      I ordered something through another company that Pitney Bowes was supposed to pass to USPS. The day the package went out for delivery it got lost in transit. I’m assuming it was either stolen, or employees were being careless with where packages were going. I tried contacting the company and they couldn’t tell me more about the location of my package. It’s really frustrating when I cannot reorder the items that were lost and I’ve heard many other individuals have experienced the same issues with Pitney Bowes. I do not know how they are still allowed to handle consumer packages.

      I had never heard of this company until recently. Now, any time I see that I've had a package shipped through Pitney Bowes, I'm immediately disappointed because I know it will not get here on time.
      I've had a few things shipped through Pitney Bowes and it ALWAYS takes weeks upon weeks for my package to arrive. I recently ordered multiple items from the same company on the same day and one was shipped via *****, the other through Pitney Bowes. The ***** package arrived a few days later, the Pitney Bowes package has been awaiting pick up for over a week now. That's ridiculous.
      Not pleased that **** *** is now shipping through Pitney Bowes and I'll likely go with another dog toy/treat company simply because I don't want to have to deal with this frustration every single month.
      Not sure what kind of company this is supposed to be but they certainly aren't very good at logistics. And looking at these 707 Customer Reviews and the 1.03 Average Customer Review Rating, I'm surprised this place is still in business.

      Terrible business model. you have to call them for everything account related and nothing is transparent. and waiting online or on the phone is brutal. that make it easy to not use them. 16 year client and I finally gave up

      Horrible! Frustrating and incompetent imbeciles. Takes them an eternity to ship something. When I was tracking my package, the info was missing for 5 days. God knows what was going on. All you could get from them...is that the package is in transit.. The package was coming from a neighboring state, not from **** ****** Do not use them or the companies that use them.

      PHONE NUMBER FOR PITNEY BOWES LISTED FURTHER DOWN IN MY REVIEW.
      After speaking to the FTC, they said n investigation into PB can be done if they have enough complaints.
      I highly recommend that if the company you are ordering from utilizes Pitney Bowes as a shipping partner, stop ordering from that company. I ordered from G-STAR three times, and every package has been "lost" once it arrived at PB. My most recent package has been sitting at their Township location since Oct. 4th. It is now Oct. 30th! I live in Manhattan, so this is bloody outrageous.
      I was able to get a number for their corporate office, and speak with someone from the presidents office. They spent 2 minutes looking into it and deemed it a lost package (most likely stolen by someone there).
      Their advice was to call the merchant and have them process a refund. PB has no problem letting the retailer and the customer lose out. I read different sources online that mention PB employees actually stealing the packages and re-selling the items. At this point, I'm very likely to believe this to be the case.
      If merchants are still stupid enough to use this shipping method, they also deserve to go under.
      After speaking to USPS, it seems they are also fed-up with PB. There is very little anyone can do until this company gets shut down.

      -FILE COMPLAINT WITH BBB
      -FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION)
      -FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WHERE THEIR HUB IS LOCATED
      -FILE FRAUD AND THEFT COMPLAINT WITH IC3!!
      -WRITE REVIEW OF PB AND MERCHANT ON TRUSTPILOT
      -FILE COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS
      -CHECK INTO LEGAL ACTION OF SOME SORT (YES, IT CAN BE DONE)
      I'm tempted to call the local police for where their hub is and report a criminal activity complaint (package theft, laundering...etc.). Anything to get them sweating.

      This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.
      I want to terminate our "Lease Contract" and waited months for a response. I was told that we had to payout the contract for early termination. I asked them to send me the contract, which they did.
      The contract was signed February 18/2020 for a 24 month contract. I sent in a request to cancel the services in October 2021 after reading the terms that they required 90 days for notice of cancelling services, I was well within that. However all of a sudden they produced a lease agreement and said that we signed on for a 7 year lease term. No we did not.
      We sent a Cheque for the remainder of the 24 month contract and considered our contract terminated and closed.
      I still get invoices asking for payments, and recently a final demand notice.
      I am so tired of fighting with this horrible horrible company.

      I do apologize for any frustration. A 60 month extention of the orginal lease contract was signed on 06/09/21. This contract is valid through 03/31/2027. We did offer you a settlement on the lease contract and that was not paid. Therefore, the contract is still active. If you do wish to terminate the contract early please call **************.

      The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We had a lease with them. The equipment broke down 2 different times and I am still waiting for shipping labels to send it back. We paid off our contract and they are still sending us billing statements. I called and wanted to know why we are still receiving them as well as where the shipping labels are and got a complete run around.

      I have had two packages tendered through Pitney Bowes in the last year. One was an order, and one was a return, both from prominent but separate retailers. The order had to be disputed after it showed it was in my rural town and out for delivery for weeks, thankfully paypal reimbursed but 6 months later the package arrived. The most recent was a return that has been in the same location for three weeks withing PB. When I contacted PB they said I needed to contact the retailer, even though PB has the package in their possession. The fact I paid for the return postage and cannot get assistance without calling the retailer to open a dispute is insane, considering PB has the package! I honestly cannot think of a worse run company than Pitney Bowes. A group of elementary students could run a smoother business.

      I have not been able to cancel my account despite numerous attempts. I continue to be charged monthly. They make it extremely difficult to get in contact with a person who can help.
