      My package has been sitting 20 miles from my house for four days in ******* *** No one can help from their company. No one can look for it. The place I bought from cannot ship a new one because it is out of stock. How is this okay? I paid for shipping to get here before Christmas and it seems like I will never get what I ordered ever, nevermind before Christmas.

      I came here to look for any bad reviews related to the shipping I'm experiencing and William M is having the SAME experience as me. Package stuck for nearly 2 weeks at ****** *** only an hour drive from my town. Seriously? I won't get this gift by Christmas because of you guys. Please nudge ****** ** location along, I'm apparently not the only one experiencing this frustration right now. It should've arrived in a week after being shipped.

      Pitney Bowes' products are jamming on us routinely and are handicapping our organizations productivity. When I asked for other inserters they are all essentially the same. No real solution. I asked if we could get a settlement for our account. And for a machine that we have already paid them over $14,000 for in lease payments they are trying to charge us a minimum of $10,000 to end the contract. They are saying that this is the lowest settlement that they can do for us. We’ve paid the company more money than the value of the machines themselves, according to their own representative.
      That feels like corporate robbery and predatory business practice.
      Are they even aware that Pitney Bowes’ rating on Better Business Bureau is 1 out of 5 stars? The comments are all regarding this predatory practice.
      I am asking you to please reconsider and cut the expense down to $6,000, which I believe is more than fair.
      I’m seriously disappointed in this practice and the damage that this does to your organization's reputation is terrible.

      My package was only 2 hours away from where I live and they sent it all the way to the other side of the country and it has been at a stand still since December 9th! Has not moved once! They Refuse to give info on the package!

      It’s a shame that after 2 weeks of waiting for a package I took it upon myself to google search Pitney Bowes and I see nothing but bad reviews within this year alone. That’s crazy and something should be done!! Smh

      I ordered a heated travel mug from ********** ****** and it was supposedly shipped from Pitney Bowes Company on December 1st, but today is December 14th and every time I track the package it states that USPS doesn't know where my package is and can't give me an Estimated Arrival Date... Ugh! At this point, I just want a refund, as I feel it won't be arriving at all; let alone for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT'S FROM THIS COMPANY...PERIOD!!!

      Worst service ever. Needs to be shut down. 0 urgency 0 customer service 0 quality. Weeks if not months to receive packages assuming that you receive them at all. How many bad reviews and complaints does this company need before someone does something? There’s even a “boycott Pitney Bowes” ******** group!

      I don't know how this company is still in business. Their customer service is the WORST that I have ever seen. I only needed them to correct the shipping address. I was transferred SEVEN times to different people and each transfer I was asked to verify my identity so I repeated myself SEVEN times and no one could help me then another transfer. AVOID!!!

      Absolutely horrible experience with this company's shipping services. Package has been stalled in their possession for over 2 weeks at their Norton MA location. They have NOT given it to the USPS for final delivery as they were supposed to. They provide no channel for resolution of this problem, they just throw it back to the sender (their customer). Begrudgingly gave them a 1-star rating because zero stars is not allowed.

      Terrible company. I've leased Pitney Bowes Equipment for many years. I sold my business and requested Termination of my Lease.
      If I continue to pay the quarterly payments for the remaining 22 months of the lease, the total will be $260. They offered to terminate the lease now for a whopping $470.
      So thanks to their ridiculously high termination fee, I'm left with 2 choices. I can either pay the higher amount now and ship the meter to them and be done, or throw it in a closet and make 7 more quarterly payments and save $210.

      Pitney Bowes subsequently offered a reduced amount to terminate the lease, I accepted the reasonable fee and returned the equipment and the least was terminated. This matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.
