I put in for address change with usps. Unknowingly this company pops up looking legit and making no claims to not be usps. They take all pertinent info, and when I entered card info for purchase it charged me 68 dollars which I know is wrong. Upon looking into it. I realize it isn't even usps and they've done nothing... I did the address change myself.on the actual usps site.... they are fraudulently acquiring people's money by tricking u.Initial Complaint

I googled change of address USPS and this website was the first to pop up. I plugged in all of my information and then it asked for a card to “verify my information”. The website never stated it would charge me. Immediately after I got a notification from my bank that a $68 charge is pending. Total scam. Happened so fast I didn’t even get to confirm my information.Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction is September 30, 2023 for $68. This website did not advertise the amount it was charging me. They asked for my card info to verify my address, NOT to charge me the undisclosed fee. They are deceiving and make you believe you are on the usps website.Initial Complaint

This website is using the likes of USPS to try to do address change. They have the similar set up as USPS for changing address. I paid $68 for address change but that was only after it says confirm address change the set up was exactly as USPS for inputting information and clicking confirm. Upon googling usps postal address change they also pop up fas top. I immediately tried to cancel transaction, message them, called them and have received no response. They also say order completed but I contacted them immediately following inputting address and ‘confirming’. They are using the likes of USPS to scam people and not following through with communication.Business Response

I find the practices of this company too predatory. The website does not give the customer a chance to review the payment amount before placing an order. The service the company provides is incredibly expensive and the cost is only listed in fine print at the very bottom of the website’s landing page. The website seems purposely designed to hide the high cost from the customer until after the order has been placed. The company is very difficult to get ahold of, the phone number they provide is only for an answering service and it is impossible to speak directly with anyone in customer serviceInitial Complaint

Googled USPS address change. Clicked on USPS website, filled out information and put in my debit card information and was charged 68.00 instead of $1.10. When I looked at my bank account, it said Rapid Address Change. When you call the number provided, they never have anyone available. This feels fraudulent. This happened today September 28, 2023. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

Was charged 68 dollars for an address change from a scam company. Wanted a fast and easy way to do so and website was very close to USPS. No charge amount was shown at all up until you put in your card and then it is already gone. I just want my move out to be easy and this company completely screwed me. Was helping my elderly mother change her address after selling her house of 50+ years and moving into an assisted living. Rapid address change mimics a usps site walking you through the process. After putting in all the information the site requests a credit card as soon as you put the card it Rapid Address immediately charges $68 with absolutely no warning or ability to approve or deny the charge. After going through all that the site doesn't even do anything. You're out the money and you still have to go through the process of changing your address. Can't get a refund Can't get in touch with anyone....TOTAL SCAM
