      I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to *** ********* on 1/16. At that time it had been sitting in a facility in ** for days. Then it was sent to ** and the new delivery date was changed to 1/21. It is now 1/21 and the last update I received was yesterday showing it had left ***** This company is a joke

      My order shipped on Dec 28. It was supposed to be handled by Pitney Bowes and handed off to **** for the last leg. However, it has been stuck in the hands of Pitney Bowes long past the expected delivery date. The package's status has been stuck on "Left Facility: ****** ********* *** *** for almost an entire week.

      My package was shipped with Pitney Bowes and has not moved in a month. I contacted Pitney Bowes customer service and they told me I should contact the retailer. What kind of shipping company tells you to contact the retailer for shipping information! LOL

      I waited from Nov. 17, 2022, it is now 12/27/22. A package just never came, was never updated and we believe was stuck in Pgh, PA. The tracking number was listed, but no other information. This required a three way investigation. They are unreachable by phone. I am afraid to order online unless the shipping is done via USPS or UPS.

      This place is ridiculous they been sitting in my package for 12 days. I informed them it was a Christmas gift all they say is contact the retailer. an for what my package is in youll possession. not the retailer its departed ****** *** facility on December 20th no update no nothing im only a hour an 33 minutes from there im gonna talk to someone higher up this business needs to be shut down. They got the right one tho it’s not right
