    I was charged 68.00 dlls supposedly to change my address. Which never happened. They got the money out of my account with out a notification of the amount.

    On November 6th 2023 I went to the USPS site to change my address, at some point in the process of filling out my information it changed to the Rapid Address Change website as if it was affiliated with the USPS website to complete my request. I get to the end of filling out my information and it did not supply any information about the cost. I went back to the USPS to check the cost and it said $1.10, so I went ahead and confirmed payment. On the next page it said my card was charged $68.00. I've never been sent any confirmation code and have not received any of my mail at my new address

    This occurred on October 26, 1023 Rapidaddresschange.org makes you think you’re on USPS website but is a scam. Business committed to providing address change but charged my card $68 without stating fee beforehand. Business has not tried to resolve this. This website is listed as sponsored and is the first website to come up when you google “address change” or “forward mail”. Very deceiving as it looks like a USPS website. Charged my card without approval.

    Fraudulent website posing as USPS address change website. Went through the whole process and entered card information, just like you do with USPS, then was suddenly charged $68.00 without any confirmation or notification of price. I figured I would just call it a loss as long as my address was changed, it was not.

    Was charged $68 dollars after I was asked to enter credit card information to verify my identity only. There was no mention of any charges, nor did I agree to pay any amount t. I was simply trying to do an address change with the USPS and this site was disguised as doing so.

    I thought i was changing my address through UPS, and then all of sudden i’m redirected to rapid address change.org They charged my card $68, when i didn’t consent.

    On 10/5/23, I filed a residential mail forwarding order with this business, believing it to be a legitimate third-party agency for USPS. Rapid Address uses the USPS logo, which is a deceptive practice. Their website mimics the USPS website. I entered the information requested, including credit card, and when I hit "submit", it suddenly charged me $68. Nowhere in the preceeding steps was there mention of this charge. I did not receive a confirmation email either. I have contacted my credit card company to cancel and reissue my card. Rapid Address is not a legitimate business and should be shut down.

    Rapid Address Change did not inform me they were going to charge my card. They asked for my card as a form of verification, then immediately charged my card. Their customer service lines do not work, and there are several reports or others falling for this scam too. The website did not even change my address, as they advertised to work with the USPS in changing mailing addresses.

    On 10/03/2023, I was attempting to do an address change online with the USPS and a website popped up that looked like their website. It was actually rapidaddresschange.org. I put my information in then my credit card information but it didn't tell me how much the charge was until after they charged my card!
